The celebrity DJ, who is famously known as Lindsay Lohan’s former lover, was arrested on Monday for driving under the influence. As previously reported by celebrity news, Samantha was pulled over just outside the town of Baker in California. She was reportedly driving at 89 mph and “displayed signs of alcohol intoxication.”

Despite the arrogant look on her face in the mug shot, Samantha reportedly did not give the authorities any trouble. The police report said:

“She was cooperative throughout the entire contact.”

If we all remember correctly, Bree Olson crashed her car 2 months ago in Indiana after a late night of partying. Though she blew a .19 on the brethalyzer test, the porn star only admitted to having two beers. Naughty, naughty!

Sources report that Penthouse Pet Olson struck a deal with the state attorneys:

“…in which she will serve one year of unsupervised probation if she completes an unspecified amount of community service and stays out of trouble.”

Considering the company she used to keep, who’s going to believe that a girl like Olson is going to keep herself out of trouble for long?

Brittany Maggard claims Jenelle only got up the guts to fight Britany Truett — the eventual victim because Maggard, Maggard’s sister, and their friend Nick had her back. Maggard says Nick had the video camera and was filming the fight.

After the fight, Maggard claims she and Nick came up with the idea to sell the video — and Jenelle thought it was a good idea and she called “someone she knows at a [photo] agency to purchase the video.”

According to Maggard, they sold the video for $5,000 and Jenelle wanted a bigger cut because she believes as there won’t be any money had she not be famous.

Jenelle’s lawyer who believes Maggard set up the fight to cash in is telling TMZ.com, “I am very happy with [Jenelle's] position. We are investigating the case and we will be ready for court on April 26.”

Not cool!

The couple was arrested at 2:45 AM and booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s substation on a misdemeanor charge as TMZ reports.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Rutler’s bail was set at $30,000.

The My Name is Earl star, who registered a blood alcohol level of .22 — nearly 3 times the legal limit — was charged with two counts of driving under the influence by the Santa Monica City Attorney. Jaime was arrested for DUI in early January.

Another Pressly news, she’d just recently filed for divorce from her husband Simran Singh. The couple split up 2 days after Christmas, that’s about 10 days before Jaime’s DUI arrest. The couple was married for a year and three months.

Did the separation have something to do with the DUI? Methinks very likely.

Let’s hope things work out for Jaime.. so far it hasn’t been all rosy.

It hasn’t been all rosy for the Favres, has it? This news came just days after the NFL quarterback star Brett Favre was being sued for sexual harassment.

Brandi Favre, 34, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and generation of hazardous waste, both felonies, according to Sun Herald newspaper.

Undercover agents raided the condo in Diamondhead, Miss., after buying meth from two suspects at a gas station off Interstate 10. According to a police agent, the condo had an overwhelming odor with smoke and fumes and meth was found cooking in the bathtub.

Favre and four other suspects were arrested and were taken to the Hancock County Barn for decontamination and then charged. They were due in court Thursday.

Brandi Favre reportedly has a crime history. In 1996 she was charged with unlawful use of a weapon in connection with a drive-by shooting and in 1999 she was charged with felony shoplifting after being accused of stealing clothes.

The mug shots were obtained by The Smoking Gun. Ted himself admitted that it’s his drug and alcohol addictions among other things which got him where he was so this isn’t a shocker. The past isn’t important, it’s the present that matters most. He’s now been given a second chance as everyone deserves a second chance to redeem oneself.

I don’t want to get all religious here but I do believe it’s God’s work otherwise Ted wouldn’t ever been noticed and put on National TV. So believe in miracles and it can happen to you. I do believe in miracles myself and having faith gives me a lot of peace.

The “My Name Is Earl” star was driving in Santa Monica at around 11 PM when she was stopped. TMZ was told cops took notice of her vehicle after she allegedly committed a traffic violation.

A field sobriety test was performed and Jaime was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI.

We’re not sure of her blood-alcohol level at the time of arrest as yet. What we know is that Jamie was taken to the Santa Monica jail and held on $15,000 bail. The normal amount is $5,000, it’s when the driver’s blood-alcohol level is higher than .15. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there were no drugs in Jaime’s car, no babies and no car accident was involved.

Get a driver Jaime! Or hail a cab next time!

Paris was the passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over outside the Wynn Hotel. The driver (who happened to be Paris’ new boyfriend Cy Watts) was arrested for DUI (drug-related, not alcohol) and when cops searched Hilton, they found her in possession of a controlled substance…cocaine

Not to worry, Paris was arrested and released without any bail so the amount must be very small. The hotel heiress has hired Las Vegas top-notched attorney, David Chesnoff to represent her!

I have to say it’s a pretty nice mug shot, isn’t it? As for Paris‘ new beau, Cy Watts, he’s a Las Vegas club owner.

Besides the ever so gorgeous mug shot, the other pictures were taken earlier this month when Paris launched her 10th fragrance.

Lindsay dressed in an orange jumpsuit; she seemed to be in good spirit. The photo was taken moments after Lindsay arrived at the Lynwood Correctional Facility to begin her 90-day jail sentence.

According to TMZ, on LiLo’s booking, Lindsay checked in at 5’6″ and weighs 118 lbs.

Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has ordered officials not to allow Lohan to serve any of her sentence on house arrest or work release. However, LiLo will likely be spending less than a month in the clink because of overcrowding and the non-violent nature of her crime according to legal experts.

On the contrary, celebrities normally get all dolled up for the photographs without a hair out of place and lots of makeup. Shall we say celebrity mug shots are the very natural poses of the rich and the famous?

So who struck the best poses for the cops?

1. Joe Francis – The Girls Gone Wild founder was arrested in Florida in April, 2007 after failing to surrender to authorities to serve jail time for contempt of court. Francis was then charged with tax evasion, bribery and sexual battery.

2. Shia LaBeouf – LaBeouf was arrested in November 2007 after he refused to leave a Chicago Walgreens store. The Transformers star appeared to be intoxicated, was popped after he ignored a security guard’s demand to leave the drugstore. LaBeouf was hit with a misdemeanor criminal trespassing charge.

3. Dennis Rodman – The former NBA star was arrested in California in December 1999 and was charged with DWI. In July 2000, Rodman pleaded guilty to drunk driving and driving without a valid license charges. He was fined $2000 and placed on three years probation. A month, prior to this arrest, Rodman was arrested by Miami Beach police and charged with assaulting his wife at the time, Carmen Electra. Charges were dropped later that month.

4. Michael Jackson – Michael was arrested in November 2003 for child molestation. He was released after posting a $3 million bail.

5. Nick Nolte – was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on September 11, 2002 and charged with driving under the influence.

6. Bill Gates – Yes you got it right, this is Bill Gates, the Microsoft boss who was arrested in 1977 for traffic violation in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

7. Hugh Grant – Grant was arrested in June, 1995 for his solicitation of prostitute, Divine Brown’s oral services. Hugh was sentenced to a two-year probation, and ordered to pay a fine.

8. Diddy (Sean Combs) - Diddy was arrested by the NYPD in December 1999 and charged with possession of a firearm following a shooting at a Manhattan nightclub. Police pulled over Diddy who was fleeing with his then girlfriend in the car, Jennifer Lopez. Police found a gun under the front seat of his SUV. A jury found him not guilty in March 2001.

9. Richie Sambora – Richie Sambora, Bon Jovi guitarist was arrested in March 2008 in California and charged with misdemeanor drunk driving.

10. Snoop Dogg – (real name: Calvin Broadus) - Snoop was booked on a felony charge of possession of a dangerous weapon in November 2006. He was charged in connection with an incident at John Wayne Airport during which airport security found a collapsible baton in his suitcase.

Yes, we didn’t put Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie or Paris Hilton on the list, we thought we should give someone else a chance to stand out.

Lindsay Lohan issued the following statement to TMZ: “It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs.

Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have.

I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.”

As for jail time, Lohan has struck a deal  by pleading no contest to two counts of DUI (driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher). By law, Lohan becomes a second offender (with two DUIs) and must serve a minimum of four days in jail. But the judge cut that in half by ordering her to perform 10 days of community service in lieu of two of the days. He also gave Lindsay one day credit for time served when she was busted. That means she gets a grand total of one day in jail.

Lohan also pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance (two separate incidents) — both misdemeanors. She also pleaded no contest to reckless driving.

The judge said Lohan will serve 36 months probation and attend an alcohol education program for 18 months.

As to the controlled substance plea, Lohan was ordered not to use controlled substances. She’s also required to enroll in a drug program. She’s also required to stay for an unspecified amount of time at the Utah facility where she’s currently in rehab.

Lohan was also ordered “not to associate with people with controlled substances.” That means a lot of people, no?

So among the three young stars: Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie & Lindsay Lohan; Paris got the worse sentence. Paris probably has learnt her lesson well by serving the longest time though.

Lohan is young & talented, when she gets out of this mess, she’s got everything in front of her. We have faith in you Lindsay.

Richie checked into a women’s jail at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday & was released at 4:37 p.m. “based on her sentence and federal guidelines,” Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputy Maribel Rizo said without elaborating.

Under a federal court mandate to manage jail overcrowding, arrestees sentenced to 30 days or less for a nonviolent offense are usually released within 12 hours, the sheriff’s department said in a statement. Richie was treated the same way as other inmates with similar sentence.

Lindsay took another dangerous turn early Tuesday when police booked her on suspicion of drunken driving and cocaine possession after a frightened woman dialed 911 to report being chased by Lohan’s SUV.

Less than two weeks out of rehab, with another drunken-driving case pending, Lohan had a blood-alcohol level of between 0.12 and 0.13 percent when police found her about 1:30 a.m., Sgt. Shane Talbot said.

Lohan attorney Blair Berk said her client had relapsed and was again receiving medical care. Lohan‘s previously scheduled appearance Tuesday on “The Tonight Show” was cancelled due to her arrest. TMZ.com is reporting that Lohan has entered an undisclosed treatment facility.

Lindsay Lohan’s scheduled appearance on the Tonight Show Tuesday was canceled – replaced by Rob Schneider dressed in drag as Lohan, complete with an alcohol-monitoring bracelet!

But — buzzkill — Shyamali, who was arrested for possession, directed the cops to another green-growing facility nearby, where they arrested Blith and her husband, Charles Quist (Sanjaya’s stepdad).

Blith could’ve gone to jail for up to five years after pleading guilty to one felony count of unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, but got off with a relatively mellow 30-day sentence. ))
