The bad news: Since it was declared a mistrial, the Prosecutor can opt to retry the case if he finds new information. She’s not off scott free yet.
The good news: Nothing happened! She wasn’t acquitted, but she wasn’t found guilty.

Britney was raised in Lousiana. Her parents, Lynne Irene, a former elementary school teacher, and Jamie Parnell Spears, a building contractor.
Britney has two siblings, a brother, Bryan and a sister, Jamie Lynn. Spears was an accomplished gymnast, she competed in state-level competitions as a kid. Britney also performed in local dance revues and sang in her local Baptist church choir. At age eight she auditioned for the Disney Channel series The New Mickey Mouse Club.
