Hilary Duff at the 7th Annual Tribeca Film Festival at the premiere of her new film “War Inc.” in NYC. What is going on with Duff over the last 12 months or so. This one has transformed into something extraordinary! It sounds like an ad, it’s not.. Hilary looks great. She’s looking hotter and hotter each day!  War Inc. premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this week but won’t be in theaters till the end of May. Hilary Duff has launched her second signature fragrance, Wrapped with Love. Wrapped with Love is Duff’s follow-up to the first one,With Love By Hilary Fragrance. Duff is now on tour currently in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She had a concert last night and she enjoyed performing there so much. She even cried at the end of the concert in thanks to her fans.
