The whole ordeal of Heather Locklear getting busted over the weekend….it turns out it may not be anything like it was first reported.  A former celebrity writer, who has a grudge, is behind the whole mess….and could be behind the ‘psychiatrist’ call back from the Spring that landed Heather in rehab.

Heather Locklear has derailed from whatever rehab she was attending this past year.  Supposedly it was for depression and anxiety (rumors said pill popping) in an Arizona clinic.   But her arrest on Saturday says there are still some problems…

Heather was driving and acting strangely and a concerned witness called police.  When they arrived on the scene Heather was parked, but partially blocking a road.  Duh!  Cops knew she hadn’t been drinking.  But maybe the dazed, faraway look in her eyes was indication she was on something else.
