Howard K. Stern’s attorney’s fired back at charges that his client helped Anna Nicole Smith get drugs, thus leading to her demise two years ago. Stern‘s attorney, Steve Sadow, lectured the California attorney general for bringing charges against Howard, saying “no one enabled Anna.” Yeah. It’s not as if she was minor, Anna was a grown, drug addicted woman — free to make her own pill choices, no?

Howard K. Stern arrested for giving drugs to Anna Nicole Smith. More like, her illegally obtained plethora of prescriptions. Howard turned himself in on Thursday and was arrested with one doctor while a warrant was outstanding for a second doctor.
