Chris Brown may have turned into a widely-despised R&B star because of his controversial past with his ex girlfriend, Rihanna, but his current girlfriend, Karrueche, could not care less about that—or the fact that she’s not in good terms with RiRi.

What matters is that they’re happy together and that she showed it off to the world, even if it’s just a random car side mirror shot!

Although, we’d like to point out that if Karrueche had sent it to specifically make the ex girlfriend jealous (and her mad loyal fans to back off), we’re not sure if that was necessary. Chris and RiRi have already “unfollowed” each other on Twitter due to an alleged lyrical diss, proving that they’re not in speaking terms and are definitely not getting back together—exactly what Karrueche wants.

On that note, we write this off as just a simple twit pic of a proud and loving girlfriend.

Because that’s just what this is… right?

Gasp!

Of course Chris didn’t actually make out with the 18-year-old Selena Gomez, but his lingerie-clad partner in his music video for “Sweet Love” does strike a major resemblance to Justin Bieber‘s pop star girlfriend in some of the shots.

In the video, Breezy showed off his widely-loved ripped abs, engaged in a seriously steamy and wet make out sessions with the curly dark-haired woman on a bed and several women wearing only white blankets levitated off their beds.

Guaranteed hot—so much that we’ll bet it made his territorial girlfriend Karrueche Tran flinch a little.

Brown has been in a lot of feuds with other celebrities over the years—most recently with country singer Miranda Lambert and WWE wrestler CM Punk—and it looks like he’s in for a couple more.

One day after the singer’s electrifying performance at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards, Joe Jonas wrote on Twitter:

“What happened to people singing live??? …..”

While Pink tweeted:

“one day if i lipsync, i hope i do it as well as him….”

The “Sober” singer’s husband Carey Hart was also quick to comment on Brown’s questionable song-and-dance routine, claiming that it seemed very similar to Pink’s “Raise Your Glass” performance at the 2010 American Music Awards. He tweeted:

“Im pretty sure i saw my wife did that same performance, but she was 3 months pregnant and actually sang the song.”

He added:

“To clarify i was talkin trash bout CB performance, 2 years ago my wife had the same set and actually sang “Raise ur Glass.””

In response to the criticisms, Chris Brown sent out a surprisingly toned-down (not even a single curse word!) and totally uncharacteristic tweet:

“Anyone who is upset obviously is upset with their lives… Make your music…make a difference.. Be better than me! Godbless!”

Wow.

Who knew Chris Brown was capable of taking the high road?

Just hours after Chris Brown released his own mix of Kanye West‘s controversial single “Theraflu,” his ex-girlfriend Rihanna unfollowed him on Twitter. Of course in Hollywood, it’s quite a buzz when celebrities make such a move after seeming to be more than friends.

If it was because of his lyrics, what was so bad about it that RiRi felt that she needed remove Breezy from her cyber world?

Apparently, Chris‘ diss track rang:

“Don’t f*ck with my old bitches … like a bad fur … every industry n*gga done had her.”

He continues to rap lyrics that seemed to relate to him beating up RiRi years ago:

“Trick or treat like a pumpkin … just to smash her.”

Gasp.

Nonetheless, Chris doesn’t seem to mind that his ex is “pissed” as he unfollowed her just moments after as well.

Rihanna and Chris Brown sure don’t forget each other’s birthdays, and Rihanna let the Twitter world know it by directly and publicly tweet greeting her infamous ex on his 23rd birthday yesterday.

They’re obviously on really good terms now, especially after collaborating for RiRi‘s controversial “Birthday Cake” remix, but what might Breezy‘s protective and territorial girlfriend–slash Rihanna’s alleged Twitter enemy–Karrueche Tran might think?

RiRi tweeted her former boyfriend with a rather boring greeting:

“Happy Birthday @chrisbrown.”

No Twitter replies from CB or rant tweets from Karrueche at the moment.

Ever since celebrity gossip websites reported that exes Chris Brown and Rihanna have been secretly dating again, Karrueche Tran has been posting all kinds of sweet photos on her Twitter account… apparently to remind everyone (Rihanna included) who Brown’s real girlfriend is.

But in addition to marking her territory, the wannabe model has also been posting the photos as her ongoing offense in a public Twitter war with Rihanna, who started the whole thing when she posted a pic of a bag of rice cakes (accessorized with sunglasses and gold hoop earrings) on her Twitter, which she captioned:

“Ima a make u my bitch.”

The photo is believed to be a racial slur against Tran, who is Vietnamese.

Nonetheless, no matter how many insults Rihanna throws her way, Karrueche is still Chris Brown’s girlfriend, as evidenced by their super romantic kissing-under- the-sunset pic, which the Vietnamese model captioned:

“Head over heels”

From what, exactly?

The whole world pretty much knows what really happened—in detail, thanks to the incessant reporting of celebrity gossip websites—on that fateful night in Hancock Park, Los Angeles when Rihanna’s ex viciously assaulted her while on the way home from Clive Davis’ annual pre-Grammy party.

After all, we all saw the Barbadian beauty’s horrific injuries.

What most people don’t know, however, is how RiRi felt about the whole thing. Devastated, of course, but also strangely… liberated. The “Birthday Cake” singer, who covers ELLE’s May 2012 issue, admits:

“It gave me guns. I was like, well, f*ck. They know more about me than I want them to know. It’s embarrassing. But that was my opening. That was my liberation, my moment of bring it. I wanted people to know who I am. Whatever they take that to be, good or bad, I just want them to know the truth.”

She continues:

“There are still a lot of rumors out there, and I’ll never be able to stop that. But you just have to ignore all that stuff. I have more freedom the more people know about me. It’s like, one less skeleton in the closet, one less burden, one less secret; now you know that, so you can say what you want about it. I don’t have anything to hide.”

As for people ranting about her newfound friendship with Brown, Rihanna says:

“The bottom line is that everyone thinks differently. It’s very hard for me to accept, but I get it. People end up wasting their time on the blogs or whatever, ranting away, and that’s all right. Because tomorrow I’m still going to be the same person. I’m still going to do what I want to do.”

According to recent celebrity news, the Twitter war between Rihanna and Chris Brown‘s current girlfriend Karrueche Tran is not over yet, but it now seems that the former couple are attacking each other after Chris Brown joined in the cryptic message-posting right after Rihanna‘s fishy tweet that seemed to be directed at her notorious ex boyfriend!

It seems the “We Found Love” singer tried to get Breezy‘s attention and possibly drive her fans away from supporting him with her tweet that tried to get his attention. It probably did get his attention, but it didn’t force a reconciliation between the former couple. Instead, he stays with Karrueche and disses Rihanna!

Rihanna tweeted:

“If u don’t want me, someone else will… if I’m not good enough!”

Chris then tweeted:

“Eventually people grow up and get wiser to the bullshit!”

Maybe he was tired of RiRi‘s snide remarks about his current girlfriend and decides not to get involved with his immature ex?

If so, to be fair, Karrueche had been doing her fair share of taunts for RiRi!

Chris Brown is out with another collaborative track, and this time it was with Nicki Minaj! The two work together in a feel good mid-tempo track with not much rapping from both, which is quite a surprise. Nicki sure is at the top of her game nowadays, with her new multi-million dollar deal with Pepsi and her upcoming album, while Breezy? Well, he’s lucky that he has news splashed about him that’s actually worth bragging about!

Chris Brown’s girlfriend Karrueche Tran may just be bragging—or showing her insecurity—when she tweeted a photo of Chris Brown along with two puppies. Surely anyone who was Chris Brown’s lady would be just as proud of her famous boy toy, no matter what his criminal record contained, but with the Rihanna and Tran online feud that’s been going on for a while, we are led to believe that it’s the latter.

Tran tweeted the caption along with the photo of her three now named babies:

“Basquiat & Bruno ❤❤”

You think this was a good move by Karrueche, considering the fact that she is probably still in close, dangerous watch by Rihanna’s mad fans waiting right outside her house right this second?

Rihanna and Chris Brown caused quite a stir when news about them collaborating on each other’s remixes came out, eventually making a reconciliation between the two dangerously possible in spite of one of them being attached. But now that Rihanna has spoken, her working with her notorious ex-boyfriend actually seems to be understandable, although we can’t actually say the same about her other questionable moves–yet.

She explained to Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Thursday:

“The first song that came about was ‘Birthday Cake.’ I mean we ended up recording them at the same time and executing them together, but I reached out to him about doing ‘Birthday Cake’ because that’s the only person that really–it made sense to do the record.”

The “We Found Love” spoke quite professionally:

“Just as a musician despite everything else that was going to be the person. You know I thought about rappers, and I’ve done that so many times, and the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown. So I wanted him on the track, and then in turn he was like ‘Why don’t you do the remix to my track?’ and it was a trade off. We did two records. One for my fans. One for his fans, and that way our fans can come together.”

It looks like neither RiRi and Breezy are closing doors for future collaborations, as the female singer added:

“There shouldn’t be a divide. You know? It’s music, and it’s innocent.”

Reconciliation rumor-smashing aside, we find ourselves respecting Rihanna more now for her own respect for the person who savagely beat her up three years ago. Now that it may have all been “just business,” maybe she can explain the rest of her suspicious actions lately? Would she run away with the dude and explain weeks later that it was “just business”?

Chris Brown’s lady love can’t leave her house without any bodyguards because she’s feels threatened by Rihanna’s fans who are obviously RiRi and Breezy loyalists.

And we bet the “We Found Love” singer is secretly thrilled that she no longer has to do the bothering herself by posting racist jokes that seemed to take a jab at the half-Vietnamese model since her fans have started doing the job for her!

TMZ reports:

“Several of Rihanna‘s fans took the joke one step too far — unleashing an avalanche of violent threats on Karrueche … like ‘I hope Rihanna beat the dog shit outa yo ass!’ … ‘Watch yo back’ … and ‘I will kill you.’”

Poor girl. She may be the girl that CB chose to be with but his much more famous ex’s fans are not even giving her a fair chance! Chris, however, only tries to assure her that she shouldn’t worry, in spite of him and Rihanna being dangerously close lately.

We guess that’s the price that you have to take for being Chris Brown’s girlfriend!

We sincerely wish this is not true because Rihanna planning a secret getaway her ex-boyfriend who savagely beat her up three years ago is just mindless! After being rumored to hook up secretly aside from working and partying together, it looks like the stubborn non-couple want to give it another try and see if there are still sparks there—in a place far away from their loved ones, the cameras and Breezy‘s overprotective model girlfriend, Karrueche Tran.

A source tells about their alleged plan:

“RiRi wants to know whether she can trust Chris again.They both still love each other, but neither is sure they can be together.”

The source adds:

“They want a few days away, just the two of them, to put things to the test… The thing is, no one else is very keen on them being friendly again.”

Well, obviously!

So making a run for it is their big plan? But with paparazzo lurking everywhere, consider it a secret no more as soon as it happens.

Yes, a “nice guy” who beat his daughter’s face to a bloody pulp once upon a time.

In a recent celebrity news interview with UK’s Heat magazine (quoted by RadarOnline.com), Rihanna’s dad, Ronald Fenty, revealed his thoughts on the guy who once assaulted his daughter and left her with horrific injuries to her face and upper body:

“Chris is a nice guy and everyone is entitled to make a mistake in their life.”

How understanding of you, Mr. Fenty.

He continued:

“God knows how many I’ve made.”

So yes, Rihanna’s dad still thinks Brown is a nice guy, despite what he did to his little girl. And if that doesn’t raise your eyebrows, the fact that Ronald Fenty calls Rihanna “fat” just might. The Barbadian native shared:

“I actually thought she was a little fat last time I saw her… When I saw her this time, I thought she was back to her normal size. I used to joke with her, ‘Robyn, you’re getting too fat!’“

He added:

“But I think she’s fine, I think she looked excellent, as everyone saw, at the Grammys.”

With Rihanna working closely with notorious ex-boyfriend Chris Brown for remixes, stories of them partying together and publicly having each other’s backs running the rumor mill hard, no wonder their friends and Karrueche Tran are concerned! And Rihanna may just be defending herself and lashing back at CB‘s new squeeze, who had been going out with Brown since January.

The half-Vietnamese model, 23, referred to a famous celebrity love triangle when she took her rage on Rihanna to her own Facebook page:

“I’m Angeline [sic], you’re Jen. C’mon you see where Brad is at.”

Ooh, burn!

Rihanna followed suit and tweeted a photo of herself on March 3 with a bag of rice cakes, gold earrings and black shades, with a seemingly racist caption:

“Ima make u my bitch.”

And just last Tuesday, Rihanna didn’t stop and tweeted lyrics from from Lil Kim/Mob Deep‘s remix “Quiet Storm” that seemed to poke fun on Tran‘s occupation:

“I’m a leader, yall on some followin s***…comin in dis game on some modeling s***!”

Early this year, sources close to Rihanna and Chris Brown claimed that they have been secretly hooking up for almost year, and saying:

“Rihanna loves to live dangerously, and talking to and hooking up with Chris is all part of that.

On the contrary, and much to Tran‘s delight, one of her Brown‘s reps replied:

“He and Rihanna are just friends. He’s not cheating.”

Suure. If they really weren’t sneaking around, they probably wish they were. Seems like Tran should be looking after her man a little harder and not just send stray bullets online!

Over the past few weeks, Rihanna and Chris Brown’s rumored relationship has become even more evident, thanks in large part to multiple sightings of the two partying at the same clubs, and of course, their sexually-charged musical collaborations, which have caused quite a stir among RiRi and Breezy fans.

And although the move elicited the disapproval and disappointment of the Barbadian beauty’s close friends and family, as well as her longtime mentor, Jay-Z, we know of one person who won’t frown upon the former couple’s obvious intent to get back together (if they haven’t already)… Rihanna’s BFF, Katy Perry! A source tells HollywoodLife.com:

“Katy and Rihanna are best friends. Katy will support anything that Rihanna does.”

The insider adds:

“Rihanna has been there for Katy through everything and they want the other to be happy.”

And it seems that Katy might have the right idea in supporting Rihanna in her decision to bring Chris back into her life, as it is becoming more and more apparent that no one—not even Jay-Z—can stop the “We Found Love” singer from doing what she wants. The source shares:

“They love each other, pure and simple… Some people around her aren’t happy and are trying to stop [the relationship], but it’s looking like it can’t be stopped.”

Quite defensive, are we?

We’ve all heard—and been fearful—about the two getting even closer three years after Chris, who was recently accused of phone theft, savagely beat his then-girlfriend Rihanna up. The two collaborated for two remixes and partied together recently, causing rumors of reconciliation in spite of the blatant disapproval of their closest friends and family, including Beyonce‘s husband Jay-Z.

Until now, we never really got any hints from Rihanna and Chris themselves about whether or not to believe their impending reunion—except for some racy lyrics, that is.

On February 12, a fan called out to Rihanna tweeting:

“I gotta admit, I lost alot of respect for @rihanna.. Makin a song w/ the dude that beat your face off is not a good look.”

With loads of non-fans of Chris Brown on Twitter praising but mostly reprimanding the female singer for even working in close quarters with her violent ex, Rihanna shocked her followers as well as Hollywood gossip news when she tweeted her reply:

“@JuhReeV neither is your avi #clapback”

After the Twitter attack, she tweeted again along with a photo:

“U Mad? #No1Currrrrr”

Or maybe because he just had nothing good to say?

A reporter tried to squeeze the truth out of Brown yesterday in the hopes of finally shedding some light on the allegations of snatching Christal Spann‘s iPhone and driving off with it when she tried to take a snapshot of him leaving a Florida club.

We suppose Brown should already be more than smart enough to know that shutting up will keep himself and the people involved from being incriminated, but we also know that he fights back when offended.

So does it say that shutting up could be a sign that he may be guilty after all?

TMZ reports:

“Brown — who was in Orlando — was mum on the subject, but the freelance photog had some choice words for the silent Brown.”

A video has already been posted showing the distraught woman saying:

“I just want my phone back!”

Unfortunately, Rihanna‘s ex-flame is still on probation and any wrongdoing, once proven, will endanger his freedom. If Chris‘ prosecutor’s prove that the allegations are true, good byes will have to be in order as he will be awarded with a 4-year session in jail.

And who can blame him? Jay-Z is like a father—or big brother—to Rihanna, so of course he’s going to hate the guy who beat her up.

With Chris Brown and Rihanna collaborating on each other’s remixes and being seen partying together on several occasions, it’s no wonder that Jay-Z, her close friend and longtime mentor, is upset with her.

A source tells RadarOnline.com:

“Jay was absolutely disgusted by what Chris did to Rihanna. Jay doesn’t understand how a man could ever lay hands on a woman; it just goes against who he is and about. Chris is absolutely dead to Jay, he wants nothing to do with him ever.”

The insider continues:

One can argue that Beyonce’s hubby might be jumping the gun and reacting too quickly, since the rumors of Chris and Rihanna’s reconciliation are, at the moment, simply rumors. But recording songs together—especially with those racy lyrics (Chris Brown’s first line in Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” remix: “Girl I wanna f*ck you right now; Been a long time, I’ve been missing your body”)—seems to prove otherwise.

“He understands the need for forgiveness, but he is adamant that Rihanna shouldn’t forget what Chris did to her. Jay wonders what kind of message this is sending to Rihanna‘s young female fans.”

“Rihanna knows how Jay feels about Chris, but she doesn’t care, she is going to do what she wants.”

In the wake of the birth of his newborn daughter, Blue Ivy, Jay-Z has reportedly become “even more protective of the women in his life” now… and Rihanna is one of those women. The insider reveals:
