The troubled comedian, who is already up to his neck in legal woes, has been sued by a comedy club patron named Robert Tucker, who claims that Andy approached him during a show, whipped out his genitals, and plastered them on his face.

According to the latest Hollywood news reports, Robert claims that Andy:

“…pulled down his costume skirt with his right hand, exposing the fact the he was not wearing underwear beneath the skirt.”

And then, the comedian:

“…forced his genitals against the left side of [Robert's] face.”

Andy Dick was performing at a comedy club in Dallas back in December 2010 when the alleged “genital attack” occurred. Robert says that it made him feel “degraded and humiliated”—and he’s now suing Andy for unspecified damages.

He was released after he sobered up with only a $500 bail reports RadarOnline.com, but this could very well signify another series of public disturbance issues for the performer.

It was only in February where he was caught snorting cocaine in his car and groping a woman in broad daylight. A year earlier, he was arrested after drunkenly grabbing a man’s crotch and trying to kiss him at a West Virginia bar.

Sheesh. We can’t think of a better example of someone who really ought to steer clear of substances.

Oh my. Andy Dick has been sifting in and out of trouble with the law for years. As People.com reports, this is not the first time he’s gotten in trouble for acting out of sorts in public:

“In 2008, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in California. The plea stemmed from an incident in which he allegedly “walked up to the 17-year-old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts,” according to a police statement at the time of the arrest.”

Sounds like a perfect gentleman.

UsWeekly reports Andy has had a lot of problems with claiming he’s bisexual in the past. His “love knows no gender” he says, but every time he whips out that hippie dippy logic the response is always the same.

“I say, ‘I’m bi, my love knows no gender,’ and the straight community says, ‘Oh right, that’s just a cover-up – you’re gay!’” Dick said. And the gay community says, ‘Yeah right, that’s just a cover-up – you’re gay,’” he went on. “They both want to push me gay.”

However, the more he talks the less it sounds like he’s actually attracted to men. He goes on to say:

“I’ve never been monogamous with a man,” he said. “When I’m with men, usually I’m out of my mind drinking. Dr. Drew says ‘using,’ but then it sounds like I’m a heroin addict.”

Hey, Andy a blow job when you’re so wasted you can barely see straight is hardly love….

However, Any Dick isn’t funny.  He’s down right sick and disgusting.  He was busted for groping a teenager in a public place, being completely disorderly and drunk.  Check out I Don’t Like You In That Way for his mugshot.   Is that a smirk or what?

He has been busted for drugs in the past.  He had Xanax and pot in his pockets.  Is this man a mess or what?  Will someone help this guy before it’s too late, like John Candy and Chris Farley?  Why do comedian have such a high death rate? 

Being funny must take its toll.  Too bad Andy Dick was never funny, just offensive.
