Maria Shriver was busted over cell phone. Maria was caught not once, not twice, but THREE times talking on her cell phone while driving. Maria’s husband – who happens to be Arnold and the governor of California – signed a law banning the use of cell phones without hands-free device.

For all who don’t know, Arnold, used to be a professional body builder.  Arnold is in his early 60s, the former Mr. Universe, now a politician seem to have lost his washboard abs.

Spencer Pratt tells US magazine that him & Heidi Montag are taking political science classes at USC: “I’m gonna run for governor in a few years. If Arnold Schwarzenegger can be the governor of California, Spencer Pratt can be the governor of California. Heidi’s learning to be a first lady. She could be my Hilary Clinton!”

Paris Hilton is turning to California Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger for help.

Hilton backers are circulating a petition on the Internet urging Schwarzenegger to pardon her. The petition notes that other celebrities have had much worse driving mishaps and avoided jail time.

“Paris Hilton did not hurt, injure or kill anyone or anything, and yet she must do jail time,” the petition reads.
