Britney Spears walked off the stage in Vancouver due to a smoky stage. Britney was performing a leg of her Circus concert tour in Vancouver when Spears abruptly exited the stage because the audience’s cigarette smoke was bothering her. Britney was gone for a full half-hour, which majorly pissed off the concert-goers who probably paid a significant amount of money to see their favorite train-wreck who could perform.

Britney Spears’ World tour dates for 2009 have just been announced. Britney turns 27 today and her new album “Circus” is also released today. Today is Britney’s day! Spears kicks off her tour on March 3rd, 2009 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The North American leg concludes on the 27th of April in Glendale, Arizona.

Britney will do 2 shows only outside of North American at London’s O2 Arena on June 3th and June 4th, 2009, which are said to be the only European shows on the tour.

Britney Spears performed live in a bikini top
Britney Spears hit the stage at San Diego’s House of Blues for her first performance in almost three years. Britney performed just 5 songs but that’s great for a start! Cheers to Britney!
Britney Wearing a brown wig, pink bikini top, miniskirt and white boots, the star kicked off the 14 minute show with the crowd pleasing “Hit, Baby One More Time”.
Spears reportedly lip-synced the set, which also featured her tracks “Toxic“ and “I’m A Slave 4 U“.
