It seems Brooke is too troubled that one or two rehab treatments in a year is just not enough to get herself back on track, because she has entered an undisclosed in-patient rehab facility a few weeks ago following her extended stay earlier this year.

Although it had been unclear why—there was no sign of any drugs or any heads up that she was indeed planning to check herself in—sources say that her ex-husband Charlie did notice that she seemed “out of it” when she dropped by to see him prior to the rehab admission.

Wonder why she never got around to telling Charlie what she was up to… He has been unusually supportive of her recovery, after all.

On the other hand, we’re glad that she’s taken the initiative to get better and realized that nothing would suck more than being addicted to drugs and losing custody of her kids in the process.

As previously reported, The Situation entered rehab in March for a bit of rest and relaxation after a grueling “Jersey Shore” filming schedule… oh, and a self-confessed problem with prescription drugs.

But it seems the abdomen-flashing guido has finished with his treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah, as he was reportedly spotted at the airport on Wednesday.

It looks like Sorrentino will be back for the sixth season of “Jersey Shore,” despite rumors that he was leaving the show.

We wonder if this means we’re going to see less drinking and partying from The Sitch next season?

Good for her!

Tila Tequila is now a free woman, and a healthier one at that. The reality slash porn star is officially out of rehab after enduring a month-long counseling for substance and psychological issues, which resulted to her hospitalization after her suicide scare in her home in Los Angeles last month.

Tila‘s rep told TMZ:

“[Tila] has successfully completed her program in rehab and has safely made her way back home. She has fully recovered, and is currently spending time with her closest family and friends.”

The rep added:

“She is the healthiest she’s ever been and wants to thank all of her fans for their undying support while she was battling through some hard times.”

Now that she’s all better, maybe she would consider going back to, uhm, filming for her wide male audience?

As previously reported, Mike Sorrentino aka The Situation is currently in rehab to help him overcome his problem with prescription drugs.

Unfortunately, The Sitch isn’t allowed to be himself at the Cirque Lodge in Utah due to the facility’s strict rules about clothing and excessive skin exposure.

TMZ reports:

“Cirque bans muscle shirts, sleeveless tops, ripped jeans, hats, sunglasses, and all clothing with obscene language.”

Basically everything that Sorrentino has in his closet, then.

The site adds:

“The guidelines also specify “no abdominal exposure” — a rule intended for the female population — but given the guy’s claim to fame … it clearly also applies to Mr. Sitch.”

So no showing off his abs and no douchey clothes?

Sorrentino checked himself into rehab recently, as previously reported by Hollywood news and gossip. But according to his rep, it was not because of a substance abuse problem, but because the reality star needed a bit of rest and relaxation to help him recuperate from his exhausting schedule.

Sounds pretty unbelievable, right?

Fortunately, The Sitch doesn’t want to keep everyone guessing. The “Jersey Shore” star took matters into his own hands by explaining himself on his official blog on Wednesday:

“I want to set the record straight. I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion. I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule. I appreciate my fans support and love you guys.”

So… prescription meds, huh?

Somehow that’s not something we imagined these “Jersey Shore” guidos and guidettes would go to rehab for. An addiction to sex, drugs (the illegal ones, anyway) or alcohol, we can understand.

We’re not. After all, with all the drinking and partying going on in “Jersey Shore,” we’re surprised he—or any of his other co-stars—didn’t enter treatment sooner!

But despite what a lot of you are probably thinking, the reality star did not check into rehab for substance abuse… according to people from his camp.

Mike’s rep tells RadarOnline.com:

“He is not in rehab for substance abuse. He has spent the last several weeks at an undisclosed location for much needed rest and recuperation after his extensive production and appearance schedule.”

The insider adds:

“Mike is focusing on recuperation after a very long trip through Australia and getting rested up for season six. His friends and family know where he is, he just wants to get away from the public and be on his own for a bit to relax.”

Uh… does her really need to go to rehab for relaxation? Can’t he just go on vacation in Hawaii or something?

Poor girl.

Tila Tequila has decided to seek professional help and treatment, after a previous report of her suffering a brain aneurysm and overdosing on what turns out to be sleeping pills that led her into being hospitalized for a week. The reality TV and porn star reportedly almost didn’t live through the terrible ordeal, if it weren’t for her roommate who came just in time to rescue a convulsing Tila. After her brief stint in the hospital, the tiny model has decided to enter a rehab facility.

Her rep tells E! News:

“[Tequila] has agreed to go into treatment…at Palm Partners in Florida…That is all the info we want to give at this time.”

In spite of her health scare, the people closest to Tequila are now more optimistic about her recovery since after she left the hospital, barely able to speak. Her manager also reveals:

“[Tila] is doing better. We ask that her privacy is respected during this difficult time.”

We pray for your speedy recovery, Tila!

And we doubt she’s with ASHTON KUTCHER.

Demi Moore, who checked into rehab early last month after her brief hospitalization, has reportedly finished her treatment at the addiction treatment facility in Utah and is now on vacation at an “undisclosed location.”

A source tells E! News:

“She’s in no rush to get back to L.A…. She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”

Demi’s reasons for checking into the Cirque Lodge in Utah were never disclosed to the public, but according to E! News, “she sought help for both addiction issues and an eating disorder.”

And since Demi had been shockingly emaciated following her decision to divorce estranged husband Ashton Kutcher, plus there had been rumors that her stint in the hospital back in January was due to substance abuse, we’re inclined to believe it.

We just hope Demi‘s all better now.

Now why is that hard to believe?

The notorious “Mean Girls” star, who is still on probation for her alleged substance abuse and other publicly-known self-destructive behavior, admits in an interview with Matt Lauer that she finally got her long-overdue “wake up call”—aka court dates, trips to jail, rehab, community service and a career dead end—and that her partying days and erratic diva behaviors may very well be over.

With a fresher outlook on life and offers for a film, a hosting gig and an Elizabeth Taylor biopic just waiting for her around the corner, Lindsay plans to show just how eager she is about turning her life around.

She shares on the show:

“I went out, actually, a few months ago with a friend. And I was so uncomfortable. Not because I felt tempted, just because it was just the same thing that it always was before. It just wasn’t fun for me. I’ve become more of a homebody. And I like that.”

Well, even so, the world’s obviously going to need a lot of convincing before they can even think of trusting her again!

She adds:

“I still need to go through the process of proving myself. I could see where it could be scary for people to invest in me. I don’t want people to have that reason to be scared anymore.”

Finally, she tells Lauer:

“I will not let anyone down, especially myself.”

We sure hope so, Lindsay. For your own sake!

Wait, what?! When did he even check in?

The 42-year-old hunky Scottish lead actor of “300″ fame, who has been linked to numerous Hollywood actresses such as Ashley Greene and Jessica Biel, reportedly went seeking for help three weeks ago after struggling for so long.

It all started when he was filming the fantasy action hit “300″… our poor Gerard started using pain relievers due to the physical demands of the role, and then again after getting into a few accidents, such as during the filming of “Machine Gun Preacher.”

TMZ reports:

“We’re told the actor began struggling with pain management, and the problem became exacerbated while filming ‘Of Men and Mavericks’ when Butler was badly hurt on December 18 during a surfing accident.”

They add:

“Butler also developed issues with cocaine, but the root problem appears to be the injuries and pain management.”

You would think that King Leonidas would be more resilient than this.

Demi‘s currently getting treatment for substance abuse problems at the exclusive rehab center Cirque Lodge in Utah following that fateful 911 call to rush her to the hospital when she lapsed into semi-conscious and started convulsing after allegedly inhaling nitrous oxide at a party at her home, where Rumer was reportedly present…

“My mother is on the road to recovery,”

Rumer told German news outlet tz-online when she was in Munich over the weekend to attend a Thomas Sabo jewelry launch.

“Of course the situation weighs heavily on me,”

the 23-year-old oldest daughter of Demi and Bruce Willis admitted.

“It’s slow going but we believe in her.”

Demi was released from the hospital a couple of days after being admitted for what her representatives called “exhaustion and health issues” before checking into Cirque Lodge where she’s receiving rehab treatment together with another substance abuse recidivist, Brooke Mueller.

Ashton has reportedly been visiting Demi in her Benedict Canyon estate where he’s been photographed arriving several times since Demi was released from the hospital after her “health scare.” He was out of the country on work commitments when his soon-to-be-ex-wife was rushed to the emergency room after allegedly having a bad reaction to inhaling nitrous oxide, but it seems he’s making himself available in the only way he knows how.

“This has been a very hard time for Ashton. He loves Demi very much, and he feels absolutely helpless right now,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“Ashton and Demi have been praying together at her house, and he mainly just wants to provide comfort to her right now.”

So does this mean there may be room for reconciliation between this two?

“This absolutely isn’t a reconciliation, but there is still a lot of love there and he would never turn his back on her — it’s just not who Ashton is.”

The source continued.

“Ashton has had loved ones in his life that have dealt with addiction issues, and he realizes that it’s counter-productive for someone to be forced to go to rehab. Ashton absolutely wants her to get help for what he thinks is the biggest threat to her health, anorexia, but Demi just isn’t ready to take that next step yet.”

Oh yeah. Tell that to Amy Winehouse.

“Ashton knows the addict has to want to get help for themselves. There is a lot of noise around Demi right now, and Ashton wants her to know he is there for her and supports her no matter what.”

And if praying with Demi will enlighten her to the true path…whatever it is…then we guess Ashton should do whatever he thinks it’ll take for Demi to realize she needs to get better…

After getting hospitalized for seizure-like symptoms that were allegedly caused by nitrous oxide inhalation (at a party), Demi has decided to seek help for her rumored substance abuse problems by checking into the Cirque Lodge—an addiction treatment facility—in Sundance, Utah.

A source tells E! News:

“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”’

Demi reportedly checked in to be treated for an eating disorder and substance addiction. The facility, which has treated the likes of Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen, specializes in “individualized addiction treatment.”

The source adds:

“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help.”

If this is true, then props to Demi for realizing that she does need help.

Demi has yet to be seen in public after she checkout out of a hospital in Los Angeles following a “health scare” last week. It’s been alleged the soon-to-be-divorced actress had been smoking Whip It (street name for nitrous oxide) with her daughter, Rumer, no less, when she lapsed into semi-consciousness and started convulsing. Her reps called the subsequent 911 call and hospital stay all due “exhaustion and other health issues,” of course…

And yet…where is Demi?

Her daughters Tallulah and Rumer are now hanging out with their dad, Bruce at his West L.A. Condo where Tallulah‘s moved in for the time being.

Hollywood rumors are buzzing that the 49-year-old actress has just entered a residential rehab facility because her exact whereabouts are uncertain as of press time. She hasn’t even been reported to have returned to her Beverly Hills home following her dramatic hospitalization.

Some sources speculate Demi has gone for some “spiritual counseling” to purge the demons that got her into this mess in the first place.

Wait…is that the same counseling that failed to save her marriage to Ashton Kutcher?

Late last year, Brooke was arrested in Aspen, Colorado for cocaine possession, and Charlie Sheen had to bail her out of jail. She promptly checked herself into rehab from out-of-state, perhaps in a bid not to lose custody of her sons. But out of the blue, Brooke says she’s clocking in for a longer stint at the treatment center, and has even quit smoking in an effort at detoxification…

Hmmm…wonder what the huge draw for Brooke at the rehab center is.

“This is a dramatic turn of events for Brooke as this is the first time she has ever voluntarily decided to stay in rehab. This program she is in is working, and Brooke is getting sober for herself, and that is the first time she has ever said that. In the past, family, friends have forced her into rehab, but not this time. Brooke is taking an active role in her sobriety,”

a source revealed to RadarOnline of Brooke‘s decision to extend her stay in rehab beyond the requisite 30 days.

“Brooke quit smoking on her own, she doesn’t want to do anything unhealthy to herself anymore. Her treatment team is so impressed with her accomplishments. Brooke has said instead of smoking cigarette’s, she will take vitamins!”

The source continued. And we’re talking about a 10-year chain-smoker here.

Brooke Mueller is expected to stay in rehab for another month, and somewhere in Hollywood, a newly lucid Charlie Sheen is heaving a great sigh of relief…

The 51-year-old Lothario, who’s currently in legal trouble for a domestic violence case filed against him by ex-girlfriend Kate Major, was attending court-sanctioned AA meetings when he suddenly collapsed and had to be taken to the hospital – the third time for Lohan in the last quarter of 2011, having injured his foot after jumping from a hotel balcony to evade the police in October, and having had surgery to unclog a blocked artery in his heart this month…

“Michael started to feel light headed during his meeting so he walked outside, and that’s when he collapsed,”

a source told RadarOnline.

“He was taken in an ambulance to Palm Beach Gardens Hospital where doctors found another blood clot in his lung.”

Lohan was subjected to CAT scans and an MRI to make sure the clot hadn’t spread to his brain.

“Michael‘s still waiting on the test results and we’re not sure when he’ll be released from the hospital,”

the source continued.

And when he’s given an all-clear, he’ll have to return to the 120-day rehab stint in Florida as ordered by the court.

Looks like the New Year isn’t looking up for Michael Lohan at all. Let’s hope his daughter does better…

Demi, who’s been very open about the time she’d spent at the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center for girls and women, came back as an alum to share the story about her breakdown last year after she punched a back-up dancers…

“Today I went back to the treatment center I went to last year, to speak to the beautiful women fighting their inner demons.. was so honored.”

Demi shared on Twitter.

“To be able to share my story and let them know that it gets easier. Life is beautiful…. You are worthy of it.”

Demi has never hesitated to share her rehab experience with celebrity gossip websites. In fact, it’s practically all she’s ever talked about or referred to this year.

“Wow what an inspiring day… Many tears were shed and many memories were brought back at Timberline Knolls today.”

Demi further tweeted, obviously touched at having returned to the place where she finally exorcised her own eating, cutting and Bipolar II disorders.

“Please say a prayer for all of those struggling with eating disorders, self harm, mood disorders, and substance abuse.”

she exhorted her 5.1 million followers.

And who knows, her time spent at rehab may have had such a great impact on her, she might just decide to become a celebrity spokesperson for Timberline Knolls when her tour for her album “Unbroken” comes to a close this year.

Demi couldn’t stop repeating how grateful she is to be able to spend the holidays with her family this year because last year she was…you guessed it…mentally unfit to mix with people…

But why does she enjoy reminding people of her time spent “inside” trying to fix the problems in her head? It’s either that or she had nothing else to write about being grateful for as Seventeen magazine’s contributing editor.

Entertainment news today notes that Demi‘s column is all about thankfulness in the season of Thanksgiving, and in expressing her thankfulness for her supportive family, she begins with her fateful stint at the rehab facility where she was treated for Bi-polar II disorder.

“As many of you know, last year at this time, I was in treatment. I spent Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve away from my home and family which is why I am so excited to be with them this year,”

the 19-year-old singer writes in her monthly column.

“They have stuck by me through everything and love me just the way that I am. That is a wonderful feeling to know that people accept the real you.”

In fact, more than half of her column rehashes her time spent at the facility:

“Going to treatment was a gift and I believe it saved my life. I learned how to be strong and healthy even through struggles,”

Lovato writes.

“It also helped me open up about my issues and share them with others. Knowing that my family, friends and fans accept me for who I am is the greatest feeling ever!”

We feel really great for you, too, Demi. Really, we do. But people have feasted on your rehab grind for most of this year. Wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t wax eloquent about it at every opportunity?

After her crash and burn during the Jonas Brothers‘ South American tour and her show of physical temperament against one of her back-up dancers (Demi punched her) for tattling to tour managers about late nights out, Demi went into rehab to address her eating disorder, self-mutilation, alleged bipolarity, and a host of other psychological conditions.

Entertainment news says Demi has now been cleaning house to ensure nothing stands in her way of success, this time.

It seems she’s heading there as her latest album “Skyscraper,” something Demi calls her “cry for help,” has hit top 10 on the charts.

“A lot of people thought I was in there for drugs and alcohol, and I was in there for an eating disorder and cutting.”

Demi explained.

“So as hard as it was for me to come out and say like, ‘This is why I’m really in here,’ I wanted to set the record straight.”

Good for you, Demi. Hope you and your house clean out well.
