 Spencer Pratt thinks Heidi Montag may already be pregnant. Is this a big deal for a couple who is married? No, except that Spencer told Heidi he didn’t want any kids, even though Heidi says she wants them now. Do you smell a fight brewing?

 Last week, we heard Heidi tell Audrina Patridge she was going to quit the pill, because a baby is just what Spencer needs. Spencer said no way, but told a pal via  US Weekly:

Heidi and Spencer Pratt fuel rumors over the weekend that Heidi might really be pregnant. And that would mean that Heidi and Spencer might really be married.  Heidi and Spencer shopped in LA and hit up Lisa Kline KIDS store.

Why else would you walk in to a baby store when photographers are following you around?  Yes, I know, it’s Heidi and Spencer and no one knows why they do things….but a baby store?  Just Jared caught the pair on Santa’s lap and at Lisa Kline Kid’s with several bags in hand.

Heidi Montag looks pregnant in her new pictures from the red carpet.  Spencer Pratt looks his usual smug self, so it doesn’t appear he is hiding a secret.  Is she?  Is it a really bad gas of gas?  Dress three sizes too small?
