Shauna had a sex tape leaked with her boyfriend or her husband. She was going to fight it until they pulled out a contract. This is what she says in a letter to Carrie via TMZ:

Ousted beauty queen Carrie Prejean has seven sex tapes and 30 nude photos out, reports RadarOnline.com. Prejean, who was  runner up to Miss USA, is notoriously conservative, sites Sarah Palin as her hero and pissed off American when she said gay marriage is wrong. She was later stripped of her Miss California title for breach of contract. After attempting to sue, a masturbation sex tape surfaced causing Prejean to settle outside of court.

Prejean had demanded a million dollar settlement until the lawyer for the Pageant showed Carrie an XXX home video of her engaged in racy sexual act. Now both sides have decided to drop their lawsuits.
