MICHAEL DOUGLAS recently revealed that wife CATHERINE ZETA JONES was forced to reveal her bipolar disorder. CZJ shocked the world last week when she covered People magazine and told the magazine about her stay in a mental ward while she recovered from bipolar 2 disorder.
While Jones told the magazine she came out in order to “build awareness” for the disease, her husband tells a different story.
CATHERINE ZETA JONES has voluntarily checked herself into a mental health facility to treat bipolar disorder. Well, this is a shock – Catherine Z seemed liked the rock in the family when husband Michael Douglas fell ill with cancer last year and proceeded to battle it out very publicly.
But perhaps that was the tipping point for the 42-year-old actress. According to her rep:
Earlier today Catherine Zeta Jones was traveling with husband Michael Douglas in London and claims a paparazzi punched her. She and Douglas were returning from a charity function where she received an award.
When surrounded by flashing bulbs and shouting photographers when Zeta Jones suddenly began screaming about being punched.
Although no authorities saw Jones getting pummeled, she swears one of the paps assaulted her. She was overheard saying: “I want a police officer right now. He punched me!”
Catherine Zeta Jones, 38 is a controlled freak.. oh, that’s in her movie “No Reservations” starring opposite Aaron Eckhart. The movie is on out on DVD so if you haven’t seen it and are into chick flicks like me, you have gotta rent it. The movie is about Zeta Jones & Eckhart falling in love of course and they are two chefs and Catherine is the controlled freak. The rest you can guess..
According to the latest Hollywood gossip news, Catherine Zeta-Jones and her co-star Aaron Eckhart are getting so close that Zeta-Jones’ husband, Michael Douglas is not happy about it at all.
Zeta-Jones & Eckhart co-star in the new romantic comedy, ‘No Reservations” and the two have allegedly been spending a lot of time together preparing for their roles as competing chefs who set the kitchen ablaze with their romantic sparks.
Zeta-Jones insisted they are just good friends. Let’s hope so..
