Christina Applegate Is Engaged
Christina Applegate is engaged to Porno for Pyros musician Martyn LeNoble. The two have been quietly dating for two years and were officially engaged on Valentine’s Day of this year. Applegate told usmagazine.com last year when she was battling breast cancer that LeNoble was instrumental in helping her mentally overcome the disease.

Today is Christina Applegate‘s birthday, she turns 37. Applegate was born in Hollywood, California. Her father, Robert W. Applegate, was a record producer and her mother, Nancy Lee Priddy was a singer and an actress. 2008 has been a very tough year for Applegate.

Christina has a family history of cancer. When she sat down with Good Morning America and did an interview she revealed something no one knew yet. She had a double mastectomy three weeks ago! Yahoo! News confirmed the actress had both breasts removed and will undergo reconstructive surgery soon.

Christina is lucky enough to have had an early diagnosis. Applegate is 36 years old and has a mother who has breast cancer. Rumor has it via Celebitchy that she may have been diagnosed months ago, but is just now releasing the news to the public. Who wouldn’t want to keep this information private?
Lee Grivas, 26, Christina Applegate’s on-and-off boyfriend was found dead in his apartment in Hollywood on July 1st by a neighbor. So far there’s no sign of foul play although autopsy has yet to be conducted.

The National Enquirer broke the story with a source who says Grivas may have died of a drug overdose.
