Courtenay Semel has anger issues it seems. The former lesbian lover of Lindsay Lohan AND Tila Tequila is now accused of harming a third famous lesbian, Casey Johnson. Ever hear of Johnson & Johnson band-aids?  Yup, that was Casey’s great grandaddy.  Anyway, Courtenay got mad at her former lover and beat the tar out of her.

Casey showed up at Courtenay’s place for some reason.  The pair had split, but for whatever reason, they can’t quit each other.   According to Page Six:

Tila Tequila and Courtenay Semel are a couple again. Or so it seems.  And the usual chatty Tila has kept her mouth mostly shut on the relationship this time.  So far.

Tila has picked up another lesbian to canoodle with – Courteney Semel.  Courteney was also linked to Lindsay Lohan earlier this year, before Samantha Ronson and after the third rehab trip.  But back to the present….

Lindsay Lohan is a lesbian? According to Page Six, Lohan is living together with Courtenay Semel. They were most recently spotted at the house warming party of Hollywood “Power Lesbian” Jeanette Longoria. This isn’t the first time, Lohan has been romantically linked to a woman. Previously, Lohan was linked to DJ Samantha Ronson.

Who is Courtenay Semel? She’s the daughter of Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel! She appeared on the E! network’s reality series Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive.
