According to the latest entertainment news, CHRISTIAN BALE will be hanging up the sleek black Batman suit and turning in the keys to the Batmobile after wrapping up “The Dark Knight Rises.”
Bale has been playing the iconic superhero since 2005, but the actor has announced that, after three Batman films, he will finally be shelving the cape and the bat-eared mask. He tells the Philippine Daily Inquirer:

Christian Bale scored the Best Supporting Actor for his role as troubled ex-boxer Dickie Eklund in ‘The Fighter.’
‘The Social Network,’ which won Best Original Score and Best Screenplay, and ‘Toy Story 3,’ which took home the trophy for Best Animated Feature Film.
Mark Wahlberg is worried about Christian Bale’s health. The two are starring in a movie called The Fighter and it required Bale to lose 30 pounds. However, that isn’t what concerns Mark…it’s the way that Bale goes about his life right now!
