Rihanna helped him out with his song and the video, Love the Way You Lie. It was a smash hit too. Will this video boost the song Space Bound to the top of the charts?

Grey herself is an aspiring musician and DJ, so the collaboration is not that strange, although it’s sure to turn a few heads because of her porn past.

According to Perez Hilton, Eminem and Grey were acting out an “intense storyline” and were in every scene together. As Hilton points out, like most Eminem tracks on ‘Recovery,’ ‘Space Bound’ is a pretty heavy song, so it would be no surprise to get an equally deep video.

Eminem has certainly been focused on his music. Will next year’s Grammy Awards bring him nay more honors?

The Lipton commercial reportedly showcases a day in the life of Eminem. Eminem won’t be the only celebrity you’ll be seeing on Super Bowl TV.  If you missed it, Justin Bieber will be starring alongside Ozzy Osbourne in a Best Buy Super Bowl ad and Bond girl wannable, reality TV star, Kim Kardashian will appear in the Skechers’ Super Bowl commercial as well.

Eminem will also be performing at the Grammy Awards on the 13th of February, the rapper leads the nobs with 10 nominations so it’ll be a HUGE night for Eminem.

February is a buzy month, we’ve got Super Bowl this Sunday then Grammy next!

Cee Lo’s “(Fxxk) You,” so foul it had to be changed for radio to “Forget You,” was nominated for both record and song of the year.

“Forget You“ was co-written by Bruno Mars, the rising rapper who came second behind Eminem with seven nods. Other top nominees included Lady Gaga, Jay-Z, and Lady Antebellum, who were all nominated for six each.

Eminem’s “Recovery” became the best-selling album of the year so far, with more than three million copies sold, and spawned top hits like “Love the Way You Lie” featuring Rihanna, which was nominated for song and record of the year.

Katie Perry’s “Teenage Dream” was nominated for album of the year. Justin Bieber was nominated for best new artist.

The Grammys will be broadcast live from Los Angeles on Feb. 13, 2011.

Eminem told 60 Minutes:

“Profanity around my house? No,” he tells Anderson Cooper in a 60 Minutes interview, airing Sunday. “I’m not saying there’s not glimpses of me in the music, [that] there’s not truth in … things that I say. But this is music, this is my art…I’m a parent. I have daughters. I mean, how would I really sound, as a person … walking around my house [saying], ‘Bitch, pick this up,’ you know what I mean? … I don’t cuss.”

Eminem was a good actor if it was all planned, because he certainly looked mad!

For the last decade, Eminem has had a strong presence at MTV award shows, winning numerous awards and falling victim to pranks by Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and Sacha Baron Cohen’s exposed butt, but this Sunday’s VMAs will mark the first time the rapper will perform as the award ceremony’s opening act.

What song do you think Eminem will play? We know he can entertain…but will it be with song and video or antics, like MTV is known for pulling? Will he bring Rihanna out and perform their duet, Love the Way You Lie?

The controversial part is the beatings. Is Rihanna still a bit to close to her situation to be in this video?

Eminem premiered his new video for “Love the Way You Lie” tonight, and it features Rihanna standing in her underpants in front of a flaming house where Dominic Monaghan and Megan Fox are intermittently beating the crap out of each other and playing intense, Stanley Cup levels of tonsil hockey. Meanwhile, Em is standing in a field of pure and innocent tall grass, rapping about how he is sorry. All the rage and beatings are lit in a very dramatic and sexy way, because the people doing the raging and beating are very lithe and muscular and gorgeous.

It is a powerful video…but does it send the right message that violence is wrong or just sexy? Watch it below:

Elton John told Vibe (via The New York Daily News) magazine:

“I’ve been helping Eminem over the last 18 months and he’s doing brilliantly…I’m there if people want my help…If people ask for help you tell them where to go but there’s no point advising people if they don’t want to do it.”

At his worst, Eminem was taking between 10 and 15 pills of Valium and Ambien a day, and almost overdosed on methadone.

RR: Can you clear up the Bruno stunt at the MTV Awards? Was it staged or planned?

Eminem: Sacha called me when we were in Europe and he had an idea to do something outrageous at the Movie Awards. I’m a big fan of his work so I agreed to get involved with the gag.

RR: If it wasn’t planned the way you agreed to, do you hold MTV or Sacha responsible and will you take any kind of action?

Eminem: I’m thrilled that we pulled this off better than we rehearsed it. It had so many people going “nuts” so to speak. Everyone was blowing me up about it.

I think he has a great sense of humor – and some acting skills too! Great job, you had me fooled!

Eminem was furious:”Are you serious?”  “Get the **** off me!” Eminem said.

“Nice to meet you,” Cohen replied.

Once Cohen was off Eminem, the rapper stormed out of the theater with his bodyguards, as Zac Efron was named the winner of the category.

Efron was clearly left in a confusion and said: “That was really weird,” “That’s the coolest way I’ve ever been invited up to accept one of these.”

Eminem told Detroit’s Metro Times (via usmagazine.com):

“Tony Romo is one of my favorite quarterbacks. I don’t think he’s my favorite — but he’s certainly one of my favorites. So I felt kinda conflicted doing the Jessica thing…(but) Jessica got fat,” Eminem said. “I mean, not really fat, but she certainly got fat for … well, Jessica Simpson got fat for Jessica Simpson! You know what I mean?”

But he also isn’t hoping Jessica stays fat. Eminem couldn’t care less, really. Rather he sees his mean-spirited videos as a gossipy time caspule.

“I’ve always wanted people to be able to look back at each video and go, ‘Oh, remember what was going on at that moment!’” Eminem said. “You know what I mean? ‘Oh, that’s when Jessica Simpson got fat.’ ‘Oh, OK!’ And even if she gets thin again, that’s fine. But for that moment in time, she was fat.”

Anyone else think Eminem‘s obsession with celebrity is a bit odd? Honestly, he’s more People magazine than he is Andy Warhol.

The ruckus is over Mariah’s name and likeness in a new song. Eminem hints at a past romance between himself and Mariah, which she denies, and which the song is based on. Nick is mad over Eminem’s treatment of Mariah in the song. The lyrics via People Magazine:

“Mariah whatever happened to us,” he raps. “Why did we ever have to break-up?” He then turns his sights on Cannon, who married Carey last year. Nick Cannon, you better back the f— up,” he raps. “I’m not playing, I want her back, you punk.” It soon gets worse, when Eminem raps, “I wish you luck with that … wh—”

Cannon fired back at Eminem in an entry on his personal blog on Friday. In the post, Cannon said that Eminem is “still obsessed with my wife, the same female that wouldn’t let him get to second base from 8 years ago.”

Cannon calls Eminem “Slim Lamey” and offers a challenge to him. “Man to man, let’s meet up and deal with this like adults,” he writes.

Oh, the high school drama. Maybe Nick can give Mariah his varsity jacket and Eminem will leave the two alone, since it is true love. Do you think the song is inappropriate?

Eminem tells Vibe via People.com:

“The numbers got so high, I don’t even know what I was taking. It never once hit me that drug addiction runs in my family. Now that I understand that I’m an addict, I definitely have compassion for my mother. I get it,” he says. “I’m back. Rap was my drug. It used to get me high and then it stopped getting me high. Then I had to resort to other things to make me feel that … now rap’s getting me high again.”

In the memoir, Nelson says she went along with Eminem’s mudslinging at first, but it got so bad she was often spat on in the supermarket by hardcore Eminem fans. She goes on to say:

“If I made one mistake as a mother, it was giving in to my eldest son’s every whim…he never knew his father, and I did all I could to make up for it. I wasn’t happy when he made up a whole new life for himself — what mother wants to be known as a pill-popping alcoholic who lives on welfare? To tell the truth, I was heartbroken.”

She also notes Eminem had an imaginary friend named Casper, was beat by classmates to the point of unconsciousness at age 9, and charged neighborhood kids a quarter to watch him breakdance.

On a lighter note, Debbie refers to Eminem as the hip hop Elvis. If this is true, and 8-Mile was his version Jailhouse Rock, then I want to see the Eminem’s hip-hop version of Blue Hawaii ASAP.

Eminem mocked Carey by releasing voice messages, said to be from her, of a woman pleading: “Why won’t you see me? Why won’t you call me?”

Eminem has confirmed the fling, although Carey denies it. She told Playboy earlier this year: “Something is clearly askew with him. I’m curious as to why he’s so obsessed with me.”

          Rapper Eminem has filed a motion to stop his ex-wife, Kim Mathers, from trashing him in public forums in a manner that could harm their 11-year-old daughter, Hailie Jade Mathers.

In a Feb. 16 appearance on WKQI-FM’s (95.5) “Mojo in the Morning” Kim Mathers, who was twice married to Eminem and has a love and hate relationship with him, made vitriolic comments against the rapper such as:

“I can’t stand him. He’s an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day. I vomit in my mouth whenever I’m around him or I hear his name.”

“He’s not very well-endowed. If you’re going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill, because otherwise it does not work.”

He’s an absolutely horrible person, and he gets worse every day,” Mathers said. “I vomit in my mouth whenever I’m around him or I hear his name. There’s nothing left in me for him. Nothing at all.”

She categorized sex with her twice ex-husband as “bad,” and said “he’s not very well endowed.” She added, “If you’re going to have sex with Marshall, make sure you have a little blue pill, because otherwise it does not work”

The two were first married in 1999 and divorced several years later. They remarried in January 2006 at Rochester’s Meadow Brook Hall, and Eminem filed for divorce in April of last year.

I always like to see the positive side of the story, don’t you? Although these two really have a way of trashing each other at least verbally. Yikes!
