Anne Hathaway’s Italian boyfriend, Raffaelo Follieri was arrested by NYPD yesterday for allegedly bouncing a real big check his ass couldn’t cover.

Police tells TMZ that Follieri was popped for one misdemeanor count of issuing a bad check.  A source tells TMZ that the check was written for around $250,000, and when the bank said insufficient funds, it wasn’t even close.  Apparently, the devil wears knock-offs!

Anne Hathaway is vacationing in Italy with her boyfriend. I can’t really make out what exactly Hathaway is doing. I don’t think Hathaway is literally giving him a blowjob in public though, get real!  I’ll let you decide.
