Chris Brown has just been charged with TWO felonies for his assault on Rihanna. And even worse, details that were not previously known have come to light. They are even more horrifying than the picture that was leaked of Rihanna.

Chris was in court when the judge read off his two counts. The counts against him are felony assault and making a criminal threat. Maximum punishment for the crimes is 4 years and 8 months.
Rihanna told LAPD that it wasn’t the first time Chris Brown has been violent toward her! The L.A. County District Attorney may have evidence to charge Chris Brown as early as today even if Rihanna doesn’t cooperate with prosecutors. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the night of the attack Rihanna told cops she was the victim of escalating violence — and the perp was Chris Brown. Wow!
