Wellllll, Hayden Panettiere and family weren’t celebrating that her dad was charged with battery.  Remember, he punched her mother and the cops were called?  They were out celebrating her brother’s birthday.

Charges were filed in the afternoon and the press got hold of it and the story made headlines.  Again.  So what does a family do when they want privacy after such an ordeal?  Hit up a busy restaurant in Hollywood and pretend you’re trying to avoid cameras.  Yeah, that works!  DUH!

Hayden Panettiere’s dad, Alan Panettiere was arrested on Monday morning for allegedly hitting his wife, Hayden’s mom, Leslie Panettiere. Sgt. Wolf told People magazine as reports by Fox News:
