“Cheryl was watching the show and she thought she looked terrible and too unhealthy,” the Daily Star quoted one of her friends as saying. “She’s a size 6-8 and she wants to get to a size 8-10, but she doesn’t want to eat junk to put it on. She wants to do it as healthily as possible,” Cheryl added.

According to the friend, Cheryl plans on hiring a dietician and on eating plenty of carbs, such as whole meal bread, rice and potatoes.

Cheryl had started wearing her wedding ring only last September, she’s determined to patch things up.

I love the Girls Aloud, don’t you? Even from a woman’s perspective, these chicks are fine, gorgeous, sexy, sensuous yet they never overdo it so they would look cheap. If you didn’t know, sexiness sells and yes, they make the best out of what they do best, looking hot! Cheryl is my favorite and she’s just so beautiful.

Have all of you gotten over the fact that Cheryl Cole’s husband, soccer ace, Ashley Cole had allegedly cheated on Cheryl by sleeping with different women. What a Big L?? She was so madly in love with him. They have been trying to patch things up but whether they are really back together or not – time will tell. You must all know that Cheryl has replaced Sharan Osbourne as one of the four judges on The X Factor. Let’s just hope audiences can avoid focusing too much on this beautiful judge instead of the contestants.

Sharon Osbourne quit the show after several seasons for a variety of reasons.  Some people claim it was a feud with Danii Minogue.  Other say it is because Sharon is tired of seeing her acts get axed!  Sharon says it was because of money, but I think that was a polite excuse.

Sharon herself thinks Cheryl is the perfect replacement, or else Mel B she said to Now Magazine.  Either way, do you think Cheryl Cole is a good replacement?  She seems pretty mild mannered and polite to tell people how it is like Sharon did! What about Mel B?

I mean seriously why would Ashley Cole cheat on someone like Cheryl? She’s drop dead gorgeous and she was crazy about Ashley. Cheryl and Ashley’s marriage has been on the rocks since the media reported Ashley had been unfaithful to his wife, Cheryl. She has been seen without her wedding ring and Ashley has also been seen without his.

C’est la vie. You f#cked up and something really beautiful is now down the drain. So before you stray. Better to let your big head think first before your little head!

I love Cheryl Cole and I can’t stand Ashley because of what happened! If she really takes him back, Ashley be faithful – she’s all worth it!

The two have had several chats over the phone as Cheryl takes a break from her marriage. Cheryl, The Girls Aloud star thought her Spice Girls friend would be the perfect person to turn to for advice. Posh had to deal with similar claims that David Beckham had an affair in 2004.

The pair are good friends, and Posh went through exactly the same thing when Rebecca Loos claimed she had an affair with David Beckham a few years ago.

“She stuck by her man and got through it, and she just wanted to tell Cheryl that she could get through it too. While the claims against David were never proved, Ashley might have a tougher time clearing his name after this one. “Three girls have now claimed they’ve slept with Ashley, and Cheryl isn’t going to let him get off lightly.” -Daily Mail

Girls Aloud have done so well since their formation of their group. In fact they hold the record for the shortest time between formation & reaching number one on the UK. They remind me of the The Pussycat Dolls, I don’t know why? They have the looks and the talents. Girls Aloud’s 4th studio album “Tangled Up” stormed into the UK Top 10 Albums Chart at #4 this week. ‘Mixed Up’, an extra CD available only from Woolworths, also entered the Top 60 after it’s limited sale.  Girl Power!
