”Gossip Girl” second season premiered on Monday, September 1 off to a great start.  The first episode of the new season teen TV series took in as many as 3.38 million viewers, an increase from the season finale in May that rounded up to 3 million.  The cast members are really cute though, do we still think Ed Westwick and Chace Crawford are gay? Chace grew up in Plano, Texas. His father is a dermatologist and his mother is a teacher. He has one sibling, a younger sister, Candice Crawford, who is Miss Missouri USA 2008. Crawford played football and golf in high school.  Although he worked as a model in Dallas, he never pursued acting. After high school, he moved to Malibu, California, to attend Pepperdine University and while there, he began acting as a hobby.
