The A-list couple, who’ve been together for six years, and have six United Colors of Benetton kids to show for it (three biological and three adopted), have admitted it’s their offspring who want to see them get hitched. They’ve earlier stated, very implicitly, that they’d only tie the knot if every other gender in the world is legally allowed to do so.

Why do we get the feeling they’re just reticent about being totally vulnerable towards one another and are using that silly excuse so neither of them would cave in and admit to wanting to make it official?

Good thing their six kids have more sense.

“We’re getting a lot of pressure from the kids,”

the 48-year-old “Moneyball” star told CBS Sunday Morning.

“It means something to them.”

In fact, their children have been nagging Brad to “get mommy a ring,” and Brad said he’s promised them he would. Finally.

It looks like two very hard-boiled people are no match for their brood. We owe to congratulate those Jolie-Pitt kids. They’re more persuasive than those blood-thirsty zombies in “World War Z.”

Well, there you go. Why use the excuse of not getting hitched until all other genders around the planet can when you’re actually dying to tie the knot? We’ve always credited Brad and Angie with being so real, they hurt our eyes, only to find out they’ve been letting some skewed-up system of principles keep them from making it legal? Well. To say we’re disillusioned is an understatement…

“We’d actually like to,”

the 48-year-old Oscar nominee earnestly expounded on marriage in an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

“And it seems to mean more and more to our kids.”

Do be honest, Brad. Do your six United Colors of Benetton kids actually care if mommy and daddy are married as long as you’re all together under the same roof? Or are you and Angie just using them as an increasingly flimsy excuse to put the whole thing off?

“We made this declaration some time ago that we weren’t going to do it till everyone can,”

Brad continued.

“But I don’t think we’ll be able to hold out…to be in love with someone and be raising a family with someone and want to make that commitment and not be able to is ludicrous, just ludicrous.”

So what’s stopping you, then? Make that appointment at city hall. Take all the kids with you. It’ll be over in less than an hour, and you won’t have to worry about the press speculating about whether the two of you are ever going to get married…ever again…

Does Angie not approve of George‘s latest arm candy?

The incident occurred when George Clooney and Stacy Keibler hitched a ride on a private jet with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie from L.A. on their way to the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and it looks like Angie turned on her inner ice queen, sending chilly icicles Stacy‘s way to add to the frost already on the former wrestler’s blonde hair…

“Angelina refused to acknowledge that Stacy was even on the plane,”

a source told US Weekly.

“Angelina went out of her way to ignore her, from takeoff to landing. She would not even look Stacy‘s way. She was not having it!”

What’s with Stacy Keibler that’s gotten La Jolie‘s panties in a bunch? Was she sending a cold and crystal-clear message that Stacy wasn’t to even glance Brad‘s way, or else? But why would she? Brad Pitt and George Clooney have been pals from way back, and Angie‘s been part of that friendship since she and Brad got together more than six year ago.

Maybe Angie simply got tired of having to invest too much time and overtures of friendship towards any of George Clooney‘s girls, knowing this one might last just as long as the rest of the others.

Quite understandable given she and Brad had to stand at the red carpet for an interminable length of time (she with her heels and he with a torn ACL and cane) posing for photographers, and then granting minute interviews, before heading into the Beverly Hilton Hotel for the Awards. And besides, neither of them won for “Moneyball” or “In The Land Of Blood and Honey,” anyway, so why not make memorable a tedious evening by saying something controversial to get tongues wagging…

Both Brad and Angie looked glamorous and sophisticated (he in a classic black tux, she in a satin asymmetric dress by Atelier Versace with a red fold across the chest and a matching clutch) during their marathon red carpet stint, and were in fact unanimously voted “best dressed couple” of the Golden Globes, cane and all.

But what caught immediate notice was Angie‘s “off-camera” remark when she was asked about what she was most looking forward to that night.

“Getting into bed with Brad.”

She quipped with a wink, Associated Press reports.

And we’re guessing she was either trying to keep it real, or giving celebrity gossip websites something to talk about…because who can imagine watching the Awards when all you could think of is the both of them getting down to it as soon as they got home?

Was this the prank George Clooney was talking about when he mentioned earlier that he was going to ruin Brad‘s career with a huge mother of a practical joke? Probably payback time for when Brad poked fun at his sexuality on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” which was in turn comeuppance for George‘s pregnancy jokes about Angelina Jolie…

Still, the two recipients of People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive have got each other’s backs and have been pals going way back, so Clooney may either have been teasing Brad, or commiserating with the torn ACL the “Moneyball” actor incurred after having wiped out on a ski slope while carrying daughter, Vivienne…

So when Clooney came onstage to introduce “Moneyball,” he drew a lot of laughs from the crowd for his doppelganger cane and his pseudo limp. Too bad Brad didn’t get the globe, and George got the last laugh when he won for “Descendants” instead.

Doesn’t matter, though, right? Even if it did look like Clooney was out to ruin Brad‘s career for real.

And despite Brangelina‘s dour mugs (she didn’t win for “In The Land of Blood and Honey, either) gracing almost every Golden Globes red carpet photo, at least they seem to both be in the running for best dressed at the Awards, cane and all…

Today, the 48-year-old is still a hunk, and he’s receiving serious Oscar buzz for his role in “Moneyball.” We really can’t conceive the fact that he didn’t exactly take Hollywood by storm the first time he tried to break into showbiz. In fact, Angelina Jolie‘s partner and father of six relates that his first audition for a major production turned out to be a disaster…

“My agent sent me out for two films,”

Brad tells W Magazine.

“One of them was The Accused with Jodie Foster. I was so excited.”

Foster would go on to win the 1988 Academy Award for Best Actress for her role as a rape victim, and Brad was told to go scat.

We’re not sure if he auditioned as one of the rapists. With the face and body of an angel, he probably could’ve stood as one of the do-gooders in the film.

“I called up afterward and asked, ‘How did I do?’”

After a long awkward silence on the line, he was told.

“There were three seconds of silence and then: ‘Have you ever thought about acting classes?’”

Ouch.

Still, the last 20 years have done really well by Brad. He cites a particular pièce de résistance in his acting arsenal that he happens to excel in:

“I die really well, by the way,”

he boasts.

“It’s one of my strong points. I just take a bullet well.”

But aren’t we glad he’s alive and well in Hollywood to still set our hearts (and groins) a-flutter after 20 years?

Surely a 48-year-old father of six should know better than that?

Brad showed up at the Palm Springs International Film Festival’s Annual Awards Gala with partner, Angelina Jolie and a cane, which he used to assist him hobble across the red carpet. Bet Angie was furious when she learned he took that dangerous a risk with one of their precious children, although she looked to be all smiles in front of the paparazzi…

A rueful Brad, who’s being honored at the film festival for his work in “Moneyball” and “Tree of Life,” revealed he wiped out on a slope while carrying one of the twins, we’re not sure which one. The fall twisted his knee, and he suffered some ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) damage, as a result.

Why do we hear Angie thinking out to him loud and clear: “serves you right.”

Nevertheless, another injury was added when a fan went into paroxysms of delight upon beholding Brad Pitt and his cane, an ambulance had to be called to take the fan away in a stretcher.

How extravagant!

Leave it to Angie to set the trends. How much are you betting we’ll soon be seeing celebrity spouses presenting various geographical landforms and bodies of water to each other as gifts?

The “In The Land of Blood and Honey” director gifted her “Moneyball” actor love with a flowing California waterfall which served as Pitt‘s Christmas and 48th birthday present combined. An excited Pitt, who predictably was like a child on Christmas morning, is planning to make use of his architectural hobby to build a house over the falls, in homage to his favorite American architect, Frank Lloyd Wright…

“Brad has dreamed of a home with the sound of a waterfall cascading under the house,”

a source told the Daily Mail.

“He wants to pull all aspects of nature, light, glass and varying levels into the concept.”

Looks like former blood-wearing wild child Angie‘s definitely sold on spending forever after with Brad if she’s actually purchasing pieces of natural topographical terrain for him.

“Angelina wanted to get him something incredibly special and, because she knows how much he loves architecture, she thought this would be perfect,”

the source continued.

“This is the present to top all presents.”

Yes, it is…until next year, when Brad decides to top her generosity and buy her a lush uninhabited island. With an active volcano.

In one of the more bizarre stories ever to hit celebrity gossip websites, we’ve heard Jen‘s friend and top Hollywood agent, Sue Mengers allegedly gave the “Friends” star this advise for just in case she decided to become a mother in the future, and isn’t Brad Pitt just the perfect specimen of human to milk future sons and daughters of the earth from?

But perhaps the timing wasn’t right, and Jen was still fuming at Angie for “stealing” her man. Perhaps she was looking for the perfect revenge/rebound man, which she found for a time in comedian Vince Vaughn…

But just now when the 42-year-old Men’s Health Magazine’s Hottest Woman of All Time hears the ticking of her clock resounding at all hours, her ex Brad has reached the point of being highly unlikely to donate any part of his essence to anyone except his Angie.

And we’re not sure Justin Theroux has the right combination of genes Jen would like for her future offspring.

Will somebody please get down on their knees in front of Brad Pitt, to please…pretty, please give Jen this one last gift so life may finally begin…because after all, it is Christmas…

Well, what do you expect? We all know he and Angie love to adopt… maybe they thought Jonah could be like their temporary son or something…

…except he didn’t exactly live with them. Jonah explained the whole living situation to Jon Stewart during his interview on “The Daily Show”:

“I was shooting [21 Jump Street] in New Orleans, and he let me live in his house… He said, ‘Go live there!’ I said, ‘I’m there for three-and-a-half, four months,” and he said, ‘That’s cool. Live at my house.’ Like, he’s the nicest guy.”

Jonah added:

“Brad is the coolest guy… It sucks because he’s so handsome… You don’t wanna like him so much!”

Stewart then asked:

“Was Angie home? Is he that cool?”

With a chuckle, the “Get Him To The Greek” star replied:

“He isn’t that cool.”

And we’re sure Angie isn’t that cool, either.

Frankly, this is something entertainment news would normally expect from Johnny Depp, weirdo extraordinaire, but not hunky matinee idol Brad, who, truth be told, really looks like he’s had a “Touch of Evil”…which, incidentally, is the theme of this year’s issue…

So who is Brad attempting to channel here?

A whole lot of Peter Lorre maybe? And perhaps a little bit of Kramer? Whatever he’s doing, he’s trying to give us the impression he’s portraying one of Hollywood’s most famous bad guys that’ve graced the silver screen in the last few decades.

You’ll also find sinister characters impersonated by the likes of George Clooney as tyrannic Captain Bligh from “Mutiny on the Bounty,” Mia Wasikowska as a vampy home wrecker, Rooney Mara as the androgynous sociopath, Alex from “A Clockwork Orange,” Gary Oldman as a menacing-looking ventriloquist’s dummy, Kirsten Dunst as a vampiric femme fatale, Glen Close as gothic silent movie star, Theda Bara, and Ryan Gosling as “The Invisible Man.”

Apparently, Brad, Angie and their kids were on a family movie night date at the ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood to catch the 3D adventure film, “Hugo” that stars Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Ben Kingsley, Jude Law and Sacha Baron Cohen. And they exited the theater less than five minutes before Jen and Justin came in for the next show…

Can you just imagine the scene that would’ve ensued if Brad and Angie had dawdled at the lobby with the kids, or if Jen and Justin had stopped for a couple of minutes to buy some popcorn?

Would they have nodded to each other like highly civilized individuals, or would each couple have pretended the other didn’t exist?

Just how confused do you think Brad and Angie‘s “United Colors of Benetton” kids would’ve been to see what kind of reaction dad and mom would have toward’s dad’s ex and vice-versa?

Star news did some digging around and found out Sinitta (full name: Sinitta Renet Malone) did actually go out with Brad Pitt, way back in the 1980′s…for all of two years. And for Brad to have stayed in a relationship that long when he was young and hot…

Maybe Sinitta used to be really good at what she, uh…did. You think?

“He was beautiful with the most amazing body. I saw him for two years,”

Sinitta, who currently appears on UK television’s “I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here” recalls.

“He was fun, he was young and very sweet. Some ardent fan gave me a slap when I came out of a supermarket over that relationship!”

And it seems she sincerely regrets letting go of all that hotness…

“It was before he made Thelma And Louise but even I saw that movie and thought ‘Oh my God, what have I done?’.”

Yeah, well…what is it they say about regrets? And even then, can you hold a candle to Angie at all?

Still, Sinitta cherishes her memories of Brad, and when ribbed by fellow contestant Dougie Poynter about the size of Brad‘s manhood on “I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here”, Sinitta dismissively replied with:

We all know what that means.

We all know that Angelina Jolie has had a darker past than most stars. When she was younger she battled depression and suicidal tendencies, struggled with drug abuse, and more. But now, years later, Angie has successfully turned her life around—she is considered one of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses and is cited as the “most beautiful woman in the world.”

But is she really a good girl now? In her recent interview with “60 Minutes,” Angie admits:

‘I’m still a bad girl… I still have that side of me … it’s just in its place now … it belongs to Brad [Pitt] or … our adventures.”

The “In The Land of Blood And Honey” director, who’s had her fair share of mistakes, also revealed that she feels quite lucky to be alive because, as we all know, plenty of Hollywood stars have had their lives cut short thanks to their wild, self-destructive lifestyles. Angie says:

“I went through heavier, darker times and I survived them… I didn’t die young… so I am very lucky.”

She adds:

“There are other artists and people that didn’t survive certain things. People can imagine that I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst — for many reasons, I shouldn’t be here. Too many times where you came close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken too, too far.”

Thankfully, Angie is still alive and well, has six wonderful children, a loving partner, and a new gig as a Hollywood director. And at least she only relives her “bad girl” moments when she’s with Brad… can’t fault her for that now, can we?

The former People Magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” lent his voice and…er, singing prowess to “Happy Feet Two,” and wow, he sure does the most appalling version of  Queen‘s “We Are The Champions” we’ve ever heard. Please don’t turn over in your grave, Freddie Mercury, please don’t…

Brad, 47, and Matt Damon (now that guy can sing!) topbill this “Happy Feet” sequel which is currently in post-production. The two play characters named Will and Bill, who happen to be hugely ambitious krill, shrimp-like  marine crustaceans that form a major part of whales’ diets.

But sadly no, Brad‘s character doesn’t get eaten by a whale here. So, “Happy Feet” and penguin fans, brace yourself for Brad Pitt‘s lovely throat screeching serenading to you on the big screen.

Fortunately, we also get to hear the voices of big name stars like Elijah Wood, who plays Mumble, Robin Williams as the dual characters of Ramon and Lovelace, Sofia Vergara as Carmen, and singer Pink, as the deep-lunged Gloria.

Let’s hope the rest of the cast can drown Brad‘s voice out…or at least help us forget it for a while…

Does that mean Brad won’t be making us weak in the knees on the big screen anymore? What a loss! He can’t be serious, can he?

Apparently, he is.

“I am really enjoying the producing side and development of stories and putting those pieces together,”

The 47-year-old actor says.

“Getting stories to the plate that might have had a tougher times otherwise.”

Brad is giving himself three years to put his exit plan into action, and that means we won’t be seeing him in an acting capacity by the time he’s 50.

And dang, we were so hoping he’d be another George Clooney, or Sean Connery, or Pierce Brosnan…those gorgeous actors of the silver screen who only seem to grow more handsome with age.

So you better grab your collection of Brad Pitt movies now and start watching them back to back…three years is too short a time to build up your Brad reserves, you know.

But then again, a Brad Pitt-produced film directed by Angelina Jolie can’t be a bad thing, can it? We’ll let you know in three years…

Whichever the case this is, celebrity news has noted Brad‘s the fashion chameleon in the family. With Angelina, one would expect her usual basic black or dramatic red, with a scattering of neutrals in between, and either upswept or flowing hair. With Brad, you just never know what you’re getting until he surprises you on the red carpet.

During the Tokyo premiere of “Moneyball,” Brangelina watchers noted that the 47-year-old actor had veered away from actually matching his locks with Angie‘s as he’s done in the past (come to think of it, he’s gone the matchy-matchy route with exes, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston, too).

Instead, Brad frosted his graying mane back to its original blonde color, so we’re wondering if this has anything to do with a new movie role or a bid to reclaim his wild “Legends of The Fall” youth.

Too bad he left the white in his goatee…

It seems the erstwhile secretary was under the impression The Brange would be a little more forgiving compared to the average small to medium-sized company out in the job market. Holy hey, this is the recession…people have gotten pink slips for lesser infractions!

Except in this case, the secretary is suing the couple, or at least the team that manages their estate,  for £55,000 ($87,500).

The secretary, Ana Charlotiaux, 45, was hired to work at Brad and Angie‘s mansion in France, Chateau Miraval in 2008 to handle phone and email inquiries, but she took sick and was absent for work for a long period of time which led to her firing. Now her lawyer is citing “wrongful dismissal” in the suit they filed against the celebrity couple.

“This money is a drop in the ocean for these stars. She has nothing against them personally, and says she was always treated well by them, but they did not step in to prevent her being dismissed.”

The lawyer has been quoted in a statement.

Oh wait…Charlotiaux conceded she was treated well, but is still suing because Brangelina can afford it?

“Mr Brad Pitt, who is also famous for his charity work and adoption of children, should understand that my client should be compensated as soon as possible. We hope they will both be faithful to their reputation for humanitarian causes,”

The lawyer continued.

Hmmm…so Charlotiaux and her lawyer perhaps think that being a humanitarian means bottomless charity from the hearts of two people who are likely being screwed by this duo due to said reputation. Maybe Charlotiaux and her lawyer are hoping to get adopted, too?

Celebrity news recently learned Brad wasn’t always this way. We’re guessing the rigors of the world have taken a toll on the “Tree of Life” star that he doesn’t believe much in spirituality anymore. More’s the pity…

“I grew up Baptist, and then the family switched over to more of an evangelical movement, probably right around the time I was in late high school,”

Brad relates.

“There’s a point where you’re un-tethered from the beliefs of your childhood. That point came for me when it was finally clear my religion didn’t work for me.”

“My religion was telling me what not to do – what not to even think about doing. Those are the things I would try, because that was my nature. I had to experience things to know what would work for me – say, something as simple as premarital sex. I can figure out what works or doesn’t work. I will know. You say that something is wrong for me to do? Well, I know it’s not wrong because I just did it.”

Yes, he sure did.  Wonder if Brad can convincingly remain an atheist as his kids grow up and start exploring the world on their own.
