The world’s highest-earning Brazilian supermodel and the Israeli Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue staple have a lot in common. Not only do they share a history with A-lister, Leonardo di Caprio (they’ve both been his ex-girlfriends), they’ve worn angel wings for Victoria’s Secret… and now they’re heating up the lingerie world with their competing campaigns….

Gisele with her own line of Brazilian Intimates for Hope Lingerie, and Bar, with her soon-to-be-launched label, Under.Me, from which she gave a sneak peek of a super soft cotton long tee (pictured above) on her Twitter account.

While Gisele‘s brand of intimates is all about glamor and seduction, Under.Me seems to be less about Bar and more about comfort.

On the other side of the coin, the supermodels continue to compete under different lingerie labels…Gisele, who’s the face of Hope Lingerie, and Bar, who headlines French lingerie house, Passionata.

Bar seems to have been dogging Gisele‘s footsteps from the start, from her relationship with Leo, which followed closely on the heels of his breakup with the Brazilian beauty…to Victoria’s Secret, when Gisele gave up her angel wings as soon as Bar put on hers in 2007…all the way to Gisele launching Brazilian Intimates in May last year, which Bar is following up with Under.Me.

And since Forbes Magazine has named Gisele Bundchen most likely to become the world’s first billionaire supermodel, will Bar Refaeli be far behind?

It isn’t surprising that Bar, who dated actor Leonardo DiCaprio for nearly six years, isn’t your simple run-of-the-mill bikini model, but has established herself as a brand along with the likes of fellow Victoria’s Secret models, Heidi Klum and Giselle Bundchen…

While she has appeared in film and television as a sometime actress, Bar is better known for her own business venture in the fashion industry.

Bar has her own range of underwear, including undershirts, tights and camisoles for her new brand Undeez, and while she employs professional designers, she happens to be very hands-on in the choosing of fabrics, even trying everything on straight from the manufacturing line to make sure it passes her quality standards.

Undeez is an affordable underwear brand that went online last month, which targets the midrange price segment, and is aimed at people age 25 to 45.

Is it hot or not?

Bar showed off her gorgeous figure in a beige Marchesa gown covered in ruffles and sparkly silver embellishments. Despite the abundance of fabric on the front, Bar’s dress flaunts a large amount of skin due to its sheer neckline, back, and the see-through sides, which are covered in glittering silver threads.

She accessorized with a sparkly, jewel encrusted white clutch, simple diamond stud earrings, and a diamond cocktail ring.

Bar has a knack for looking amazing in unexpected outfits, but she kind of lost some points with this one. The dress looks great from the back and the sides, but the ruffles on the front make her look chunky (although we know that’s far from the truth).

Bar was absolutely stunning as she graced the red carpet premiere of “Carnage” in Italy, showcasing her amazing model body in a figure-hugging navy blue jumpsuit accented with waistcoat-like buttons down the front and black lace panels on the chest area.

The Sports Illustrated model completed the outfit with black satin heels, a simple black clutch, tousled blonde hair, and muted makeup.

It’s pretty hard to look good in a jumpsuit, so we definitely have to give Bar kudos for pulling it off.

They turn themselves into dirty tar people.

The gorgeous Israeli supermodel is covered head to toe in mud from rolling around in the muddy shores of the Dead Sea. And no, she’s not insane—Bar was just treating herself to a free spa treatment!

FYI, the black mud from the Dead Sea is supposed to have wondrous effects on the skin. In fact, it’s so good that people all over the world are actually willing to shell out over $40 dollars for a jar of the stuff!

Bar posted the above photo on her Twitter account today. She tweeted:

“*muddy* but feels good!! DEAD SEA- if you haven’t been… well, sucks for you!”

If rolling around in that mud will make you look like Bar, then why not?

The blonde stunner returned to her homeland of Israel earlier this week and was spotted out and about with David Fisher, who is rumored to be her new boyfriend. The two were photographed last Sunday at the OTO club in Tel Aviv.

Last Friday, Bar tweeted:

“Good morning !! Tel aviv is pretty in the morning.. I just wish people [would] stop honking!”

Bar and Leo ended their on-again-off-again relationship—which lasted for about five years—in May of this year. Just a week or so after their split, Leo was spotted cozying up to ‘Gossip Girl’ actress Blake Lively.

A story out of The National Enquirer reports the somewhat unbelievable celebrity news that Leo is so kid-hungry that he was ready to walk down the aisle with Bar if she promised to pop out a few babies sometime soon.

“Bar sees herself as being a mom down the road, and wants a family, her career is on fire right now. She known that she’s not going to get many modeling assignments with a pregnant belly.””Leo is so angry that he basically told her to take a hike – he feels like he was wasting time with her… over the past year, Leo thought long and hard and decided Bar was ‘the one’ and he wanted children with her. Eh – do you believe this one? Leonardo wanted to be a father that badly? The man who never was able to propose to Gisele and hasn’t put a ring on Bar’s finger? And somehow is no suspiciously being photographed partying with Blake Lively?

It seems a little far-fetched, but it’s likely Bar is enjoying this version very much.

Leo and Bar‘s relationship just went pffft, and the moment that news hit the latest Hollywood gossip, the “Inception” star’s been seen out on a date with Ashley Greene…

According to Hollywood gossip news, it’s a step up for Greene, who’s been painting the tinseltown red since she got dumped by unloaded the middle Jonas brother, Joe. But what’s this supposed to be for Academy Award winning Leo?

Rumors of their breakup began circulating after the couple attended separate after parties for the Met Gala last week. Bar was also photographed in Berlin earlier this week having dinner with a mystery man.

A source close to the couple shares:

“It was amicable, they’re still friends and they are still talking… They just grew apart and went their separate ways.”

Isn’t that what they all say? But unlike most Hollywood breakups, the source insists that Leo and Bar did not part ways because of infidelity, and reveals the reason behind the split:

“Neither were ready to settle down, and both have busy careers that have been taking them in different directions.”

Wow look at that yacht! It’s 65 meter long which is roughly around 213 feet.. Holy moly guacamole! The luxurious yacht is said to have taken 3 years to build in Tuscany, Italy and it costs a whooping 40 million euro which is about 55 million dollar! The fashion tycoon can no doubt afford such luxury. Armani has an estimated networth of over 5 billion dollar!!

The spy goes on to say that Leo enlisted the help of his mother when browsing rings. He also plans on selling his Hollywood bachelor pad and moving in with Bar Refaeli.

“He’s asked her to move in with him. Bar doesn’t mind spending the night at his bachelor pad but she isn’t comfortable living there all the time.”

A source tells Radar Online: Leonardo DiCaprio did NOT put a ring on it? (sigh) We were so hoping it’s true. 

The couple are together in Germany where DiCaprio is promoting his new flick, Shutter Island, at the Berlin International Film Festival. And his supermodel girlfriend, Refaeli had been spotted with a simple gold band on her engagement finger at a charity dinner in Berlin on Monday.

 ”They are not engaged,” the source confirmed.

Oh well, that’s that. I didn’t really think that the engagement ring would be this PLAIN anyway, we are talking Titanic Leo here. What does it take for Leo to finally pop the question? If Bar isn’t the right girl why would he keep going back to her? He dated Gisele Bundchen, the now Mrs Tom Brady for a good 5 years and never popped the question. Women do like commitments!

Sources for Bild.com say he doesn’t want to make the same mistake he did with the current Mrs. Tom Brady.

“His mum Irmelin Indenbirken has reportedly been pushing him to do it. A friend of the family told BILD: “She previously urged him to marry Gisele Bündchen without success. Now she said to him, ‘Don’t make the same mistake a second time!’”

Our instincts say this is hogwash, but the two would certainly have beautiful children.

Not sure if Leo and Gisele were busted before Bar comes into the picture but Gisele was Leo’s girl before Tom Brady and before Bar. Never mind..both Bar and Gisele are just as beautiful. Gisele is happily married her NFL hubby, Tom Brady. Back to Bar, she’s 24, of course like all these beautiful supermodels, she’s also one of the Victoria’s Secret angel gang. Gisele was but didn’t strike a renewal deal with Victoria’s Secret.
