Ashton has reportedly been visiting Demi in her Benedict Canyon estate where he’s been photographed arriving several times since Demi was released from the hospital after her “health scare.” He was out of the country on work commitments when his soon-to-be-ex-wife was rushed to the emergency room after allegedly having a bad reaction to inhaling nitrous oxide, but it seems he’s making himself available in the only way he knows how.

“This has been a very hard time for Ashton. He loves Demi very much, and he feels absolutely helpless right now,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“Ashton and Demi have been praying together at her house, and he mainly just wants to provide comfort to her right now.”

So does this mean there may be room for reconciliation between this two?

“This absolutely isn’t a reconciliation, but there is still a lot of love there and he would never turn his back on her — it’s just not who Ashton is.”

The source continued.

“Ashton has had loved ones in his life that have dealt with addiction issues, and he realizes that it’s counter-productive for someone to be forced to go to rehab. Ashton absolutely wants her to get help for what he thinks is the biggest threat to her health, anorexia, but Demi just isn’t ready to take that next step yet.”

Oh yeah. Tell that to Amy Winehouse.

“Ashton knows the addict has to want to get help for themselves. There is a lot of noise around Demi right now, and Ashton wants her to know he is there for her and supports her no matter what.”

And if praying with Demi will enlighten her to the true path…whatever it is…then we guess Ashton should do whatever he thinks it’ll take for Demi to realize she needs to get better…

Oh my. He’s half your age, Demi!

The troubled actress, who was recently hospitalized due to her alleged substance abuse, is reportedly looking for a much younger man now—and it’s all part of her rumored obsession with “staying young.”

A source tells Us Weekly:

“She’s been really down, and she’s surrounding herself with young people to make her feel better.”

And one of these “young people” is hunky 24-year-old Zac Efron, a close longtime friend of her daughter, Rumer Willis.

Us Weekly reports:

“A wired, gaunt Moore “tracked down” the High School Musical star at a party in L.A.’s Venice neighborhood.”

Demi, who’s been “mixing pills and Red Bull, among other things,” reportedly got pretty wild at the bash. An insider says:

“She seemed out of her mind at this party.”

So Demi wants Zac… huh? Yikes.

The 46-year-old former teen actor, who’s been playing Alan Harper on the CBS hit comedy for the last eight years, sounded off on the difference between working with cuckoo Charlie, and the younger, suaver, more debonaire, Ashton Kutcher. So was he playing safe with his answer or did he purposely take a dig at good ol’ Tiger Blood?

“He’s great. He’s a clown. He is up for anything, willing to do anything. Great, great spirit.”

Cryer told E! Entertainment in an exclusive interview at the SAG Awards about his new bearded co-star .

“It’s a little less suspenseful being on the set now a days,”

the funnyman revealed.

“When you come into work, you are pretty sure he [Ashton]‘s going to be there. And nobody’s pushed his car off a cliff or anything like that.”

Cryer quipped, referring to Charlie‘s penchant for losing cars faster than he loses wives.

Oh, wait. Ashton just lost one. Wife, that is. Does that make a difference?

According to Hollywood rumors, Demi was getting down and dirty with a substance known as nitrous oxide, which elicits a brief high upon inhalation. Unfortunately, the soon-to-be divorced actress may have taken in a dangerous amount through her nostrils because she lapsed into semi-consciousness and had a seizure right afterwards…

Nitrous oxide, in case you didn’t know, goes by the street name, “whip-it,” and isn’t a common drug among people of Demi‘s age or social status. You’d normally see kids doing whip-it as a recreational drug at parties to enjoy a short spurt of euphoria, sort of like a “laughing gas” effect. So one wonders why Demi was doing whip-it with a friend who called 911 after she started convulsing from the cheap thrill.

No wonder Ashton Kutcher refused to comment about Demi‘s state of health, and continued to party the night away in Sao Paulo, Brazil where he’d concluded some modeling commitments over the weekend…

Don’t you just love the way Ashton‘s having the time of his life while his estranged wife recovers from what was described as “seizures” that prompted a 911 call?

Ashton was in South America doing a shoot for clothing brand Colcci’s new catolog with pregnant supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio during the weekend. And when the shoot finished, the actor stayed to party with friends and post this photo of himself on Twitter…

“Surfing the streets of Sao Paulo”

the grinning pic was captioned. Ashton seemed in no hurry to fly to the States despite probably having heard his estranged wife had been rushed to the hospital for health and exhaustion issues.

It’s not as if there’s any love lost between these two. They did snub each other in public during a pre-Golden Globes party, so why would you expect a newly-single Ashton to make haste to his hospitalized ex-wife’s side in her moment of crisis?

Looks like Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are so totally not going to have the amicable post-marriage relationship Demi has with Bruce Willis.

The 49-year-old actress and mother of three had previously caused shock at her sudden weight loss and haggard appearance last year as she and Ashton struggled to save their marriage caused by the “Two and A Half Men” star’s alleged cheating in Chicago on the eve of his and Demi‘s sixth wedding anniversary…

However, despite a celebrity photo shoot in the February issue of Harper’s Bazaar where she appeared healthier and more fleshed-out, Demi‘s currently under treatment to address health and exhaustion issues brought about by stress.

According to other Hollywood rumors, Demi was rushed to the hospital Monday night suffering from side effects of substance abuse, after paramedics went to her home, following a 911 call at 10:45 PM.

“Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health,”

Moore’s rep told People Magazine, belying reports the actress had been rushed to the hospital recently for alleged substance abuse complications.

“She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Strangely enough, now that we think about it…aren’t they the both highly likely to enjoy vehicle-butchered meat? And not just because they’ve both starred/star in “Two And A Half Men,” either…

Believe it or not, there is a context for this ridiculous seeming vote that targets the 46-year-old troubled acting veteran and the soon-to-be-divorced 33-year-old social media fanatic. A poll on the Travel Channel’s “Bizarre Foods America” have these two winning by a wide margin. Does that mean Charlie and Ashton would go for a random bite of squashed raccoon when out for a drive in L.A.?

Oh, ewww.

And while Sheen won over Kutcher by a minute margin, they weren’t the only ones voted most likely to eat roadside animal carcasses. Britney Spears (snake stew, y’all!) and Roseanne Barr follow them on the list. And while we’re pretty sure these four won’t suddenly turn up on the show just to prove they have the stomach for it, we’re guessing Charlie Sheen, although he claims he a’int crazy no more, may have pickled his innards with enough alcohol to best anyone in the world who’d dare him to eat…uh…anything.

So, muskrat chili, cow placenta pâté, or pig ear sandwich, anyone?

Ooooh, awkward. Wonder how that went.

Sure did make quite a change from happier days when these two couldn’t keep their hands off each other. The estranged couple were both spotted at the bash but took great care to stay at opposite ends of the room. Didn’t all the people in between them get frostbite from the frigid air wafting from their bodies?

At one point during the party, the “Two and A Half Men” star was seen walking by his 49-year-old wife, but the two didn’t acknowledge each other, and in fact seemed to be pretending neither one existed.

Isn’t it a shame Hollywood’s such a small town? They’re bound to run into one another sooner or later, and acting like a couple of snotty kids isn’t going to help their images any.

As a plus point for Demi, though, she didn’t seem to look as skeletal and as downtrodden as she used to during the last few months of 2011 when she and Ashton were trying (and failing) to save their crumbling marriage.

Guess she has her hot young model boyfriend…uh, assistant…to thank for that, eh?

Let’s just hope Ashton and Demi don’t spend the rest of this year pretending the last six years of their life didn’t happen…

Is this Demi‘s “response” to soon-to-be-ex-husband Ashton Kutcher‘s rumored lady-love, a Demi doppelganger whom Ashton reportedly spent the holidays with in Athens? Because if Ashton‘s hung-up on women who look like his estranged wife, it looks like his estranged wife is also hung-up on men like Ashton…much younger men, that is…

The 49-year-old actress was spotted driving around L.A. with Blake Corl-Baietti, a 26-year-old California personal trainer who also moonlights model. But Demi‘s interest in Corl-Baietti isn’t because she wants to break into the modeling industry or hire a personal trainer.

According to sources, Corl-Baietti is her uh…assistant. So does he uh…assist her in getting out of her clothes and tucking her into bed?

We’ll never know unless Demi actually speaks out about what she’s “hired” Corl-Baietti for…whether to trim her hedges or chlorinize her pool…or whatever it is she needs him to do besides drive her around L.A.

Demi has just signed on to join the cast of “Lovelace,” the long-planned biopic of 70′s porn star, Linda Lovelace of “Deep Throat” fame. Demi will be playing the iconic feminist Gloria Steinem, together with an all-star cast that includes Amanda Seyfried as Lovelace, Adam Brody, Eric Roberts, Peter Saarsgard, and James Franco, who’ll star as the younger Hugh Hefner…

Demi getting into this much-talked about and controversial biopic is a good thing, because once her divorce from Ashton‘s been finalized, she’ll need all the star power she can get to stand on her own.

Remember, during her six-year marriage to the new “Two and A Half Men” star, Demi sort of shunted herself out to the sidelines to allow her spouse to shine.

We guess that time is over now, and the 49-year-old Demi needs to find her footing in Hollywood again as a force to be reckoned with…and not just as a younger, more popular man’s wife.

Ashton, who recently stirred up speculation after he was photographed (extensively) getting all flirty on the red carpet with his “New Year’s Eve” co-star Lea Michele, is now stirring up more buzz by hanging out with a new chick, who happens to kind of look like his soon-to-be-ex-wife Demi.

And who is this girl? Well, according to reports, Ashton‘s alleged new arm candy is Lorene Scafaria, a singer, actor and screenwriter who used to date “The O.C.” star Adam Brody.

Ashton and Lorene have actually been spending quite a lot of time together. The two were first photographed together in Italy on Christmas Eve, and they were also recently spotted partying in Athens.

Despite the fact that Ashton called Lorene one of his “homies” on Twitter, we find it hard to believe that they really are just friends. After all, that’s an awful lot of time to be spending with someone who’s just a friend, don’t you think?

Ashton and estranged wife Demi made their separation official last month, but it seems that some of the privileges from their relationship are still there…

…Ashton’s tanning privileges, to be exact.

According to reports, Moore has an account at an upscale tanning salon in Los Angeles called Lé Beach Club Tanning Resorts, which Ashton uses all the time.

In fact, he came in very recently to get himself sprayed with bronze juice… on Demi‘s dime, of course. An insider tells Star:

“Ashton came in to tan and used Demi’s account… He just assumed his tan could still be charged to Demi…he didn’t offer to pay or anything…he didn’t say his name or anything either; he just walked in and assumed everything would go as usual.”

And of course, no one stopped him. After all, Demi probably didn’t inform anyone at Lé Beach Club to stop letting Ashton use her account.

Heck, she hasn’t even changed her Twitter name—which is “mrskutcher”—yet! It’s probably the least of her worries right now.

But surely Ashton can pay for his tanning sessions himself?

And despite photos of them getting extremely chummy during the L.A. premiere of their movie, “New Year’s Eve,” it seems Ashton‘s trying to avoid getting into trouble with his soon-to-be-ex-wife Demi Moore by doing the best-est he can to stay uh…celibate. And besides, wasn’t all that sweet mugging for the camera, really just mugging for the camera?

Still, Lea Michele may have chosen to read more into Ashton‘s touchy-feel-y display of affection during the premiere, because during an interview for “On The Red Carpet,” she coquettishly asked him to join her for New Year’s Eve.

“What are you going to do for New Year’s?”

Lea Michele coyly asks Ashton in the video, leaning towards him as closely as the chair she was sitting on would allow.

“Why don’t you come celebrate with my big Italian family and me? They would die.”

And poor Ashton, caught in a sticky situation on camera with his co-star’s huge eyes batting flirtatiously at him, tries to joke his way out of the situation.

“I don’t know where I’m going to be on New Year’s, I haven’t sorted it out,”

he quips, before segueing the subject over to his New Year’s resolutions which he claims he’s started to do this December to make headway in time for the January 2012 grind.

Star news thinks maybe Ashton should make a it a resolution not to turn his charms full-on for gullible young starlets fresh off their first really major Hollywood movie, or they may think he really, really likes them. For real.

And poor Lea Michele. Take a look at their body language in the video below…you can just tell she’s dying to be another Sara Leal…

Ashton and Lea, a couple? It’s a pretty strange pairing… but what the hey! And anyway, Lea already admitted that she enjoyed kissing Ashton while filming their new movie “New Year’s Eve.”

So is there something going on here, or was it just for the cameras?

Hollywood celebrity gossip sites can’t help but speculate that the first may be true. The two seemed inseparable on the red carpet at the premiere of their movie, and they definitely got their flirt on as they posed for hundreds (okay, we’re exaggerating a bit) of photos together.

In most of the shots, the co-stars looked extremely cozy with each other—Ashton kept one hand firmly on Lea’s waist and, at one point, took an obvious peek at her cleavage, which was on display thanks to Lea’s plunging nude and gold gown. Lea, meanwhile, put one hand on Ashton’s cheek as he stood behind her.

Despite the enormous number of photos the two took together on the red carpet, they did not go as dates. Lea went with best friend and former “Glee” co-star Jonathan Groff, while the newly single Ashton went stag.

After the backlash from his estranged wife, Demi Moore‘s announcement that she was filing for divorce after six years due to his cheating ways, Ashton headed back down to his birthplace in rural Iowa where he hit several bars and got friendly with the locals. And the locals, particularly the women, were understandably extraordinarily friendly with him, as well…

“He was swarmed by girls,”

Emily Krajicek, a waitress of the The Sports Column bar, told People.

“He was swarmed by guys as well. You couldn’t get to his table. People were asking what songs he wanted to hear. He was singing, having fun.”

But we’re guessing Ashton wanted some calm serenity away from the hustle and bustle of Tinseltown where his failed marriage would still be awaiting him upon his return. So he spent more time communing with nature instead, choosing to be photographed with a cow rather than with a bevy of attractive young girls hanging off his arms.

Demi, who celebrity news noticed kept a low profile since the divorce announcement, even going so far as being a no-show at daughter Tallulah‘s Paris debut, was spotted having a dinner date with a mystery man in L.A. yesterday. And said mystery man has just been identified as Scott-Vincent Borba, founder and CEO of BORBA skin care products…

“Demi and Scott-Vincent started dating last week,”

a source confided to RadarOnline.

“They have known each other a long time and he’s really been there for her by her side through the whole Ashton thing.”

In case you didn’t know, the BORBA skincare line is endorsed by top celebrities which include Ashley Greene, Mila Kunis, Stacy Keibler and AnnaLynne McCord.

“It’s easy for Scott-Vincent to keep his relationships a secret because he’s so often photographed hanging out with celebrity clientele,”

the source continued.

“But he’s head over heels for Demi and there’s definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them.”

So it wasn’t just a possible endorsement contract for beauty products those two were talking about over dinner? Because we were under the impression Borba batted for the other team. Doesn’t he?

“I do not comment on my personal life.”

Demi Moore announced her intent to divorce her husband on November 17, and yet less than two weeks later, Ashton was spotted partying at The Summit, a college bar in Iowa, with twin brother Michael Kutcher and two cute college chicks.

What’s the big deal, right? They’ve already separated, so it should be okay, right?

Well, it isn’t. Ashton is hanging out with women who are more or less the same age as the woman who served as the catalyst for the end of his marriage to Demi—22-year-old Sara Leal, his alleged mistress. That’s a pretty insensitive move.

A few days before Thanksgiving, Ashton was spotted at Bo James, another bar frequented by college kids. Leah Cohen, the owner of Bo James, confirms to HollywoodLife.com:

“He was here last Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. He was with family and friends. He was with his niece and father among others… An entourage of young girls were following him but he wanted nothing too do with it and avoided them as much as possible.”

Is Ashton being insensitive to Demi’s feelings?

Certainly not for each other, that’s for sure. Despite attending Kabbalah counseling recently, it seems Demi‘s sticking to her decision to divorce her cheating spouse of six years…

Ashton, who’s been social media shy ever since the celebrity scandal of his upcoming divorce broke open in the media, interacted with his 8.5 million Twitter fans with his message of thanks to mark the holidays:

“I’m thankful for family, friends, you, & time to reach my potential. What are you thankful for? #thanksgiving”

And does estranged wife, Demi fall under the heading of “family?”

@mrskutcher, on the other hand, who’s kept her Twitter handle despite her upcoming divorce, complained to her 4.3 million followers, thus:

“Why do we have only 1 day for giving thanks? Is that why so many people feel unappreciated? Make this 1 of 365 days of Thanksgiving!”

Why indeed? Does she number herself among the people who feel unappreciated? By her soon-to-be-ex-husband, perhaps?

Following Demi‘s announcement last week she was ending their six-year-marriage due to Ashton‘s cheating, the two met at the Beverly Hills home of a friend for counseling. It looks like this pal may be a Kabbalah high priest or something because the friend’s residence is called “The Kabbalah House” by those in the know…

Ashton and Demi arrived separately, and again left separately after an hour of counseling.

“They seemed very somber,”

a source observed.

Was this a post-divorce announcement type of counseling? We didn’t know the Kabbalah provided for that. No wonder the religion’s so popular in California where getting divorced is a favorite state pastime.

On the other hand, maybe Ashton and Demi are giving it the old college try. Who knows, Demi might just retract her announcement and choose to stay married. Assuming Ashton wears a male chastity belt to which only Demi has the key to, of course…

About two weeks before Demi announced that she was divorcing her womanizing husband Ashton, the “Two and a Half Men” actor reportedly bought a luxurious hybrid car for his wife’s birthday.

TMZ’s sources reveal that Ashton paid over $100,000 for a 2012 Lexus LS 600h L. He reportedly asked for a speedy transaction and was able to take the snazzy new ride home on November 9—just two days before Demi’s 49th birthday.

If he did indeed buy it for Demi in an effort to placate her, it obviously didn’t work.
