 A source tells Radar Online: Aldridge was driving home at 1:30 a.m. Sunday when he wrecked his Ford F-250 with two male pals in the car, one of whom broke his collar bone. The source adds that Casey has a hematoma and doctors fear he has a blood clot in his brain. He may be heading into surgery.

A few weeks back there was a story of a 28 year old who came out and said she had sex with Casey Aldridge – baby daddy – when JL was six months pregnant.  Of course, Aldridge denied it.  The woman was branded as lying for money.

Casey Aldridge had his 15 minutes in the spotlight.  now, more people are trying to get it in association to him.  There is a woman who came out – to the tabloids, of course – and said she had an affair with Casey while JL was pregnant.  Which, considering he is only 19, that makes sense.  Boys that age aren’t the most loyal of creatures. 

Jamie Lynn Spears has been out of the spotlight for a little while since giving birth in June.  But she’s gonna be back in it in a big way soon!
