Hilary Duff has launched her second signature fragrance, Wrapped with Love. Wrapped with Love is Duff’s follow-up to the first one,With Love By Hilary Fragrance. Duff is now on tour currently in Sao Paulo, Brazil. She had a concert last night and she enjoyed performing there so much. She even cried at the end of the concert in thanks to her fans.
