Hilary Duff and Penn Badgley caught kissing in New York City! Omg, I hope his girlfriend Blake Lively didn’t see this. Oh what about Duff’s beau,NHL hockey player, Mike Comrie, bet he wouldn’t like this. Ok, they two are working on the set of “Gossip Girl” but they sure look like they are really loving the smooch, don’t they?

Hilary Duff isn’t a diva. Hilary has been working on the set of Gossip Girls and some members of the crew were out to spread some rumors! It seems Hilary drew the ire from somebody and they retaliated by calling her a diva!

Not only has she been cast as Megan McCain in a movie that hasn’t even been optioned yet, but it appears as if she’ll be rubbing elbows with Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Blake Lively soon. Hilary Duff has a new mysterious tattoo. The tattoo is under her right arm, right at the line where a bikini strap should cover it up. Should, but Hilary forgot she wears string bikinis! So what does Hilary’s tattoo say?

Hilary’s new ink says, “ma petite amie.” Huh? Need a translation? From Just Jared:

The 21-year-old singer/actress showed off a new tattoo on the right side of her rib cage that read “ma petite amie.”

Hilary Duff shows off her bikini body while vacationing in Maui, Hawaii. Duff doesn’t have six-pack abs but she still looks pretty good in her 2-piece. Duff is reportedly on vacation with her boyfriend, NFL palyer, Mike Comrie.

Hilary and Mike have been going strong since 2007 and naturally Hilary has since became a big hockey fan.

Duff  has began filming her upcoming flick “Provinces of Night” in which Duff plays the teenage daughter of a promiscuous and alcoholic mother.

Comrie is with the Ottawa Senators but now it’s off-season for him since they didn’t make it into the playoffs. Vancouver Canucks is the only Canadian team that’s left in the NHL playoffs – Go Vancouver!
