Former child star Jamie Bell may have just gotten hitched to his fiancee Evan Rachel Wood.. and for good! Following their engagement late last year, the stars from “The Adventures Of Tin-Tin” and “True Blood”—who can hold their cameos in a Green Day music video accountable for their once-rocky relationship—were spotted and photographed by paparazzi in Venice, California last weekend wearing what seems to be wedding rings on their left ring fingers.

Not only that, Wood tweeted a cryptic message yesterday after photos of them with the “wedding bands” started going around, saying:

“A picture says a thousand words doesn’t it?”

It sure does! We would understand if they wanted it to be extremely private, but wouldn’t any of them have time to at least make a formal announcement?

She looks like a cross between a gorgeous mythical mermaid and a fabulous peacock, doesn’t she?

Evan‘s latest red carpet choice (a black lace Valentino gown) was a bit of a yawner, but thanks to this gorgeous, custom-made Gucci gown that she wore to the Golden Globes, she was able to snag a spot on a lot of “best-dressed” lists for that night.

The “Ides of March” actress stunned in her emerald green Gucci plunging halter gown, which was adorned with green sequins and beads, as well as green and black feathers.

Soft eye makeup and pink lips finished the look.

It’s truly a beautiful gown, but the makeup could have been better. A more dramatic color palette would have looked great with this high-impact dress, don’t you think?

Yep, she’s wearing another black gown. Getting kind of predictable, huh Evan?

The newly engaged actress walked the red carpet in another black gown, but this time from the Valentino Spring 2012 collection. She paired the lacy strapless number with a bronze clutch and black and diamond Dana Rebecca Designs earrings.

Evan completed the look with an interesting updo composed of tiny knots and twists, soft plum eyeshadow, and a reddish coral lipstick.

Raging ruby lips, lingerie, and all, it’s apparent Evan Rachel Wood is comfortable in her own smooth, white skin. After all, didn’t she display her full nude body in all it’s glory for TV’s “Mildred Pierce?” It wasn’t always the case, though, because she did need some coaching from in-the-buff veteran co-star, Kate Winslet…

“She was very nervous actually,”

Oscar winner Kate told the L.A. Times.

“I remember doing my first full-on nude scene when I was 19, and I was absolutely terrified, so I knew how she felt.”

Since then, Wood has shed her clothes and bared her skin on the small screen, such as in “True Blood,” where she doffed her top to play 500-year-old Vampire Queen, Sophie-Anne Leclerq.

“I learned that I needed to control the situation in order not to be too self-conscious,”

Evan Rachel Wood told Elle Magazine.

“I said to myself, ‘I’m an awesome naked lady, and there’s an energy that I’m going give off right now that lets you know how you’re going to feel about this.”

Evan, who dated “Billy Elliot” star Jamie Bell for a year before she dated and became engaged to Marilyn Manson in 2010, may be about to be engaged for the second time around…

Despite the fact that they only renewed their romance a few months ago, Jamie has reportedly been visiting upscale jewelers to look at engagement rings. A source tells RadarOnline.com:

“He hasn’t made a purchase yet, but he is starting to seriously look and has met with a few jewelers.”

The insider adds:

“[Evan and Jamie] were really young and just getting going in their careers when they first met and they just weren’t ready. Now that they are older and both excelling in their professional lives, I think they feel ready to take their relationship to the next level.”

Maybe this is why Evan and Marilyn Manson broke up… she was destined to end up with Jamie Bell!

Yay or nay?

Much like Camilla Belle, who also attended the event, Evan is considered a fashion chameleon. She went for sweet and charming when she walked the red carpet in a pretty Preen dress, which had short black sleeves, an almost shin-length skirt, and a white satin bodice. It also came with a matching white belt.

ERW paired the dress with black Giuseppe Zanotti heels and accessorized the outfit with a wine red Ferragamo clutch, a black headband, and black studded earrings.

Smokey eyes, rosy cheeks, and pink lips completed the look.

In our opinion, Evan looked flawless, if a bit boring. We just wish she’d gone with a different clutch. It may have been an attempt to add a pop of festive color to the black and white outfit, but it looked a bit odd… like she just grabbed the first bag she saw before stepping out the door.

Evan Rachel opted for a sparkly black Emilio Pucci jacket with lace trim on the collar, a navy blue inner top, and a knee-length Prada skirt. She added some color by completing the outfit with a pair of red satin Ferragamo pumps.

The actress also wore bright red lipstick and gold eyeshadow.

She looks great, but there’s just something missing—just one little thing that keeps this look from being a total red carpet winner… but we just can’t put our finger on it.

Her Dick Tracy costume even made Hollywood news wondered if “Ides” co-star George Clooney and his pranks had anything to do with what Wood was wearing on the red carpet that night.

Perhaps she was trying to channel Carmen Sandiego in her leather duds? Despite it being a Gucci creation and valued at $4,700, the silly chapeau made it look like she wanted to go back in time with an umbrella and some rain boots and do a dancing duet with Gene Kelly in “Singing In The Rain”.

Please, Evan Rachel Wood, have pity on our eyeballs and refrain from skinning the maroon leather sofa in your living room to fashion an outfit to wear to red carpet events…

Wood worked with consummate practical joker George in “The Ides of March” last October, and knowing this fact full well issued a challenge to the indomitable Mr. Clooney:

“Bring it on!”

And brung it George did.

While Evan Rachel Wood wasn’t looking, he secretly filmed her doing Justin Bieber…that is, dancing to the “Baby” singer’s music in all-out abandon.

“He did film me when I didn’t think anybody was watching me dancing to Justin Bieber,”

the actress admitted to star news ruefully.

“And he said he was going to put it on the DVD, so I’m waiting to see. You know, you can’t take yourself seriously all the time. You have to have fun, man.”

And so will we because the last laugh‘s on us.

Evan Rachel may have lost a tooth recently, but that did not stop the former “True Blood” star from looking absolutely radiant at the Emmy Awards. She graced the event in a figure-hugging Elie Saab sequined gown with cap sleeves and a dramatic train, which she accessorized with elegant Fred Leighton jewelry pieces and a Judith Leiber clutch.

The actress also sported a classy finger wave hairstyle, which she kept back with a jeweled clip.

According to TMZ, Evan Rachel was dancing at a Paris hotspot with some friends when the incident occurred. Apparently, one of the dancers near their group got a little too carried away with the dancing and ended up landing an elbow in the actress’ mouth!

Consequently, Evan Rachel lost a tooth and got a fat lip.

The True Blood starlet who was once engaged to rocker, Marilyn Manson opens up to Esquire magazine May issue that she’d be just as happy being with the right woman. And in a same-sex relationship Wood is more of like the man. She’s the dominant one.

“I’m into anything,” Wood,23, tells Esquire; “Meet a nice guy, meet a nice girl…”

As to whether she’d date a woman and what she’s like in a same-sex relationship:

“Yes.” Wood says, “I’m more kind of like the guy when it comes to [dating] girls. I’m the dominant one … I’m opening the doors. I’m buying dinner. Yeah, I’m romantic.”

“I think I’m a little controversial,” she says. “I just try and keep some mystery, so hopefully people can’t really put their finger on it.”

Well, you double your chance of meeting the right person when you go both ways; don’t you?

Evan Rachel told reporters:

“I looked at Kate and she was like, ‘You’ve got to do it. Trust me, it’s so brave. Put a merkin on and you’ll be fine.’” A merkin? “Let’s just say, I had to wear a wig because it was in the 30s, and everything had to look like it was in the 30s,” explained Wood with a laugh.

“Kate helped me,” she continued. “She gave me strength. She kind of dared me. I also felt I had to prove it to myself. I had to do it at least once — get it all on film now so when I’m 80 I can look back at it and say, ‘Yeah! I did that!’”

According to The Mirror, Marilyn Manson proposed to Evan Rachel Wood onstage in Paris, France last night. He called her up, asked her in front of the audience if she’d like to become Mrs. Marilyn Manson and she cooed a “yes!”

Double sigh. Lest we forget Dita Von Teese wanted to divorce Marilyn because he did too much cocaine, drank too much absinthe and blabbed about their marriage to the media.

“She’s not necessarily a lesbian,” Wood, 21, recently explained to E! Online. “Her human partner is a girl, but I’m pretty sure she goes both ways [laughs]. I think vampires are like that in general.”

Marc Malkin of E!: Did you have to get naked yet, because everyone on the show gets naked?
Evan Rachel: I can’t say I do just yet. But they are bringing me back next season, so it’s always a possibility. It’s kind of inevitable.
