Pete Wentz explains the odd baby name he and Ashlee gave to their baby boy. But can you explain?  I mean, Bronx Mowgli?  It’s even a bit more odd than I was thinking they’d use…but then again, maybe it’s not so bad.

Pete says this to NME of the name:

“…the pair thought about the name Bronx for a while, adding the name Mowgli because he and his wife are fans of ‘The Jungle Book’.

Pete and Ashlee Simpson Wentz are expecting a girl.  Just imagine a little rocker girl in black baby clothes!

Supposedly an ‘insider’ tells Star Magazine about the couple’s news.   They are having a daughter and the exact due date is Halloween.  Says the source:

“When Pete heard he might have his baby on Halloween, he went nuts. For an emo-rocker type like Pete, that would be just too perfect!”
