Sources close to Anne Hathaway are saying her new boyfriend, Adam Shulman, is a loser—just like the last one, criminal Raffaello Follieri. Sigh. Poor Anne. This one doesn’t appear to be conning the church and on his way to jail—but word has it he dates women with ulterior motives.

 Perez Hilton finally broke good news with this story!  Women have been wanting Anne to distance herself from the man who can’t seem to stay out of financial trouble, and she did.  He writes bad checks to friends, his charitable foundation is under scrutiny…who knows what else he does with his millions of dollars.  

Anne Hathaway’s boyfriend Raffaello Follieri might be in trouble…again. He was under investigation for writing bad checks earlier in the spring. Now, his charitable foundation is under the microscope by Federal investigators.

It isn’t clear what the problem is now, but according to E!Online, various financial institutions have been subpoenaed and are turning over financial information related to his charitable trust.  The trust is supposed to help children in need around the world, however, it might not be..??
