Hilary Duff will join the Gossip Girl cast for a few upcoming episodes. Wow. Hilary’s got her hands full, huh? Not only has she been cast as Megan McCain in a movie that hasn’t even been optioned yet, but it appears as if she’ll be rubbing elbows with Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Blake Lively soon.
