Ok, so it was more magenta then than the ginger it is now, but still…

Angie was with her partner, Brad Pitt at the 62nd Annual Berlin International Film Festival where she was honored with an award at Cinema for Peace Gala 2012. She walked the red carpet in a gray floor-length gown by Ralph & Russo…and long reddish hair.

We know she’s gone jet black (“Gia,“ “Salt”), platinum blonde (“Gone In 60 Seconds,” “Life or Something Like It”),  dish water blonde (“Hell’s Kitchen,” “Girl Interrupted”), and every shade of brown there is. Now she’s back to wearing fiery locks, and we’re not sure it’s a good fit.

Sure, 14 years ago when she was a young punk with short pixie mop, Angie carried off magenta with sass. But now she looks kind of monotone orange, especially with her complexion.

Don’t you think?

Go back to being a brunette, please Angie! We already know you have a fiery personality…you don’t have to show it on your hair, too.

The A-list couple, who’ve been together for six years, and have six United Colors of Benetton kids to show for it (three biological and three adopted), have admitted it’s their offspring who want to see them get hitched. They’ve earlier stated, very implicitly, that they’d only tie the knot if every other gender in the world is legally allowed to do so.

Why do we get the feeling they’re just reticent about being totally vulnerable towards one another and are using that silly excuse so neither of them would cave in and admit to wanting to make it official?

Good thing their six kids have more sense.

“We’re getting a lot of pressure from the kids,”

the 48-year-old “Moneyball” star told CBS Sunday Morning.

“It means something to them.”

In fact, their children have been nagging Brad to “get mommy a ring,” and Brad said he’s promised them he would. Finally.

It looks like two very hard-boiled people are no match for their brood. We owe to congratulate those Jolie-Pitt kids. They’re more persuasive than those blood-thirsty zombies in “World War Z.”

Well, there you go. Why use the excuse of not getting hitched until all other genders around the planet can when you’re actually dying to tie the knot? We’ve always credited Brad and Angie with being so real, they hurt our eyes, only to find out they’ve been letting some skewed-up system of principles keep them from making it legal? Well. To say we’re disillusioned is an understatement…

“We’d actually like to,”

the 48-year-old Oscar nominee earnestly expounded on marriage in an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“And it seems to mean more and more to our kids.”

Do be honest, Brad. Do your six United Colors of Benetton kids actually care if mommy and daddy are married as long as you’re all together under the same roof? Or are you and Angie just using them as an increasingly flimsy excuse to put the whole thing off?

“We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can,”

Brad continued.

“But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out…to be in love with someone and be raising a family with someone and want to make that commitment and not be able to is ludicrous, just ludicrous.”

So what’s stopping you, then? Make that appointment at city hall. Take all the kids with you. It’ll be over in less than an hour, and you won’t have to worry about the press speculating about whether the two of you are ever going to get married…ever again…

Does Angie not approve of George‘s latest arm candy?

The incident occurred when George Clooney and Stacy Keibler hitched a ride on a private jet with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie from L.A. on their way to the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and it looks like Angie turned on her inner ice queen, sending chilly icicles Stacy‘s way to add to the frost already on the former wrestler’s blonde hair…

“Angelina refused to acknowledge that Stacy was even on the plane,”

a source told US Weekly.

“Angelina went out of her way to ignore her, from takeoff to landing. She would not even look Stacy‘s way. She was not having it!”

What’s with Stacy Keibler that’s gotten La Jolie‘s panties in a bunch? Was she sending a cold and crystal-clear message that Stacy wasn’t to even glance Brad‘s way, or else? But why would she? Brad Pitt and George Clooney have been pals from way back, and Angie‘s been part of that friendship since she and Brad got together more than six year ago.

Maybe Angie simply got tired of having to invest too much time and overtures of friendship towards any of George Clooney‘s girls, knowing this one might last just as long as the rest of the others.

Angelina, who was one of the best-dressed stars at the 2012 Golden Globes (if not the best), pulled out another gorgeous look at the Producers Guild Awards. She wore a black Michael Kors gown with lace details and a thigh-high slit.

Angie completed the outfit with black Ferragamo peep-toe pumps, a black clutch, and Robert Procop jewelry.

Loose curls, soft taupe eyeshadow, and nude lips finished the look.

When asked what she was most looking forward to on the night of the Golden Globes, Angie cheekily said that she was excited to “get into bed with Brad.” And we’re sure Angie’s cane-toting partner was looking forward to that part of their night, too. After all, how could he not? Just look at how hot Angie’s was that night:

Angelina Jolie has been pretty boring on the red carpet recently, but she dropped right out of that wardrobe funk when she stepped out at the Golden Globes in a creamy white Atelier Versace gown with a red fold on the neckline and a sexy thigh-high slit.

Thanks to her red Loubotin clutch and white Versace peep-toes, Angie was perfection overload.

She completed her look with a simple, sleek bun and fiery red lips.

Quite understandable given she and Brad had to stand at the red carpet for an interminable length of time (she with her heels and he with a torn ACL and cane) posing for photographers, and then granting minute interviews, before heading into the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the Awards. And besides, neither of them won for “Moneyball” or “In The Land Of Blood and Honey,” anyway, so why not make memorable a tedious evening by saying something controversial to get tongues wagging…

Both Brad and Angie looked glamorous and sophisticated (he in a classic black tux, she in a satin asymmetric dress by Atelier Versace with a red fold across the chest and a matching clutch) during their marathon red carpet stint, and were in fact unanimously voted “best dressed couple” of the Golden Globes, cane and all.

But what caught immediate notice was Angie‘s “off-camera” remark when she was asked about what she was most looking forward to that night.

“Getting into bed with Brad.”

She quipped with a wink, Associated Press reports.

And we’re guessing she was either trying to keep it real, or giving celebrity gossip websites something to talk about…because who can imagine watching the Awards when all you could think of is the both of them getting down to it as soon as they got home?

It’s nice to see Angie wearing something that shows a tiny glimpse of her former fierce, bad girl side, isn’t it? Especially after a succession of those boring, billowy gowns that she’s been wearing on the red carpet these days…

Angelina was there to support Brad, who was looking dapper in a navy blue Versace suit (if only slightly ruined by the cane, which he’s been toting ever since he injured his knee).

The “In The Land of Blood And Honey” director looked equally gorgeous and classy in a Salvatore Ferragamo outfit, which consisted of a white, long-sleeved silk shirt and a knee-length black leather pencil skirt.

Angie complemented the simple—but sexy—outfit with a black leather clutch, black pumps, and gorgeous jewelry.

Surely a 48-year-old father of six should know better than that?

Brad showed up at the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s Annual Awards Gala with partner, Angelina Jolie and a cane, which he used to assist him hobble across the red carpet. Bet Angie was furious when she learned he took that dangerous a risk with one of their precious children, although she looked to be all smiles in front of the paparazzi…

A rueful Brad, who’s being honored at the film festival for his work in “Moneyball” and “Tree of Life,” revealed he wiped out on a slope while carrying one of the twins, we’re not sure which one. The fall twisted his knee, and he suffered some ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) damage, as a result.

Why do we hear Angie thinking out to him loud and clear: “serves you right.”

Nevertheless, another injury was added when a fan went into paroxysms of delight upon beholding Brad Pitt and his cane, an ambulance had to be called to take the fan away in a stretcher.

How extravagant!

Leave it to Angie to set the trends. How much are you betting we’ll soon be seeing celebrity spouses presenting various geographical landforms and bodies of water to each other as gifts?

The “In The Land of Blood and Honey” director gifted her “Moneyball” actor love with a flowing California waterfall which served as Pitt‘s Christmas and 48th birthday present combined. An excited Pitt, who predictably was like a child on Christmas morning, is planning to make use of his architectural hobby to build a house over the falls, in homage to his favorite American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright…

“Brad has dreamed of a home with the sound of a waterfall cascading under the house,”

a source told the Daily Mail.

“He wants to pull all aspects of nature, light, glass and varying levels into the concept.”

Looks like former blood-wearing wild child Angie‘s definitely sold on spending forever after with Brad if she’s actually purchasing pieces of natural topographical terrain for him.

“Angelina wanted to get him something incredibly special and, because she knows how much he loves architecture, she thought this would be perfect,”

the source continued.

“This is the present to top all presents.”

Yes, it is…until next year, when Brad decides to top her generosity and buy her a lush uninhabited island. With an active volcano.

It’s quite refreshing to see Angie wear some other color on the red carpet besides black—although dark blue is still pretty close. The first time director strutted her gorgeous self on the red carpet in a dark blue Romona Keveza gown, which was gathered at the side and featured an asymmetrical strap, and nude Jimmy Choo peep-toe heels.

To add a bit of “sexy” drama, Angie opted for a hairstyle that’s swept back and teased at the crown, with loose curls hanging around her shoulders.

Sultry eyes and nude lips completed her look.

We love the sheer asymmetrical strap on this gown… it’s so dramatic!

Angie looked amazing… simple and elegant.

The A-list actress, who’s had a storied and successful career playing tough girl action roles, is releasing her first attempt at directing on December 23 and it’s about a love story between a Serbian soldier and a Bosnian-Muslim woman during the 1992 Bosnian war. Jolie has had to contend with protests from actual Balkan rape victims that the film added controversy to their ordeal under the Serbs, and recently a lawsuit from Croatian journalist, James Braddock, who claims she stole the idea for her movie from book he wrote and published in 2007…

And Jolie denies Braddock’s allegations, to wit:

“It’s par for the course,”

the enigmatic mother of six responded matter-of-factly in an interview with 24 Frames.

“It happens on almost every film.”

In fact, Jolie reveals she used a wide range of source material for the film, and James J. Braddock‘s (real name: Josip J. Knezevic) book, “The Subject Work,” was not one of them.

“There are many books and documentaries that I did pull from,”

Jolie relates.

“It’s a combination of many people’s stories. But that particular book I’ve never seen.”

Which just goes to show that the best defense is soaring above those accusations…something that Angie really knows how to play to the fore…

Jolie has worked in the industry long enough to know that copyrights, whether for books upon which movies are based, songs, or even literature, are sacred, and using any of these in a movie, or even just basing a film on the suggestion of them will require permission from the owners of these copyrights. Didn’t Angie look before leaping to direct her first ever film?

According to entertainment news, Croatian journalist and author, James J. Braddock (real name: Josip J. Knezevic) says Jolie based her film on the love story between a Serbian soldier and a Bosnian-Muslim woman during the 1992 Bosnian war on an article he wrote and published in 2007.

In his lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline, Braddock points some similarities between the film’s storyline and the article he wrote:

“The Subject Work’s main female character is subject to continuous abuse and rape by soldiers and officers in the camp. In addition to being raped continuously by soldiers and officers, she is forced to become a servant at the camp headquarters, a duty assumed by very few of the captives. The Motion Picture’s main female character is also subject to continuous rape by soldiers and officers in the camp and subsequently becomes a servant at camp headquarters.”

Braddock is demanding damages from Jolie and L.A. production company, GK films, which is releasing the film on December 23.

Funny how two famous female celebrities’ directorial debuts have been lashed at this year. First Madonna for “W.E.,” which was booed in the U.K. and panned by critics, then Angie‘s film is subject to protests from Bosnian rape victims who actually sent a letter to the U.N., and now a lawsuit.

Not exactly a year for first-time women directors, is it?

Apparently, Brad, Angie and their kids were on a family movie night date at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood to catch the 3D adventure film, “Hugo” that stars Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Ben Kingsley, Jude Law and Sacha Baron Cohen. And they exited the theater less than five minutes before Jen and Justin came in for the next show…

Can you just imagine the scene that would’ve ensued if Brad and Angie had dawdled at the lobby with the kids, or if Jen and Justin had stopped for a couple of minutes to buy some popcorn?

Would they have nodded to each other like highly civilized individuals, or would each couple have pretended the other didn’t exist?

Just how confused do you think Brad and Angie‘s “United Colors of Benetton” kids would’ve been to see what kind of reaction dad and mom would have toward’s dad’s ex and vice-versa?

We all know what that means.

We all know that Angelina Jolie has had a darker past than most stars. When she was younger she battled depression and suicidal tendencies, struggled with drug abuse, and more. But now, years later, Angie has successfully turned her life around—she is considered one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses and is cited as the “most beautiful woman in the world.”

But is she really a good girl now? In her recent interview with “60 Minutes,” Angie admits:

‘I’m still a bad girl… I still have that side of me … it’s just in its place now … it belongs to Brad [Pitt] or … our adventures.”

The “In The Land of Blood And Honey” director, who’s had her fair share of mistakes, also revealed that she feels quite lucky to be alive because, as we all know, plenty of Hollywood stars have had their lives cut short thanks to their wild, self-destructive lifestyles. Angie says:

“I went through heavier, darker times and I survived them… I didn’t die young… so I am very lucky.”

She adds:

“There are other artists and people that didn’t survive certain things. People can imagine that I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst — for many reasons, I shouldn’t be here. Too many times where you came close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken too, too far.”

Thankfully, Angie is still alive and well, has six wonderful children, a loving partner, and a new gig as a Hollywood director. And at least she only relives her “bad girl” moments when she’s with Brad… can’t fault her for that now, can we?

It seems the erstwhile secretary was under the impression The Brange would be a little more forgiving compared to the average small to medium-sized company out in the job market. Holy hey, this is the recession…people have gotten pink slips for lesser infractions!

Except in this case, the secretary is suing the couple, or at least the team that manages their estate,  for £55,000 ($87,500).

The secretary, Ana Charlotiaux, 45, was hired to work at Brad and Angie‘s mansion in France, Chateau Miraval in 2008 to handle phone and email inquiries, but she took sick and was absent for work for a long period of time which led to her firing. Now her lawyer is citing “wrongful dismissal” in the suit they filed against the celebrity couple.

“This money is a drop in the ocean for these stars. She has nothing against them personally, and says she was always treated well by them, but they did not step in to prevent her being dismissed.”

The lawyer has been quoted in a statement.

Oh wait…Charlotiaux conceded she was treated well, but is still suing because Brangelina can afford it?

“Mr Brad Pitt, who is also famous for his charity work and adoption of children, should understand that my client should be compensated as soon as possible. We hope they will both be faithful to their reputation for humanitarian causes,”

The lawyer continued.

Hmmm…so Charlotiaux and her lawyer perhaps think that being a humanitarian means bottomless charity from the hearts of two people who are likely being screwed by this duo due to said reputation. Maybe Charlotiaux and her lawyer are hoping to get adopted, too?

How like the unforgettable woman that’s Angelina to make a film that’s likely to be unforgettable, as well.

It has a lot of violence in it, and a lot of rape. After all, it’s set during the war between Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1992 and 1995 where an estimated 300,000 people were killed, massacred, and raped…

And yes, it’s a love story…a very complicated one between a Bosnian woman and a Serb soldier, sworn enemies during the conflict stemming from thousands of years of hatred. And yes, he does rape her.

And then she falls in love with her own rapist.

Just in case you’re thinking, Angie is in no way present in the movie. She used local actors, not big name stars. So we’re thinking she’s going out on a limb to tell her story here, and nothing but the fact she has her name behind the movie and the compelling tale of war and country, rape and love that’s got going for “In The Land of Blood and Honey”.

Granted, he’s wearing it on his right hand, but that’s where Europeans wear their wedding bands. And didn’t he just come from Britain where he’s been filming “World War Z”?

Hollywood rumors are thinking maybe all his six children finally wore him and Angelina Jolie down, and they finally got hitched in secret just to shut them up. Perhaps somewhere in the South of France where they’ve had a three-year lease on their Chateau Miraval where Angie had their latest set of children, twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline.

So is 47-year-old Brad a married man?
