Blake Fielder Civil files for divorce from Amy Winehouse. Shock.  Even though he cheated on her and Amy then admitted she cheated on him, he dragged his feet and didn’t do it.  Then Blake said he might and he didn’t want a dime of her money.  But now, things have changed in his mind again….

Things have changed now because Amy went public and said she was in love. Per the Mail Online:

Blake Fielder Civil wants some of Amy Winehouse’s money in order to keep quiet. Like Blake wants $1.6 million of it now to keep shushed about things that happened during their one and a half year marriage.  And this comes only after last week Blake said he wanted a divorce and not a dime of Amy’s money.  Interesting.

It seems that Amy was talking to Blake over the weekend.  The Sun has a source that tells how the night really went down:

Amy Winehouse has officially admitted her marriage with ex-con Blake Fielder Civil is over. Blake had been linked to a Swedish model while he was in prison and it seems like she is still in the picture.  She was the one seen at his hearings, not Amy.

Amy Winehouse’s hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil wants to divorce Winehouse! That’s according to Winehouse’s dad, Mitch.
‘Blake threatened to issue divorce proceedings when they were having a row,’ Mitch says.
Mitch thinks Blake wants to split because he’s being encouraged by his mum Georgette Civil to cut Amy out of his life.

Well, Fielder-Civil is still locked up probably frustrated and even more so that he’s probably deprived of crack & heroin inside. This cold turkey treatment is good for him perhaps he stands a chance of getting cleaned up.

Amy Winehouse is probably for a second drop down her syringe and sober up for a change. Winehouse is leaving her other half, Blake Fielder-Civil.Apparently the two drug addicts had yet another violent public argument at London’s Music of Black Origin (MOBO) awards. The argument was supposedly so horrid that it caused Winehouse to recruit legal help to make sure her and Blake’s split was final and to assess how much Blake would be entitled to in a divorce settlement, Sun UK reports.
