Despite the fact that Demi recently changed her Twitter name from @mrskutcher to @justdemi, reports have surfaced that she and her estranged husband Ashton, whom she decided to divorce last year (but she still hasn’t filed the papers) following his very publicized cheating scandal with a barely legal college student named Sara Leal, may be getting back together.

Though Ashton has been linked to several women—including former “That ‘70s Show” co-star Mila Kunis—in the past few months, sources claim that the actor is still very much in love with Demi.

The former twosome reportedly had an emotional reunion at a birthday bash for Kaballah Rabbi Yehuda Berg—the man who officiated their wedding.

At one point during the party, Ashton and Demi were even locked in a “60-second embrace.”

A source tells the Sunday Mirror:

“They are still desperately in love and could be on for a reconciliation… The divorce isn’t being processed right now.”

When Ashton and Demi first spotted each other at the celebration, they seemed comfortable with each other, and even a little sweet. An eyewitness shares:

“They started to chat and were extremely affectionate. She was ­staring at him like a love-sick puppy.”

Also, Ashton reportedly made a speech at the party, in which he talked about his “horrendous mistakes.” A party guest reveals:

“[Ashton] spoke about how amazing Yehuda was… He said that if Yehuda is your friend, he’ll love you unconditionally, no ­matter what mistakes you’ve made, before making the emotional admission that he had made mistakes. It was obvious he was referring to the break-up.”

The source continues:

“Ashton’s voice started to break as he spoke. He just fell into tears. He sat down to a round of applause while Demi just looked frozen.”

Friends of the couple say that Ashton and Demi could still get back together—and that it’s definitely still a possibility.

After their divorce news hitting celebrity gossip websites almost a year ago, going to couples therapy and spending holidays together with their children, looks like Arnold Schwarzenneger and Maria Shriver certainly aren’t reconciling. Looks like Maria no longer cares about going against her religious beliefs or Arnold about losing his wife forever.

We think of the kids, whom they could damage forever by choosing to create separate lives… But according to sources close to the former governor of California, they already are leading very distant lives.

Much to Arnold‘s and their kids’ displeasure, TMZ has reported that Maria‘s friends have “done everything to poison the waters,” pushing his estranged wife to stay further away from the man who once cheated on her. In addition, Arnold has participated in arranging a financial settlement with Maria and has, in fact, gotten “very close” to resolving it.

We wonder how they’re going to keep their divorce as painless as possible for the kids, as it’s one thing for spectators to accept a looming celebrity divorce and another for their own children…

Unless you’re not from California, I think you know where this is leading to…

That’s right, Kris Humphries is possibly out for more ammunition against Kim Kardashian in their divorce battle against each other. The NBA star is reportedly believes that his “wife” had been seeing Kanye West longer than we officially know she has and he’s curious as to whether or not Kim and spent any money on her new boyfriend during happier times in their relationship.

If she did, California can grant him the right to get the amount equal to whatever Kim spent on Kanye. In short, Kris may have been fooled… but is getting re-paid.

Now that’s pay back!

A source explains to Star Magazine:

“Kris absolutely wants to know if Kim spent money on Kanye while he was married to her. If Kim took Kanye out to dinner, bought him any gifts, etc., Kris wants to know how much she spent, if anything at all. Under the law in California, Kris is legally entitled to that money and he deserves it, if it can be proven.”

On a lighter note, looks like Kris is wishing his successor “good luck” as the insider added:

“One of Kris‘ favorite songs of Kanye‘s is his hit single, Golddigger. Kris especially likes the chorus of the song, “Now I ain’t sayin’ she a gold digger/When I’m in Need/But she ain’t messin’ with no broke ni**as.” Kris is having a lot of fun listening to that song, and he thinks that Kanye and Kim truly do deserve each other.”

Whoa!

Wonder how Kris will do to get a hold of that information and what Kim will say about him allegedly calling her a “gold digger,” when he was previously labeled just that by the reality star.

Little did we know that the very mum Seal is all ready and sure about what he wants after the dissolution of his six-year marriage to Heidi Klum.

As a reply to his wife’s divorce petition, Seal claims in his papers that there are “community and quasi-community assets,” and didn’t mention the prenup that his supermodel wife claimed they had. The singer is also asking for joint physical custody of their four children when Heidi wanted primary physical custody and him to just get visitation rights.

Looks like this is going to be a heavy dispute, considering that Heidi is worth way more than half of what Seal is worth ($70 million < $15 million) and she is bound to lose more. And with regard to the custody argument, isn’t Heidi expected to have the kids? She’s had them more than Seal has, anyway.

At least the couple both agreed in terms of not getting spousal support from each other. Figures, as they both make tons of money and hardly need any.

Lastly, while Heidi claims the date of their split was last January 19, 2012, Seal says it has not been determined.

News about Seal and Heidi Klum‘s overdue divorce have been making star news for months, and now that the supermodel has finally filed documents for their legal separation based on “irreconcilable differences,” only Heidi has expressed her thoughts about it. Figures, as she’s the one who wants out and for her estranged husband to stay away from her so she has reasoned out to the public. But Seal? He chose to remain mum about the whole thing.

According to TMZ, Seal was asked if he knew the filing was “imminent” and whether he planned to keep the civility and stay friends with his soon-to-be ex-wife, but he gave no answer.

Look who’s now in Jennifer Aniston‘s hit list!

Adam Brody has proudly stepped forward, telling star news that he was accountable for Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston‘s sudden controversial split! And, apparently, for the A-list couple Brad and Angelina Jolie getting together during the filming of “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” which was the setting of the couple’s union.

As we all know, Jennifer Aniston was still with Brad at the time and had been spotted sulking, even on the set of the last episode of “FRIENDS,” when she found out that former Mr. Aniston had been slowly moving on to the leggy actress.

The “OC” hunk reveals:

In terms [of Brad and Angelina Jolie], I hooked them up. I was like, ‘Brad, you don’t want to do this, man. This Jen thing, I don’t see it.’ And he heeded my advice, and I’m happy for him.

On second thought, maybe this doesn’t matter anymore. At least not to Jen who’s obviously happy with her current beau…

For their latest property settlement agreement, Russell Brand says his soon-to-be ex-wife Katy Perry can have their multi-million love house. Looks like the comedian was serious when he said that he didn’t want a single penny from the pop star, after observing that there was no prenup agreement arranged before their marriage–even after cashing out for a recent phone-tossing incident.

TMZ reported:

“TMZ got hold of a quitclaim deed that Russell filed in L.A. … giving Katy all rights to the $6.5 million house — lock, stock and barrel.”

Looks like many other celebrity divorces could pick up a thing or two from Russell and Katy‘s seemingly amicable and civilized separation.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2001, announced their split two weeks ago by putting out a joint statement:

“While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.”

Though the couple was recently photographed shopping together post-split, it seems there is no hope for reconciliation, as Peter has finally decided to pull the plug on their marriage by filing divorce papers today at the L.A. County Superior Court.

Garth was quick to file a response to Facinelli’s divorce petition, in which she stated her request to legally change her name from Jennifer Facinelli back to her pre-marriage name, Jennifer Garth.

The couple will have joint physical and legal custody of their three kids.

It’s also interesting to note that, despite the fact that they announced their separation in March, the date of separation noted in the divorce petition is January 1, 2012.

Kris Humphries has tried everything to get back at Kim Kardashian and prove that she had defrauded him by coaxing him into marrying her… for 72 days. Now the NBA star says he’d like to get back with his former girlfriend and Kim look-a-like, Bianka Kamber, whom the reality star reportedly loathes. That is until after he finally divorces Kim though, and we know that’s not going to be settled without a final bang!

An insider tells OK!:

“Bianka was his first love. She’s a very down-to-earth, sweet girl. He admits he wants to win her back.”

Prior to him reconnecting with his girlfriend of two years, two years before he started seeing Kim, the New Jersey Jets star was all about dating around. According to one of his friends:

“Kris was all about taking numbers and having fun. He wasn’t really being considerate of girls’ feelings; he was more about just playing the field and keeping his options open.”

Is he willing to make things right again between him and his ex or is he just out for revenge?

Allen Iverson claims that he and his “ex-wife” Tawanna have had sex again, so he declares her wife’s petition void. Tawanna, who tried to divorce the former NBA superstar again and again for years and even demanded a list of women that he has ever had sexual contact with during their marriage, seemed to either forget that she’s supposed to withhold sex from her ex or this is all just an allegation.

But now that they’ve allegedly copulated, Mr. Iverson thinks that the judges will be willing to nullify the divorce petition against their marriage that is, in contrast to Tawanna‘s claims, not “irretrievably broken.”

TMZ reported:

“Iverson filed a motion to dismiss last week in his pending divorce case, claiming he and his wife Tawanna had temporarily reconciled from November 2011 to February 2012 — and had ‘resumed their marital relationship, cohabiting, having sexual relations and holding themselves out as husband and wife.’”

Wonder what the judge’s call will be on this one.

After his separation from “Beverly Hills 90210″ star Jennie Garth just last week, with whom he shares three kids, Peter Facinelli is evidently still miserable as he quotes Adele‘s lyrics from “Someone Like You” that talked about a broken relationship and how it can hurt sometimes. Unlike Rihanna, who told star news that she thought Adele‘s lyrics were depressing, Facinelli seems to have taken comfort in the song probably because it meant that he was not alone .

The “Twilight” actor tweeted:

“Sometimes it lasts in love and sometimes it hurts instead- Adele.”

Aww.

Kim Kardashian, who has constantly been in celebrity news recently not for her ancient sex tape or her family’s reality show but because of her unending divorce battle with her soon-to-be ex husband, Kris Humphries, finally admits in an interview with Jay Leno on “The Tonight Show” that she refused to listen to her family’s prophetic advice against the man that she chose to be married to… for 72 days.

She tells Leno:

“I’m a person, when I’m in love, you can’t tell me anything. And you gotta go through it yourself. So, I did what I believed in doing, and sometimes you don’t want to hear what your family has to say.”

But was she regretful that she chose to follow her instinct for fame heart?

Kim went on:

“You look back and you’re like, ‘OK, that was a sign,’ or, you know, ‘Maybe I should have listened to them.’ But, I wouldn’t have been who I am today had I not gone through that.”

She added:

“What you see is what you get. I showed my life and the reality of my life and it might not be pretty all the time, but it’s who I am and I learned so much from it.”

Sounds like her eulogy for the soon-to-be terminated marriage to the NBA star.

Poor little Haley!

Bethany Joy Galleotti‘s character in “One Tree Hill” may have been happily married, but in real life, it couldn’t be any more different. With her beloved series done with after 9 whole seasons, the former Mrs. Michael Galleotti has finally decided to split up with her husband of 6 years, with whom she has a baby girl and shared a restaurant called “Galleotti‘s” in Washington.

Now back to her original name, Bethany Joy Lenz, the actress broke the news on her blog saying:

“I’m sorry to say that Michael and I have decided to divorce. We remain friendly and dedicated to raising our beautiful girl in love and we appreciate your prayers and support during this difficult time.”

We wish the two can “stay for the kid” but at least they aren’t suffering a nasty public divorce that their daughter would have to suffer from for years to come…

In the this week’s dramatic celebrity news, Kris Humphries would rather be represented by a pro if he’s going to fight against his considered ex-wife Kim Kardashian, who still won’t admit that their 72 day marriage was a fraud and also allegedly resorted to donating twice the value of their wedding gifts to charity in spite of her pseudo husband’s demands that she return them to the guests instead. A Humphries insider was compelled to straighten out the truth about the Nets player’s legal counsel so as to put rumors about him representing himself in court to rest.

The insider tells Us Weekly:

“He [Kris] is in the process of changing counsel is all. He was not dropped by [his lawyers].”

Now that both parties seem to be fully equipped soon, who’s ready for the fight?

Ever since news of Katy and Russell’s divorce broke out, stories have been sprouting up left and right about the former couple and their post-divorce activities… the most outlandish of which was a rumor about the British comedian going after recently single Zooey Deschanel, who is a dead ringer for his ex-wife.

In an interview with The Guardian, Zooey sets the record straight:

“That’s complete fabrication!”

She adds:

“I don’t even know him! I maybe met him once, in passing, four years ago. And he definitely doesn’t have my phone number!”

Wondering how the rumor even got started, Zooey muses:

“It’s crazy how that got picked up — I mean how does that even happen?”

It’s easy, Zooey. People make things up for the sole purpose of making the Hollywood world even more interesting than it already is.

Did it have anything to do with the fact that Seal was photographed last week without his wedding ring for the first time? Because as soon as the photos hit the tabloids, the German beauty followed suit and removed her band, as well. And now she wants the “Kiss From A Rose” singer to keep his distance while she gets ready to sever their seven-year tie completely…

“They have had very little contact and Heidi wants to keep it this way. She feels less stressed out now and feels it’s best to be away from Seal, so she doesn’t get confused about her feelings.”

An insider told the UK Daily Mail.

“She is moving forward with the divorce.”

The celebrity couple, who raise four children together, have been spotted wearing their wedding rings since they announced their separation last month, perhaps in the hope they’d still be able to patch things up and work it out. However, it seems with both of them sans that particular symbol of their marriage, it looks like the union has gone bottoms up for good.

“They had both been wearing their wedding rings and had mutually thought they might be able to work it out. But it doesn’t look like it’s going that way.”

Hollywood rumors say Kris is ready to testify in his annulment proceeding that Kim cut him off from sex almost immediately after their $18 million wedding extravaganza last August. Was it because Kim was so busy figuring out the take from their nuptials, or did she have her head wrapped around conceptualizing her reality shows to include her then-husband?

“Almost immediately after the wedding, they stopped having sex,”

a source told Life&Style Magazine. And Kris is dead set on taking her to court about it.

“Kim’s freaking out. All of her dirty laundry will be aired and there is a lot to air. Kim is a calculating person who does things to benefit her wallet. That’s her top priority! Everything will come out in court — even their sex life.”

While we usually take these kinds of reports with a grain of salt, Life&Style commands more credibility than most tabloids since the Kardashian sisters normally use the publication as part of their self-promotion.

Only last April, Kourtney graced the cover of Life&Style in a bikini three weeks in a row. A month later, Khloe and Kim covered the magazine for two consecutive weeks. In fact, the magazine has hyped just about every angle of the Kardashian Klan’s money-making schemes.

And now they’re saying Kim cut Kris out of the bedroom as soon as they tied the knot. And if allegations they didn’t consummate their marriage turn out to be true, then Kris‘ grounds for annulment based on fraud would be considerably strengthened.

So how will Kris Humphries explain all those honeymoon photos?

The R&B singer took to the stage with the New Edition at Landers Center, just a few moments after receiving the news of Houston‘s death, and despite having had a troubled marriage with the multi-Grammy awardee, peppered by domestic abuse, drug co-dependency, and trouble with the law, he grieved for Whitney while continuing to profess his love for her…

“First of all, I want to tell you that I love you all,”

Brown told the audience.

“Second, I would like to say, ‘I love you Whitney.’ The hardest thing for me to do is to come on this stage tonight.”

And while Brown didn’t come onstage until the second song, “Hit Me Off,” which he performed enthusiastically, he broke down while singing his solo hit, “Tenderoni,” and had to ask the audience to help sing the song with him as he cried.

Brown and Houston were married from 1992 to 2007, and have an 18-year-old daughter together, Bobbi Kristina Brown. They’d also collaborated professionally on the 1993 hit, “Something In Common”…

The comic, 36, who recently finalized his divorce from estranged pop star wife, Katy Perry, sparked fears about his health among the audience when he suddenly announced he was feeling awful in the middle of a spiel. Did the blinding headache he experienced have anything to do with the stress of his separation from Katy?

“I have a terrible pain. I need pain killers. Sorry about this.”

Brand, 36, told his shocked audience at the sold-out ComedySportz Theatre in Hollywood.

“I feel nauseous now. I feel sick.”

Still, despite the pounding in his head, he tried to make light of the situation, finding something to laugh about in the midst of his pain.

“I think I’m such a professional showman this is beyond ridiculous stopping to take medication.”

Apparently, Russell‘s health woes, which date back to his drug-addled past,  have come back in full force ever since he announced he was filing for divorce from his wife of 14 months, 27-year-old Katy.

And who wouldn’t feel awful, having to be forced to walk away from a $20 million divorce settlement because he’s a hard-headed son of a gun because he respects her too much?

Despite the iron-clad prenup, Kim and her legal team are allegedly offering Kris the option to engage in financial negotiation so Kim can have the marriage ended amicably, and above all, privately. But Kris isn’t seeking a cash settlement and wants the whole world to know Kim married him under false pretenses…

“There have been informal settlement talks going on between Kim and Kris‘ respective lawyers,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“Team Humphries has made it crystal clear though that Kris isn’t seeking any money from Kim. Kris doesn’t want one penny from her. His lawyers have said the only terms acceptable for a settlement would be if Kim agrees to Kris’ contention that the marriage was a fraud. There is a stand-off at this point because Kim will never agree to that, she says the marriage wasn’t a fraud. It just didn’t work out.”

Looks like Kris Humphries is ready to go to war over his fraud allegations, and he isn’t concerned about the money at all.
