In a surprising move, Britney Spears has signed over legal and physical custody of her two boys to Kevin Federline.  The move happened this week and was settled before a Friday hearing.

Even though Britney has been doing very well since her father stepped in and took over as conservator, this is the agreed all parties agreed to.  Why?  Who really knows.  Maybe Britney still needs recovery time and the orders can be changed later?    Mark Vincent Kaplan, KFed’s attorney says via the Associated Press, it wasn’t quite what he wanted.  But it’s what he got and Britney maintains visitation rights.

According to US Weekly magazine, just hours after a judge upheld Monday’s decision to give full custody of her children to her ex Kevin Federline, Britney Spears checked into the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Britney Spears lost custody of her two boys, she ignored the Commissioner at every turn.

As reported by TMZ: Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.

Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor — she didn’t do it.

Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing — she didn’t do it.

Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes — didn’t do it.

Britney Spears is reportedly at serious risk of losing custody of her two children as early as this morning (September 17).

Britney Spears never appeared on the Emmy Awards last night apparently negotiations failed.
