The first pictures of Bronx Mowgli Wentz go online for free! Ashlee and Pete Wentz decided to use a website and put up a holiday greeting picture of the baby. No magazine covers or millions of dollars. Has the recession affected the hot celebrity baby picture market too?

Ashlee and Pete pose with Bronx and posted the greeting on Friendsorenemies. Pete is shown kissing baby’s head. Baby is wrapped up in a blanket, so technically, we can’t see a whole lot of him anyway.
Ashlee and Pete Simpson Wentz are taking little Bronx Mowgli down to Texas for his first Christmas. Awww, isn’t that sweet! Except for the Wentz clan in Chicago isn’t too happy about it.

Sources tell E! News that Jessica and Dallas Cowboys QB boyfriend Tony Romo and Ashlee and hubby Pete Wentz plan to celebrate Christmas at the Waco, Texas, home of their maternal grandmother.
Pete Wentz took to his mighty blog claiming he and wife Ashlee Simpson don’t want to sell pictures of Bronx Mowgli to the tabloids—not the other way around as was reported earlier this week. (muffled laughter) Suuuuure, Pete! He and Ashlee are claiming they think it’s unfair to cast the media’s glare on Bronx. They’re using the tired and true celebrity we-want-our-child-to-have-a-normal-life blah blah. How convenient.

Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson are having a very hard time selling pictures of Bronx Mowgli to the tabloids. It’s hard to believe, but none of the biggie magazines are interested in shelling out a six-figure plus sum for the Pete-Ashlee hybrid.

Pete Wentz says his son is like Christopher Columbus. Isn’t it a little early for his greatness – I mean, he’s only three weeks old! Pete talks about watching Bronx and compares him to the great discoverer.

Pete tells People Magazine:
“Every time I see my son, it looks like he’s landing on the moon and discovering new rocks and stuff. I mean, every time he looks at his hand, it’s like he’s Christopher Columbus making it across the ocean. It’s pretty awesome.”
Pete Wentz admitted in a recent interview that he and Ashlee Simpson’s son Bronx Mowgli was a “happy mistake.” In addition, Pete spills the beans about his “drugstore cowboy” past, sort-of suicide attempt and how meeting his “soul mate” Ashlee helped him clean up a lot of his dicey, adolescent behaviors. He also says Jay-Z is his role model. Interesting.
