The couple, who revealed that they were going to have a boy via a gestational surrogate, welcomed their son, Edward Duke Rancic, in Denver last Wednesday.
They announced the news on Twitter:
“The ‘Duke’ has landed! Edward Duke Rancic was welcomed into the world last night at 7lbs 4oz.”
