David Duchovny and Tea Leoni are getting cozy on their tropical getaway. It certainly is a welcome sight after their marriage was said to be over just last fall.  David and Tea have even been reported as trying to have another baby!

Boo! David Duchovny’s tennis instructor, Edit Pakay, now denies she and sex addict David Duchovny ever got down and dirty. Damn her! According to E! News, David Duchovny’s lawyer, Stanton “Larry” Stein, paid off spoke with Pakay and was told, “it is all lies and deceit.” Sigh. Bad Edit!

David Duchovny’s been a good boy. His reward? A release from sex rehab! His lawyer says he’ll be starting a movie soon and has, as of late, kept his private parts private. No, he didn’t say that last part, but I’d guess if he’s getting released he didn’t proposition anyone while locked up. Good job, David! I’d imagine it was difficult. But unlike an addiction to a substance—where you can stay away from bars, cigarettes, and drug dens—a sex addict is addicted to, well, people. Imagine all the temptation in a rehab with dozens of others just like you?

In a surprising move – stunning, actually – David Duchovny announced he was voluntarily entering rehab.  Not just any rehab, but rehab for Sexual Addiction.

Duchovny released a statement late Thursday asking for privacy for his family.  His family includes actress Tea Leoni, whom he has been married to since 2007.  They have two children together.
