Halle seems to be trying her best to make it extremely difficult for Gabriel to see their three-year-old daughter Nahla. The award-winning actress, who was once described as “controlling” by sources close to her model ex, is reportedly doing all she can to keep Nahla as far away from Aubry as possible… by filing papers with the court to request permission to move to France.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry have finally decided to call a truce in their ugly, custody battle. For the past few weeks Halle and Gabriel have been mudslinging insults about one another getting a ton of press over claims she’s jealous and crazy and that he’s a racist.
Thankfully, they’ve decided to bury the hatchet and work out a joint custody deal.
Halle Berry says she considers 2-year-old daughter Nahla black. If you’ve been keeping up with the news, there’s a whole (ridiculous) controversy between Halle and ex Gabriel Nahbry about the race of their child. Halle is half black and Gabriel is white.

He, apparently, uses the “N” word constantly and refuses to admit his daughter Nahla is a quarter African American.
It turns out Kim Kardashian is a big reason why Halle Berry is so irate with Gabriel Aubry. After Gabriel Aubry was shot sitting next to Kim K. and flirting with her last fall, the drama really hit the fan (so to speak) regarding the couple’s custody battle.
Halle Berry, simply put, didn’t want someone like Kim Kardashian mixing and meshing with Nahla.

In addition to calling her the “N” word, he would also call her a “f**king b*tch” and other expletives as TMZ.com was told. The vulgarities are reportedly not limited to face-to-face confrontations, there are vulgar text messages as well.
One source told TMZ, “He constantly demeaned her. It was awful.”
