According to the latest entertainment news, pop singer and “American Idol” runner-up DAVID ARCHULETA has decided to put his music career on hold to become… a Mormon missionary.
Did you see it coming? Neither did we… but we do applaud David for his decision! The 20-year-old singer, who came second to David Cook on the seventh season of “American Idol,” revealed his plan during a concert in Utah. He said:
Singer David Archuleta’s father was arrested for soliciting a massage parlor prostitute. David‘s father, Jeff Archuleta, says he was seeking treatment for a back problem at a Midvale, Utah massage parlor when cops raided the building arrested him for prostitution.

According to the police report, Jeff “admitted to receiving sexual gratification from the masseuse” and pleaded “no contest” with a $582 fine.
As usmagazine.com reports, Jeff’s lawyer, Eric Bauer, is denying all this:
