Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s custody battle is heating up with both sides looking like they’re ready to duke it out in court. Berry and Aubry split last April and have since very publicly moved on. Well, it looks like their toddler Nahla is feeling the brunt of the split the most – her parents are now in engaged in a lengthy custody battle.
Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s split has been anything but peaceful. Aubry‘s friends tell everyone that she’s “manipulative” and “controlling” and making the joint custody with their toddler daughter, Nahla very difficult.
Aubry and Berry were never married so it’s sticky trying to figure out visitation. Aubry was forced to sign a petition ensuring him rights, and the way Berry‘s handled it has his friends are convinced she’s got a screw lose.

People magazine reports, “They still talk,” says a source close to the duo. “They were getting to know each other, but realized they might be better off just being friendly.”
Halle Berry is not at all pleased that Gabriel Aubry has been spending so much time with Kim Kardashian. While initially it seemed Aubry was worried about Berry‘s association with Olivier Martinez, the tables have certainly turned now that he’s found some lady time with none other than Kim Kardashian.
Supposedly, Berry doesn’t think Kim Kardashian is a good role model for her daughter, Nahla, and certainly doesn’t want her on any reality show.
Kim Kardashian and Gabriel Aubry are in fact dating. Kim and Gabriel have been spotted about town in the past week, looking definitely chummy but not necessarily romantic, and Kris Jenner was quick to refute the dating rumors. The two went on a traditional date, movie night on Thanksgiving.
