Back to the man in the spotlight in the current sexting scandal, congressman Anthony Weiner; although he is not the only married man guilty of sexting but I can’t think of another Weiner sending out weiner photos. This must go down in history as being not just scandalous but rather comical. This begs us the question: Should Anthony Weiner resign for his sexting scandal?

Cheryl hasn’t said much in public about the divorce. The proceedings have been kept under wraps, too.

Singer Cheryl Cole and her footballer husband Ashley Cole have been granted a divorce.

The celebrity couple did not attend the London court hearing Friday where a judge approved the split. The divorce becomes final after six weeks and a day, with the granting of a second decree.

The glittery pair are British tabloid favorites. They married in 2006 and announced their separation in February.

Do you think Cheryl will marry someone else soon? I wonder if her and Ashley had any kind of pre-nup, because we haven’t heard any squables in the public about who gets what!

Cheryl Cole is reportedly removing her ‘Mrs C’ tattoo on her neck after filing for divorce earlier this week.

The X Factor judge, who started divorce proceedings on Tuesday on the ground’s of Ashley’s ‘unreasonable behaviour’ is said to have instructed her management to clear her work schedule so she can get the ink lasered off as soon as possible.

I wonder why she waited so long to file? It’s been a few months since the most recent affair of Ashley’s broke. Maybe Cheryl was too busy? Oh, yeah…she was…with Will.i.am!

You do know that Cheryl had taken the cheating husband back in the past when he was busted screwing two other women, right?

Last night Ashley has reportedly bombarded Cheryl with desperate phone calls begging her to save their marriage. He was said to have left a string of emotional voicemails begging her to reconsider their separation, but she refused to answer the calls, according to the Sun.

It seems Ashley had been drinking – duh, it was a club – and the night went downhill from there.  From The Sun:

Cole allegedly launched a foul-mouthed rant at cops as he left The Collection, in west London, where he’d been with John Terry and Michael Mancienne.

The left back – husband of singer and X Factor judge Cheryl Cole – was then cuffed and whisked off to a nearby police station.

Premier League star Cole – who earns $120,000 a week – spent around three hours in the cells.

He was held on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly before being issued with an $120 fixed penalty notice and allowed to go home.

Earlier he had been snapped at a nearby charity event with ex GMTV presenter Fiona Phillips.

I wonder if this will make Cheryl change her mind.  Who else was at the club after party?

GIRLS ALOUD star CHERYL COLE has spoken for the first time about her marriage break-down – insisting she felt like she was “cracking up”.
The star is married to English soccer ace Ashley Cole but the couple has recently been rocked by claims of the sportsman’s alleged infidelities – and the singer had until now remained tight-lipped about the incident.
But Cole has spoken to British newspaper the Daily Mirror for the first time about her relationship problems, insisting she is “only human” and is “not perfect”.
She says, “I felt like cracking up at times. But it’s made me realise there are people out there a million times worse off than me.
“People see me as a role model, but I want them to see I’m human and I make mistakes. I’m not perfect. I want the young girls to learn from my mistakes.
“I wanted to reach out to the people who are going through tough times in relationships.”- The Sun

You’ve got to love Cheryl, she’s beautiful, devoted but that’s the way things go, she ends up with a love rat and hope she makes the right decision in her marriage and if she stayed. I sincerely hope he keeps his pants on from now.

If it’s true, I hope he gets his lifetime conviction down in hell. Cheryl has always shown her devotion and now it’s probably worse than stabbing her with a knife. 

Last week we reported the cheating incident that Ashley apparently had with 22-year old hairdresser, Aimee Walton (click here)

But it has now emerged that another blonde, model Brooke Healy, says she slept with Cole five months after his wedding.

It has also been claimed that a third woman, Coralie Robinson, was paid hush money of £10,000 after having sex with Cole in 2004 – the year he got engaged.

Cheryl’s friend added: “She has not decided yet whether to stand by Ashley or dump him for good. There’s a lot more talking that has to be done between the pair.”

Cheryl, 24, had said she knew about the night her husband spent with Aimee, during which he vomited, but believed him when he said he had not had sex with her.

But it emerged today that Aimee feared she was pregnant by Cole – and was offered money to have an abortion.

His representatives told her they would do “whatever it takes” to keep her happy, but warned that he would have nothing to do with the baby.

Cole has claimed not to remember having sex with Aimee. But when he heard that she might be pregnant, he said: “Sh*t! I’m shaking. I’m sorry.”

It turned out to be a false alarm, but Aimee, who taped a conversation with one of Cole’s people, said she “felt sick” by the offer to have an abortion paid for.

The mother-of-one met Cole’s representative at a Harvester pub in Sutton, Surrey. During the conversation, he said Cole and Aimee were “idiots” for having unprotected sex.
