Rihanna is obviously a fan of the late rapper, because she recently tattooed the words “THUG LIFE”—the name of the rap group formed by Tupac and his friends—on her knuckles.

The Barbadian singer posted the photo on her Twitter account today with the caption:

“♫ All these bitches screaming that 2pac back ♫ #THUGLIFE”

So she’s got Tupac on her hands and The Beatles’ John Lennon on her chest (that’s his face on her T-shirt)… kind of conflicting, don’t you think?

And the tattoo? It’s the “Statue of Liberty,” which happens to be Marc Anthony‘s pet name for his new lady love. And here we were going around with the impression that Latinos were supposed to be romantic. Who in el diablo calls their significant other the “Statue of Liberty?”

Apparently, Marc Anthony does. Because in his estimation, he credits De Lima with his new found “freedom.” Uh…freedom from what? Or more to the point, from who? From estranged wife, Jennifer Lopez?

Well, if you take it literally, yes. A tattoo reading “Jennifer” used to be on Marc Anthony‘s right wrist where his new “Statue of Liberty” replica now lies.

Ah…so that explains it. What we can’t explain is why he’s dragged his 17-year-old daughter, Ariana (in the TMZ photo with the tattoo artists above) with him to get the very same tattoo?

Eva, who filed for divorce from NBA star Tony Parker in 2010, is finally getting rid of the last remaining traces of their three-year marriage—her Tony-inspired tattoos.

Eva reportedly visited a doctor earlier this week to get the two tattoos—the word “NINE” on the back of her neck (Tony’s jersey number with the San Antonio Spurs) and the Roman numeral tattoo of the date of their wedding (July 7, 2007) on her wrist—completely removed.

A friend of Eva tells Gossip Cop:

“[Eva wants all] the Tony related tattoos removed.”

So what’s the latest wise quote/enlightened saying/significant phrase to find its way on LiLo’s skin?

That’s right… “Live Without Regrets.” Lindsay has had plenty to regret these past few years—and we can probably add this tattoo to the list, since it’s apparently not very pleasing to the eyes—so it’s kind of a strange choice. But the “Mean Girls” star obviously likes getting a tattoo whenever she reaches some sort of point in her life, so maybe she got this to remind herself to “live without regrets,” which hopefully will mean that she will no longer do anything she will regret.

Justin was hanging out with his dad Jeremy Bieber at the beach in Los Angeles when the ever-present paps caught a glimpse—and of course, photographed—a new tattoo on his calf… a tattoo of Jesus Christ’s face.

Though this isn’t Justin’s first tattoo—nor is it his first religious tattoo, since he has the Hebrew name for Jesus tattooed under his armpit—it is definitely the biggest.

This makes it a total of six tattoos the former Disney star now has, from a feather behind her ear, the words “Stay” and “Strong” on her wrists, and the phrase “You make me beautiful” on her side, along with a cross on her hand. For Demi, keeping the faith is a testament of her resilience in the face of a crazy industry that once pulled her down a dark and deeply deranged path…

But then again,

“Sometimes you just gotta have a little bit of……”

Demi tweeted, along with the accompanying grainy polaroid of her new skin adornment.

Perhaps it’s a message of inspiration to the many women and girls still fighting their own demons at the the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center where Demi received her own treatment last year, and visited earlier this week to share some motivational messages and prayers.

And perhaps it’s also a message to herself to remind her always to keep her head above treacherous waters…

Hollywood rumors have been swirling around suggesting Katy and Russell were going the way of fellow celebrity couples, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries, and Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. But not only did Katy pooh-pooh these reports on Twitter, she and and Mr. Brand went and branded themselves with some permanent ink…

How else would you mark your ecstatically married love by putting marks on yourselves as a couple?

So after Katy‘s show in Los Angeles, the kooky couple went by legendary tattoo artist, Big Bang (real name: Keith McCurdy), who’s done skin markings for celebrities like Rihanna and Chris Brown (although sadly that inked couple didn’t last long), and they went and got themselves a peppermint sweet (Katy) and the West Ham United logo (Russell).

Katy even did a turn with the needle on Big Bang himself, carving the same peppermint design on his leg that she’d let him draw on her ankle.

And the divorce rumors?

“First I’m pregnant & then I’m divorced. What am I All My Children?!”

an exasperated Katy blurted out on Twitter.

So we guess that’s that.

Snooki added to her arm tattoo—which is an image of a large crown with pink accents—during her Vegas trip over the weekend.

On Saturday, the “Jersey Shore” star tweeted a photo of her fresh new ink with the caption:

“I added to my crown! Shooting zebra and leopard stars ♥”

Snooki showed off her tattoo at her 24th birthday celebration at LAX nightclub. She was dressed in a skintight gold and black dress, fingerless gloves, and gold and black booties.

Who would’ve thought that the 22-year-old Gaga would eclipse even Kat Von D’s fame not three years from that very date. But what would a budding musician do upon moving to L.A. if not to get a tattoo from Kat Von D, who then held the Guinness World Record of the most tattoos given by a single person in 24 hours, at her High Voltage Tattoo shop.

“I’m a singer and also a songwriter for other artists,”

Gaga told Kat Von D who’d been working away on her lower back.

“I worked with New Kids on the Block last night, it was rad!”

Clearly, this Gaga was still the star-struck Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta whose performances were heretofore confined to the New York underground.

The 23-year-old “Jersey Shore” drama queen is apparently so proud of her new tattoo, you’d think it’d guarantee her entrance to Buckingham Palace itself…

Selena showed off her new Bieber ink during her concert at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Friday. The “Love You Like A Love Song” singer had “Justin” written on the inside of her wrist, along with a tiny heart underneath.

We’re not sure if it’s a permanent tattoo since Selena has been getting into henna tattoos recently. She debuted some non-permanent ink—her name, surrounded by a bunch of stars—last week.

But really, we wouldn’t be surprised if Selena’s Justin tattoo turned out to be permanent! They’re just so in love.

Lindsay visited Shamrock Tattoos in Los Angeles—her favorite tattoo parlor—earlier this week and had them tattoo Billy Joel’s lyrics on her. The tattoo says:

“Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife I feel like I’m in the prime of my life”

The line comes from the song “I Go to Extremes,” which was released back in 1989… when Lindsay was only 3.

According to TMZ, the lyric from Billy Joel’s song is important to LiLo because:

“It represented where she is in life and everything she’s been through … it signifies that she’s focused.”

Sounds good, Linds! We hope your new tattoo helps you remember to stay on the right track.

And star news has received a tweet from Miley with the accompanying photo of her new ink above, saying:

“All LOVE is equal,”

echoing the slogan of gay and lesbian groups promoting same-sex unions.

Despite her fundamentalist Christian upbringing which condemns homosexuality and gay marriage, Miley isn’t shy about offering her support and voicing her opinions about it:

“I am a Christian and I love you — gay or not. Because you are no different than anyone else! We are all God’s children!”

She tweeted in 2009 in support of gay celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.

Kat tells star news of Jesse James‘ fifth grade portrait underneath her left armpit:

“I love my tattoo…it’s more than just a portrait, it has a lot of meaning.”

Apparently, all of the tattoo artist’s ink has meaning to her, and she has another tattoo of an ex-boyfriend on her body somewhere which she doesn’t intend to remove either.

Can you imagine Kat looking back on her life at age 80, and wondering if she has any bare skin left to commemorate her geriatric boyfriend at the nursing home?

Wee Man, much like his other Bam Margera and his other ‘Jackass’ co-stars, was devastated by Ryan’s tragic death and wanted to do something special to pay tribute to him—which is why he decided to get Ryan’s face tattooed on him. He posted a video of the entire session on Twitter.

In the video, Wee Man shows a sketch of Ryan’s face, smoking a cigarette, saying:

“After Ryan passed away, [I asked] how can I do something for Ryan?”

He adds:

“Well, it’s something he’d probably do for anyone of us if it was one of us in the situation. I’m going to get him tattooed on me. Yep, that’s what I’m going to do.”

He then shows himself getting it tattooed on his leg, with the words “RANDOM HERO!” underneath. Afterwards, Wee Man shows the finished product, saying:

“So… we finally got through it. I wish I was losing a bet, and Dunn was still here, and I got his face on me.”

Ryan passed away last week in a tragic car accident, as reported by celebrity news. A memorial service was held last June 22, which was attended by his friends and family, his ‘Jackass’ co-stars, and other celebrities.

Who’s Norman? We must have missed something!! Actually, Norman was her Welsh corgi-terrier mix, who died in May at 15 years old. Jen was a bit teary during a taping of Inside The Actors Studio last Thursday talking to James Lipton about her beloved pooch.

Hollywood celebrity websites took a good look at the photo above that Tom released via his Twitter account, and admitted he makes a hell of a rock star -  a role he’s taken as Stacee Jaxx in the movie adaptation of the Broadway musical of the same name. We especially like the way his jeans cling to his muscled legs.

For someone approaching 50, Tom has one hell of a physique, rivalring even former “Top Gun” castmate Val Kilmer‘s bare-chested portrayal of the legendary Jim Morrison in “The Doors” 20 years ago.

Question is: can Tom sing?

“He can sing! It’s a miracle!”

“Rock of Ages” director Adam Shankman has been quoted as exclaiming.

Well, we certainly hope that miracle propels Tom back into A-list status, because we’d hate to have to listen to him rambling about Scientology and how it’s going to solve all his has-been-actor problems.
