With the hype of celebrity plastic surgery surrounding his person, the effeminate 33-year-old Clay shrugs it off as part of the job. He can afford to. After all, he remains one of the top earning alums of “Idol,” pulling in an estimated $1.5 million a year…

Maybe he’s put on weight, maybe he’s had a little surgical help…but as far as looking good is concerned, we really like how Clay‘s “evolved”…

Now it looks like the 44-year-old First Lady of France is trying her best-est to hold on to her former good looks by having her once famous face, which graced magazine covers and runways for Christian Dior, Givenchy, Paco Rabanne, Sonia Rykiel, Christian Lacroix, Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Yves Saint-Laurent, Shiatzy Chen, Chanel and Versace, shot full of botox.

“Carla is over botoxed,”

Dr. Ben Behnam told RadarOnline after examining one of the 90′s highest paid supermodel‘s photos.

“She’s had way too much done. That’s why she has the surprised look on her face and looks like a chipmunk.”

Careful, Dr. Behnam. Don’t you think it’s dangerous to be comparing the First Lady of France to a large rodent? The French government may have to force you to issue an apology to Carla Bruni, just as Republican Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner had to do after saying Michelle Obama had a “big butt.”

“She looks like she’s had Radiesse which is a filler for wrinkle reduction. But her results do not look natural.”

Behnam continues.

“A lot of celebrities these days look the same. They all have the puffy cheeks and cat like eyes. What they should do is just do a little bit so it just makes them look like a younger version of themselves rather than a 50-year-old trying to look 25.”

Ouch. Looks like there’s one person who isn’t a fan of Carla Bruni. Wouldn’t it just be the remaining baby weight she still has to lose after delivering her daughter Giulia in October?

The 42-year-old A-list actress, who’s been named “Hottest Women of All Time” by Men’s Health Magazine, finally admitted getting Botox injections, but said she had some in the past without actually admitting whether she still continues with treatments today. Either she really does have good genes, or she’s discovered some fountain of youth beauty routine she isn’t telling anyone about…

““People think that I do a lot of [Botox] injections, but I don’t. I’m not saying that I haven’t tried it but I see how it’s a slippery slope,”

Jen told InStyle Magazine.

“All that cosmetic stuff looks ridiculous on me.”

The “Horrible Bosses” star did reveal she’s been taking precautions ever since she noticed her appearance changing with her progressing age.

“I’ve started getting those little sun spots. Things are beginning to pop out. Even the texture of my skin is changing,”

Jen admitted.

“So I’ve recently started zapping the spots and getting spray tans whenever I can. And I’ve graduated to using SPF 60 sunblock when I’m on the beach.”

Whatever it is she’s doing, it’s really working, because Jen does have the most enviably young skin of any 42-year-old we’ve ever seen…

In the wake of her appearance at the CNN Heroes: An All-Star Tribute event dressed in a cleavage-baring Roberto Cavalli gown, Miley became the subject of a whole lot of boob job rumors, which were fueled by comments from plastic surgeons who agreed that she looked like she got herself some implants.

After finding out about the rumors, Miley immediately took to Twitter to deny that she had her breasts done. She said:

“Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!”

Miley adds:

“I’m 19!!! BOOBS GROW PEOPLE!”

Well, she’s right. Boobs do grow…

According to so-called experts, the former “Hannah Montana” star displayed a new fullness to her bosom that had nothing to do with a sudden growth spurt, breast tape, or a really expensive push-up bra. Did Miley really have a little enhancement done in her chest area, or are all these expert opinions a bunch of baloney?

“Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done,”

a cosmetic physician named Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado told Star Magazine.

“If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation.”

Does Miley really need that huge career boost so she’s taken the path a hundred starlets have trod to improve their careers?

“Whoever did them did a very good job,”

Dr. Humes continued.

“She might have had small implants, which is nice, because she is a small girl with a small frame.”

Some other experts also contributed their opinions on Miley‘s supposed chesty improvements.

“It appears that Miley has recently undergone breast enhancement surgery.”

chimed in Michael Niccole of Orange County, California’s Cosmeticare.

“Push-up bras are great for cleavage, but don’t help out a whole lot when it comes to the exterior breast volume, which is also what I notice in these photos.”

But Miley had only one thing to say to these experts, which she revealed to her 3.9 million followers on Twitter a few hours ago:

“Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they’d realize you don’t have to be fake to be beautiful!”

And that’s that.

Do you believe her?

JWoww (aka Jenni Farley) has no trouble talking about her boob job, but when it comes to her face (and whatever improvements she may or may not have done to it), it’s a different story.

Despite the fact that her face looks radically different, the reality star is adamant that the changes are all thanks to weight loss and not a skilled plastic surgeon.

During her guest appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show,” JWoww said:

“I feel like I should go on a morning show, or your show, and just have a plastic surgeon see if I got anything done, because I want to prove everyone wrong… They say I got my cheeks done, they say I got my nose, my chin. I just lost 15 pounds, and it was all in my face and neck.”

She adds:

“That’s what was insulting to me, because I was like, ‘What did my nose look like 15 pounds ago?’”

It was definitely bigger then than it is now, that’s for sure.

On the other hand, maybe the silicone-laden guidette known as Jennifer Farley celebrates this achievement in the context to the number of times she’s appeared in the ultimate guys’ guide magazine: three.

But this is her first cover…so hooray, JWoww!

And while there’ve been readers complaining that the January 2012 celebrity photo shoot reeks of “plastic”…well, then, hey…would you complain each time you go to a McDonald’s and get served hamburgers? Because for JWoww, this is like the greatest honor ever…

“I cried when I found out. I was jumping up and down and totally bugging out. This is probably my highest accomplishment.”

JWoww gushed on Maxim Magazine.

This from the reality starlet who’d turned down a $400,000 offer to pose for Playboy. Was she gunning for a higher offer in the same neighborhood as Lindsay Lohan’s almost $1 million photo shoot? Bet she’s regretting that standoffish career move now, eh?

Still, celebrity gossip websites are thrilled, we really are. Because for the first time in a long while, here’s news about JWoww that has nothing to do with her breakdown and attempted suicide, or her getting more plastic surgery.

Ali has kept mum about the issue ever since it first came up. People have been speculating for months that Lindsay’s little sis got some serious plastic surgery done after a couple of photos of her looking drastically different (and scary skinny) began making the rounds on blogs and magazines. Though Lindsay and even her modeling agency immediately came to her defense, Ali simply kept silent… until now.

Ali tells Page Six:

“It’s stupid… I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true.”

She adds:

“I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old.”

But she really does look extremely different from the old Ali Lohan we’ve all grown accustomed to. She has a more prominent chin, her eyebrows appear higher, her nose and cheekbones look different, her lips are much fuller, and even her eyes appear different. How does she explain that?

Despite the obvious changes, Ali insists that she did not get surgery, and says that her mother, Dina Lohan, would never allow her to do such a thing. She says:

“That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!’”

Hmm. What do you think? Are you buying it?

After all, this “The Hills” and “Dancing With The Stars” alum is smooth, fresh-faced, and all of 24. We think it’ll take a lot of years and going through the wringer to get Kristin thinking about having something done to her the kind of blonde, carefree California girl beauty she has going here…

“No one’s ever told me I needed to get a facelift or anything,”

the reality actress said in an interview.

“Never say never, but I don’t think I’ll ever get Botox because we don’t know the long-term side effects, and I just don’t think that can be good for you.”

“The most I’ve done is Crest Whitestrips,”

she quips.

Kidding aside, the reason Kristin looks so young and fresh may be the fact that she’s a vegan and hits and gym four times a week.

“If I don’t eat healthy food I don’t feel good,”

Kristin admits. And also…

“…as cliché and old school as it is, I think drinking a lot of water really helps,”

as well as washing your face at night

“no matter how tired you are.”

Well, there you have it. You won’t hear about Kristin getting Botox in the tabloids. At least not now, anyway.

The 56-year-old Italian fashion designer, who took over the Versace empire after her brother and Versace founder, Gianni Versace was murdered in 1997, is known for her love of tanning, plastic surgery, and emaciated models…

For this very reason, she’s come under a lot of fire for saying ‘real’ women don’t “fit the Versace brand.”

This attitude has earned her the ire of industry insiders who say Donatella is completely missing the point of aligning with chainstore brand, H&M, particularly since she’d already expressed her intention to “attract a much more diverse customer than usual with the cheaper line.”

“This is so typical of 99.9 per cent of designers: they only want their clothes worn by the very young and the very thin,”

a correspondent for The Daily Mail said.

Fashionista.com stated on its website that the point of H&M is that it’s supposed to be accessible in a way that designer brands like Versace are not.

“That’s why H&M collaborates with designers–to give ‘real girls’ the chance to wear Versace and Lanvin.”

Donatella has given no comment on this debacle except to say:

“When I’m going to see young people in the street wearing these iconic (Versace for H&M) pieces it’s going to be fun.”

But not if you’re going to end up looking like Donatella…

Granted Nicole‘s entitled to change the way her chest looks, after having her mammaries ravaged by breastfeeding, but do you think her new boobs look natural with the stretched flesh of her rack considerably lighter than the rest of her?

And does the boob job mean Nicole‘s calling a halt to any more babies after Harlow and Sparrow?

In any case, we’re glad Nicole opted for moderately sized implants instead of going from her usual cup A to a Heidi Montag triple D cup.  Now that monstrosity takes the cake.

Hollywood celebrity news never thought it was Heather who’s had the implants. In Season 2,  it was bitchy Santana Lopez, played by Naya Rivera, who was demoted to the bottom of the Cheerios pyramid for the new melons she acquired over the summer. So we really thought Naya‘s new breasts were written into the show.

“Implants were something I thought I wanted when I was younger, and now I don’t,”

Heather admitted.

“It was hard being active with them, because my chest was always sore. It hurt a lot, and I didn’t like always being in pain, so they had to go.”

Recent photos of Ali reveal her to have undergone a drastic change—she’s got fuller lips, hollow cheeks, a more prominent chin, and a thinner nose. In fact, even her eyes look different! However, despite the very noticeable changes, her modeling agency, Next Model Management, is adamant that she has not had any work done.

Alexis Borgers, Next Model Management’s agency director, says:

“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery… As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”

Lindsay herself came to Ali’s defense, saying that her sister “has never” had plastic surgery.

However, according to New York plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk, Ali definitely looks like she got some work done. The doctor told Us Weekly:

“The most striking changes are the nose and chin… It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline.”

Dr. Turk added:

“There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox.”

Now what girl in their right mind would want to get rid of those double DD’s? More to the point, what girl’s fiance, particularly if he happens to be NFL Player Eric Johnson, would fall in with that game plan? Doesn’t make sense, does it? We thought not.

“Been getting lots of questions about this alleged breast reduction,”

Jessica clarified via Twitter.

“It’s UDDERly not true!” I LOVE MY BOOBIES!! They aren’t going anywhere!”

And so do we, and we bet Eric Johnson as well as every red blooded male on the planet, are so relieved to hear this Jessica isn’t getting rid of her signature trademark. Goes nicely with her bright smile, doesn’t it?

In fact Hollywood news thinks she doesn’t even look like a Lohan anymore. Is her modelling job so grueling she’s lost that much weight in a matter of a couple of months? Or did Next model demand she do something about that baby fat? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley didn’t cave in under that kind of bullying, why should Ali?

Ali‘s too young to head on down towards that spiral sister Lindsay seems to be traveling on. Her face has undergone such a dramatic change, and unless she has cancer or hero worships androgynous male model Andrej Pejic, we really think she should take a step back before she does something truly terrible to mess up what’s left of her childhood.

According to “The Hills” reality star, she possesses a problematic chest bone which interferes with her bikini shots, not that it’s stopped her from posing for more than a thousand of them.

“Well, see I have this chest problem. My bone right here, it’s higher on this side? It’s pectoralis something. So I’ve always struggled with that. You could see they look different sizes all the time.”

Audrina says she’s sick and tired of people asking whether she’s had cosmetic enlargement done.

The friend adds:

“She hasn’t decided if she’ll get it done before the wedding. She wants to, but she fears being laid up for a week or more so close to the date.”

Jessica and fiancé Eric Johnson reportedly told their family and friends that they were considering having their wedding in November, but according to the insider, the former pop star is thinking of pushing back the date because of her weight gain—she’s supposedly horrified at the idea of being a “plus-size bride.” Jessica’s friend reveals:

“She’s in such limbo about what to do… Jessica wants to waltz down the aisle — not waddle.”

Jessica, who’s repeatedly mistaken as pregnant because of her size, is reportedly “at her wit’s end.” The friend shares:

“If the weight doesn’t come off soon, she might either call off her wedding or get surgery. She’s that desperate. If she does postpone, breast reduction is on her to-do list.”

Yikes. Do you think Jessica should go under the knife, or should she just be happy with her body?

Who could be better spokespersons for the Anti-Cosmetic Surgery League than three outspoken Oscar winners who’ve never had a thing done and remain ethereal in all their natural beauty?

We think maybe Deena should’ve gotten lipo instead? And gone on a strict vegetarian diet? Because we really believe her new nose would go better with a less meatball-y figure…so hold that spaghetti sauce.
