We can only guess. But this year promises to be a very interesting one indeed if we’re going to hear more about the unbelievable friendship between Courtney Love and Gwyneth Paltrow…

Did we really expect anything less from the scandal-plagued “Hole” frontwoman?

Apparently it all started with a fire that broke out in June on the fourth-floor bedroom of the West 10th Street that Courtney began leasing last year. According to the New York fire department, a 911 call was made from the residence at 1:52 a.m. which was discovered to have originated from the bedroom curtains…

After firefighters put out the fire, estimated to have damaged upward of $100,000 worth of the “historic” three-bedroom, five-bathroom home that was once featured in a 2009 issue of Elle Decor magazine, Love started home renovations, repainting and wallpapering huge areas of the interior “which featured vintage wall coverings and glazed hand-brushed walls.”

“This is an extraordinary and meticulously designed home, and the lease very clearly protected it from alteration by the tenant,”

the townhouse owner, Astor Street Partners said.

“The damage demonstrates enormous disregard for the lease agreement and the design vision that makes the home so unique. The property does not now remotely resemble the residence she moved into.”

Pretty soon, her landlord filed a civil suit against Love for the $50,000 in back rent she supposedly owes.

Must’ve have been pretty extensive renovations Courtney Love undertook because she forgot to pony up the rent money. And she ruined a “historical landmark,” as well.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions…and it looks like Courtney Love is heading the charge…

And it doesn’t surprise us one bit.

Courtney performed at the Sao Paulo Music and Arts Festival in Brazil over the weekend, but she didn’t just sing—she stripped, too.

The former Mrs. Kurt Cobain, who was wearing a barely-there black bandeau, pulled down her top and exposed her breasts to the audience while she sang, and left it down for a few seconds before pulling it back up.

But that wasn’t the only time she showed off her melons during the concert. In between songs, Courtney took a t-shirt from the audience that said “Courtney Be My Bitch” and wore it over her bandeau. Then, while she adjusted the neckline of the shirt, she reached in and (again) pulled down her black top down to give the audience another fleeting glimpse of her breasts.

Classy as always. This chick rarely ever makes celebrity news headlines anymore, but when she does it’s always for something like this.

Personally, we think Courtney’s getting a little too old to be doing these kinds of things.

Kurt Cobain‘s widow and lead howler of the “Hole” claims she’s tired of having to answer all the questions she’s getting about her late husband‘s shotgun-to-the-face demise and her tempestuous relationship with daughter Frances Bean. She’s decided to finally write a book about “everything” to settle matters once and for all.

Celebrity news knows Courtney always has been strongly opinionated with a strong belief in herself. The book, due out on August 2012, promises to carry that same tone that Courtney‘s always used in dealing with the media and the people around her.

So expect sex, drugs and rock-n-roll, the love-hate relationship she has with her daughter, and that little factoid that she snorts her late husband’s ashes instead of cocaine. Well, that’d be better than doing coke, isn’t it?

Star news can’t believe the estranged daughter of rocker Courtney Love and self-shotgunned Nirvana guitarist Kurt Cobain is 19 years old and a far cry from the “kidney bean” her daddy named her after. Take a look at the photos by Hedi Slimane below to see just how grown up she is now…

Frances Bean may not have a band of her own like mom and dad, but she’s provided vocals for indie band Evelyn Evelyn, and interned for Rolling Stone. Like any teenager, she’s explored the world of art she’s grown up in and has released her collection of drawings in an L.A. art show last year.

Are we going to see more of Frances Bean Cobain with her striking eyes and provocatively voluptuous lips? If Hollywood has any say in it, we probably will.

Hollywood gossip websites wonder what it must be like to clean up after this eccentric celebrity. Those maids must have liked it a lot because  Miriam and Myriam (yes, those are their real names), took care of Love’s messes for several years, without being paid a single cent. Until they finally took their boss to court for unpaid compensation.

Now Love has to pay Miriam and Myriam a grand total of $35,769.72 in accumulated wages, penalties and interests.

That has got to hurt Love‘s pockets. She’d need to go on another “Hole” tour soon to be able to make payment.

And just when you thought Courtney Love would fade out of existence, she goes and says something that gets her back in the spotlight again. Even if its about her beloved dead. Especially if its about her beloved dead…

Love made the statement that some of the biggest drug addicts and alcoholics around are A-list stars (but not her anymore), and the only drug she really wants to do now is drink hallucinogenic tea.

“The one drug I’d like to try one day is Ayahuasca, which should be mandatory for everybody. It’s apparently this crazy tea that gives you these intense hallucinations. Everyone who takes it sees a wise old black man who takes you on a wild journey. I’m not going to name names, but everyone who takes it sees the same black guy. I’m not kidding you. Everyone! 
”

And the sex statement:

“Yeah. After I stopped doing drugs I started to f*ck like a bunny…. I had this Norma Desmond moment, I guess. I started sleeping with this dude who wasn’t so great, and then I hooked up with another dude who was in an open marriage, but he wasn’t so great, either. According to Love, Osbourne was “foaming at the mouth” when she performed some sort of emergency procedure to save her life.

“Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers called me a crackhead on the E! channel. Kelly knows I’m sober. Kelly knows there’s no drugs allowed at my house. I think it’s really lame. Kelly Osbourne, I’ve saved her life twice. I’ve done CPR, I’ve put things in her boobs. [She was on] Oxycontin, cocaine, foaming at the mouth.”

“Put things in her boobs”? YIKES! Love then goes on to say she’s clean and sober – except for a bunch of alcohol, a bump of coke and a list of prescription medication she takes on a regular basis. Click here to see the video!

In 2009, boutique owner Dawn Simorangkir accused Love of stealing $4, 000 worth of clothing. Love denied this and instead took to Twitter where she called Simorangkir a “coke whore” amongst other insults.

In response, Simorangkir sued Love saying she was the reason her boutique failed. While Love‘s legal team argued it was just her opinion, at the end of the day Love “star power” and the influence of “social media” was deemed responsible.

So now Courtney will pay monthly stipends to Simorangkir until 2014 when her $43, 000 will be paid out.

How can Courtney Love afford a sick townhouse in New York City’s West Village? Is she still leaching off Kurt Cobain‘s cash? Speaking of leaching off men, Love goes on to say that she regrets not getting into a “loveless marriage to a powerful hedgefund guy.”

Wait – how could she get a powerful hedgefund guy? She’s all sorts of loony. Will Courtney Love ever get it together?

Yes, Gavin Rossdale. Happy husband and father to Gwen Stefani. Love claims she and Rossdale had a fling while he was with Stefani and told Howard Stern the greasy tale.

“We had a really good time…” she said. “He was lovely. Everyone gave me so much s— because Gavin sounded like a lot like Kurt….” Love said. “But man, he was such an Adonis in his day! He got good in bed … something happened. Maybe Gwen taught him, for all I know.”
