Isn’t it funny how, when people get divorced, they do all sorts of strange, destructive stuff like cut off all their hair, or throw out an ex’s clothes, even burn sheets, photos, and other remaining memorabilia from the marriage? Well, Elin Nordegren did every divorced couple one better by tearing down a $12 million mansion because she didn’t like the looks of it…

And why not? She can afford it. With the $100 million divorce settlement from her womanizing ex-husband, $12 million is a drop in the bucket.

Elin recently brought the mansion in North Palm Beach, Florida, but couldn’t stomach the way it looked, so she plowed the whole thing down…six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and all. Looks like when you have a nine figured amount waiting for you in the bank, it’s oh, so easy to start from scratch.

Fall is approaching, and it’ll mark the second year anniversary of one of Elin‘s greatest heartaches – the period when she discovered Tiger‘s dalliances with other women, leading to a very publicized divorce. This time around, it seems she’s bent on keeping a low profile with her wealthy investor beau, while allowing him to get closer to her children.

And it looks like Jamie‘s becoming quite the father figure to Sam and Charlie, which reports say is sending Tiger into a spiral of crazed jealousy.

“Tiger has always hoped, unrealistically, that he and Elin would get back together one day,”

a source said.

“She’s serving notice that he has lost her for good, and another man will be raising his kids.”

And if Elin weds her investor anytime soon, we bet it won’t be a lavish ceremony like the one she had with Tiger in 2004. Elin‘s such a private person, we probably won’t hear about it until they’re man and wife.

Star news learned some new neighbors moved in where the Woods used to live when they were a couple, and the first casualty of their landscaping efforts just happened to be that poor tree. It wasn’t in such great shape after Tiger crashed his car into it that fateful night, but some people just don’t have a sense of history…they cut down the one and only witness to the usually unflappable Elin‘s destructive fury.

So now only Tiger and Elin know the magnitude of what happened that night. The tree is gone, and for that, the ex-couple is probably grateful there’s one less living creature who knows of Tiger‘s shame.

This time is not about her boyfriend, billionaire’s son, JAMIE DINGMAN cheating on her, we have no idea about that but it’s about him having possibly banged Rachel before Elin came along. Still nasty, isn’t it? Although Jamie is denying it happened but here’s the scoop..

According to recent Hollywood gossip news, Nordegren is pissed that Uchitel is telling her friends that she’s banged Elin‘s current boyfriend, Jamie. Can’t blame Elin, can we? On the other hand, what is wrong with Rachel, couldn’t she just shut up and let Elin live her life?

Sources tell TMZ that Elin was blindsided when the TMZ story ran over the weekend that Tiger Woods‘ #1 mistress had slept with Jamie and Elin didn’t know about it.

The story goes Jamie hooked up with Rachel twice in Miami in October, 2009, when they were staying together– less than 2 months before the Tiger Woods’ cheating scandal broke. Jamie‘s friends now say Rachel is lying and that they never had sex and never stayed together.

BUT other people familiar with the situation are saying Rachel and Jamie went down to Miami in October, 2009, to work on a plan for a new investment business.
The 2 allegedly stayed together for 2 1/2 weeks — at the home of Chris Barish, the third partner in the prospective business. Jamie had a girlfriend at the time — a model named Inez but she wasn’t around much.

People who were literally at Barish’s house are telling TMZ that Jamie came into Rachel‘s room late at night twice and the two hooked up … and they heard Rachel discussing it with Barish the morning after each hookup.

Ironically, at the time this was allegedly going on, the story goes Chris Barish hooked up with Jen Madden, the woman who sold the Tiger story to the National Enquirer. And get this, people staying at Barish’s house also are saying that Jen got a lot of her info from discussions between Rachel, Jamie and Chris about Tiger’s illicit relationship with Rachel.

According to the latest Hollywood gossip news, Elin and Jamie have been secretly dating since they met at a Red Cross Charity Event back in January in Florida. As far as Hollywood rumors go, he’s totally smitten.

Last Wednesday, the Swedish paper, Espressen.se was able to capture Tiger Woods‘ ex Nordegren, 31 with her new love, Jamie kissing in Stockholm, Sweden.

He has never been so happy. He and Elin have strong feelings for each other, says a source.

Dingman runs investment companies with vast interests worldwide including countries like China and Russia. He’s the son of Michael D. Dingman, the famous billionaire businessman. Jamie lives between New York, China and the Bahamas. His Swedish friends describe him as humble and a very nice person.

Swedish businessman Erik Wachtmeister tells Expressen.se that he knows Jamie very well. They are old friends from New York and he is a very likeable and humble guy. A fine man and a good companion.

Not content with tearing Tiger and Elin‘s marriage apart, Uchitel is now trying to destroy Elin‘s fledgling new romance, as well. What’s the matter Rachel, can’t stand the fact that Elin‘s always going to be prettier and classier than you’ll ever be?

Rachel tells Hollywood rumors she used to live with Jamie in a Miami home right before she took up with Tiger, and in an alleged fit of jealousy, she claims Jamie shot back with :

“That ok.  I’ll date his wife, Elin.”

Yeah, right.

Elin‘s been seen around and about town with Jaime Dingham, billionaire son of New York investor Michael Dingman. The relationship is in its early stages, with the two having dated exclusively for a couple of months.

After the heartbreak Elin went through with Tiger and his philandering, she deserves to be loved, cherished, and showered with attention.

Tiger can also hire nannies, people to cut his grass and clean his house so that when he does have his kids, all he does is spend time with them. How hard can it really be?

In her book “‘e Real Diary: Lessons from the Good Time Girl to Champion’ she portrays Tiger as a sex addict. Jolie claims Woods liked to indulge in threesomes and fantasised about watching her have sex with another man.

According to Jolie, she alleges Tiger only remained married to protect fortune.

In a new interview, Joslyn James, who was one of the many alleged mistresses of Tiger, claims Elin went to three different strip clubs in a bid to confront her about the affair.

“Each time she showed up looking for me I wasn’t there,” Joslyn told Steppin’ Out via Radar Online

“When I was in Atlanta, Elin came and saw me,” Joslyn said. “When she arrived I was on stage. I didn’t hear about it until later, the next day. He [Tiger] was in Augusta. Tiger looked sad and was even believable in what he was saying during his short press conference after a round of golf.

Golf.com reports that when asked about his ex-wife, Woods said, “I wish her the best in everything. You know, it’s a sad time in our lives. And we’re looking forward to — in our lives and how we can help our kids the best way we possibly can. And that’s the most important thing.”

On if he felt relief after the divorce was final:
“I don’t think that’s the word. I think it’s just more sadness. Because I don’t think you ever — you don’t ever go into a marriage looking to get divorced. That’s the thing. That’s why it is sad.”

On having any regrets:
“My actions certainly led us to this decision. And I’ve certainly made a lot of errors in my life, and that’s something I’m going to have to live with.”

Well, yeah, his actions caused this whole mess! People might actually have some respect for Tiger since he opened up and admitted it was his fault and didn’t pass any blame over to her for the divorce. Do you feel sorry for Tiger?

Elin still probably doesn’t say much, because there are reports there is a gag order on issues surrounding the divorce.

“I have been through the stages of disbelief and shock, to anger and ultimately grief over the loss of the family I so badly wanted for my children,” she says in the magazine’s latest issue, out just days after her split from Tiger Woods was made official.

The 30-year-old mother of two, who is studying towards a college degree in psychology, says that despite her husband’s betrayal, “I also feel stronger than I ever have. I have confidence in my beliefs, my decisions and myself.”

“My immediate plan is for the kids and me to continue to adjust to our new situation. I am going to keep taking classes, but my main focus is to try to give myself time to heal,” she says.

I think Elin will come out of this even better than Tiger will. His golf game is struggling, his personal life will always be under scrutiny. Elin will always be a sympathetic character and will probably get more popular than ever! What do you think?

Elin will probably get a lot more in the form of cash and property in order to remain silent.

Most of the terms for Tiger and Elin’s divorce are agreed to, a source with knowledge of the situation told RadarOnline.com.

At first, Elin was going to take the nearly-finished home in Jupiter, Florida as her primary residence, given she has close friends in South Florida.

But she changed her mind as negotiations progressed, the source told RadarOnline.com.

“It looks like Tiger is going to make the Jupiter home his permanent residence,” the source told RadarOnline.com.

Besides the $100 million, Elin will also be receiving child support according to the sources but we don’t know the specific amount yet.

There have been reports speculationg Elin would score $750 million. That we never believed since Tiger himself isn’t worth that much.

The $100 million figure is not a speculation … it comes from sources with direct knowledge of the property settlement agreement.

Sources connected with the golfer great tell TMZ that Tiger’s divorce from Elin Nordegren is a done deal, except for the official filing with the court. TMZ was also told that Elin will not get near the reported $750 million in the settlement but she’ll do much better than she would have under their prepup. As one source put it, “Tiger isn’t even worth that much.”

In May, 2009, Forbes estimated Tiger’s worth at $600 million.

Elin isn’t settling for joint custody, like what was originally expected!

While the beautiful blonde still wants Tiger to be a big part of their children’s lives, she had decided not to agree to joint custody. It’s a significant behind-the-scenes development and one that could cause their quiet dissatisfaction with each other to turn into a loud public war.
