David Duchovny‘s been a good boy. His reward? A release from sex rehab! His lawyer says he’ll be starting a movie soon and has, as of late, kept his private parts private. No, he didn’t say that last part, but I’d guess if he’s getting released he didn’t proposition anyone while locked up. Good job, David! I’d imagine it was difficult.

Duchovny released a statement late Thursday asking for privacy for his family. His family includes actress Tea Leoni, whom he has been married to since 2007. They have two children together.
