Has DEMI MOORE checked into rehab? According to the latest Hollywood gossip, the troubled actress has checked herself into a super posh rehab facility in Utah.
After getting hospitalized for seizure-like symptoms that were allegedly caused by nitrous oxide inhalation (at a party), Demi has decided to seek help for her rumored substance abuse problems by checking into the Cirque Lodge—an addiction treatment facility—in Sundance, Utah.
A source tells E! News:
