She posted the number on her Twitter page and told everyone it was JUSTIN BIEBER’s personal phone number… and we’re pretty sure plenty of people—especially female teenagers and tweens—dialed it.
On Monday, Kim got a little too enthusiastic with her sisterly support and tweeted:

The former “Laguna Beach” star, who scored 24 out of 30 points for her samba routine with partner Mark Ballas, expressed shock and dismay at her unexpected elimination. She tells Us Weekly:
